I absolutely love Saigon Drip!! The customer service here is truly top-tier. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like family and make you feel genuinely welcome every single time. The environment is always incredibly clean (even their kitchen) and comfortable, which I really appreciate. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their restaurant. The food is also consistently great. That's one of the things that keeps my staff, family and friends coming back. Everything is fresh, flavorful and always prepared the same way every time I visit, which, to me, says a lot about their ownership and staff. Honestly, this isn't just one of my favorite Vietnamese and pho spots in Seattle, it's one of my favorite restaurants overall. If you're looking for great food, great service, and a place that makes you feel appreciated as a customer, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend! Easy 5 Stars

Came in for the ribeye pho hotpot and a grilled chicken bánh mì. The hotpot was a showstopper.... generous portions of ribeye in a rich, flavorful broth with a huge basket of fresh accompaniments (noodles, bean sprouts, herbs, cabbage, lime, chili). Great for sharing.

Saigon drip was not worth the hype. I got the bahn mi drip, and there was too many onions for how much meat there was, the sandwich does not hold its shape because the bread disintegrates, and it was too single dimensional in flavor. There are much better places for a sandwich in Seattle, this just doesn't make the cut for me.

Was walking to the light rail station and wanted a Vietnamese Coffee. Came across Saigon Drip and ordered one. The drink had a bold flavor and was sweet. It was exactly what I was looking for. The vibe of the place was upbeat and the ambiance was modern. The employees were friendly and helped enter the order on the kiosk. Looking at the menu, they also offer sandwiches and pho. The food looked excellent. Would definitely stop back in when in the area.

Parking: paid street parking only unless Sunday. Honestly it's overpriced. We served ourselves - cleaned up a dirty table when we arrived and bussed our own dirty plates after. Ordered via a tablet and there's no service or free water. It's limited tables/seating inside. We both ordered the beef brisket Bahn mi. The broth was luke warm, not hot, and too salty. The brisket would have tasted better if it came with pickled veggies. And it's a little sweet. We wouldn't come again.

It's packed and I'm PUMPED to have this again!!!

WHOO this place was CROWDED and rightfully so! This was my second time coming here, the first was for a yelp event, and I was soooo glad I came back. We came around lunchtime so the place was packed but people rotate in and out pretty quickly so I was able to find a seat just as my food was ready. They are great with making sure their staff is nice and full so the service was quick despite the crowd and they were all so friendly and helpful. I love the vibe of this place and seeing it during Christmas time was cool. The food was SPECTACULAR as always. I was trying to suppress the delightful sighs that wanted to escape after each bite of sandwich, melting in my mouth, and each sip of bone broth. 11/10

Such a cute, swanky, place with an ode to Vietnam. I love the art, plants and recycled code container canisters! I ordered from their computer screens but there were people there to help if needed. Delicious Tofu Bahn Mi!! Well balanced flavors and textures. Strong Vietnamese coffee, mine could've used a little more sweetened condensed milk but that could be just my taste buds. I've only gone once but definitely want to try their pho or pho dip with my sandwich!

This place was packed and for good reason! Absolutely delicious. Fresh bread. Pickled veggies. Generous portions. Really love this place and will be back!

I had a 24 hour layover in Seattle and decided to yelp the area for pho. After reading the reviews, I had to check this place out. It did not disappoint! The restaurant itself is not big but I love the energy and the set up. There's enough space if you came with a group but you don't feel awkward if you do decide to come alone. There's smaller tables that make it easy to dine by yourself. I came for the pho but the reviews made me order the bahn mi drip as well. It was delicious! Very meat heavy so if that's what you enjoy, you will love this! I wish I ordered pickled vegetables to balance the sandwich more but you definitely get your moneys worth with the amount of meat in the sandwich. The pho was SO delicious that I swear I didn't use any sauce condiments. I truly didn't need any of it!! I was tempted to ask to take out just the broth so I could have it later. Ordered a bunch of the teas/coffees to go and tried them at home. Most delicious milk tea and Vietnamese coffees I've had in the states. The Thai tea was a little too much for my personal taste but the rest of it was amazing. I will be back the next time I'm in Seattle!

Wow best bahn mi I've had in a long time! So juicy and flavorful! The pork literally melted in my mouth! Can get a little messy but it's so worth it!

This is a pretty pricey Pho spot compared to other local businesses I've been to in the Seattle area. I ordered 3 Banh Mi, 2 Pho GF* one with added brisket (not sure what GF stands for), 1 Vermicelli Noodle Bowl, and 2 Vietnamese Coffee that totaled about $124. You order at 2 P.O.S monitors at the front counter when you walk in. Their menu is a bit confusing. At least it was for me, so I took a little bit longer to get my order in. The workers were very helpful and friendly. Just ask anyone if you have any questions. It's not a very big seating area, so you have to be quick if it's busy and grab a seat(s) if you want to dine in. Their Pho broth and quality of ingredients was top notch. I tried my better half's Banh mi drip. The meat was so tender and the dipping broth was flavorful. My cult cut classic was just that. Classic flavors and ingredients of a Banh Mi on a toasted baguette. I enjoyed it. The coffee was nice and strong. Just how I love it. I got the iced Cafe Sua and one to go. It was still good a day later. Glad I was able to try them on my visit to Seattle.

I was in Seattle for a short visit and I went to this place three times! I had to try all their tofu options and I still can't decide which I liked the best- I enjoyed all three versions. The ambiance was another reason I liked this place. I enjoyed looking at the various decorations spread across the high ceiling - especially, LOVED the film cameras! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I can't wait to go back to Saigon in Seattle:)

Ambiance 4, service 5, bahn mis 5+. I'm usually okay with sacrificing a little bit of hygiene for a truly authentic banh mi but at Saigon Drip, I didn't need to. The place offers a very authentic banh mi while also having a clean, modern atmosphere. We ordered two banh mis. First of all, the Banh Mi Drip's marinated meat was insanely good--tender, flavorful, and juicy. Honestly, you almost don't need the broth to dip because the meat is already that juicy. Next time, I'd enjoy the broth just as a soup on the side. The cold cut classic had thick cuts, pâté, and all the right flavors comparable to some authentic spots in the ID. The experience was great, and the lighting inside was warm. You can see the open kitchen. The folks behind the counter were super helpful, answered my questions, and you can tell they're happy to be there. I'll definitely be back ( oh also dont forget to use the little photo stand for a selfie :) )

It wasn't quite incredibly tender, but the marinade added an absolute ton of flavor. more importantly, it was present plentifully throughout the sandwich, so practically every bite came filled with pork I also have to mention how packed together the ingredients are between the buns. when you start eating, it's inevitable that a quarter of the ingredients will fall onto the wrap below, leaving a nice secondary meal to finish off after the sandwich is done. the sandwich is packed incredibly tight during the wrapping process, but it unravels a bit while eating. for me, the major highlights of this meal was the onions and the aioli Starting with the onions, these may be the best I've ever had on a sandwich. They're caramelized amazingly, placed onto the sandwich in astoundingly large pieces, are crunchy, and there's just a lot of them. They're just wonderful both texturally and taste-wise. This sandwich is absolutely lathered with aioli - practically dripping with it. This boosted the overall flavor so much, especially because this aioli was addictingly good. In my experience, the amount of sauce has been directly proportional to how much I enjoyed a sandwich, and when the sauce is this good - it's even on the top of the bun! - i absolutely loved it Somehow the lettuce stayed crunchy despite all the otherwise wetness going on in the sandwich. Props for that The jalapenos were great as well for that extra bit of spicy - I would've loved to have more of them while the bread was toasted well, the one downside was i thought it was pretty hard and tough, which made chewing kind of difficult. I found my jaw to be pretty tired at the end after eating this. I would've much preferred a softer roll that's easier to bite into I've had similar sandwiches from Paseo and Bongos, and in my opinion this does edge out both of those Comparing to Paseo, the sandwich there has way more oil, making it more sloppy and I do like the bread there a lot better, but the pork feels richer and better marinated here (although less fatty), and the onions are definitely caramelized better here as well. Bongos has a pretty similar level of pork with more, but onions are definitely a step down What moves this place above those two for me is the amount of aioli used here far exceeds those other places, which just makes the overall eating experience better For the price (about 14 dollars) this is a really filling meal

I ended up coming here during their expanded weekend hours - around 12pm on a Saturday - and was greeted to a large line of ~15 people. I was excited to try their "Bottega" sandwich however they were not longer making it so I settled on a Bambino and Gran Sasso sandwich. I enjoyed the bambino. The combination of toppings with the mortadella worked well within their homemade bread (which I thought was the best part for sure). The Gran Sasso - my girlfriend said it was "OK", mostly due to the huge chunks of artichoke hearts (with stems) that were not her favorite. I could see myself coming back here if friends/family wanted to try. At ~$20 a sandwich it is pricey but the ingredients are high quality and the service is friendly.

You order on a tablet here, and then they call your name. It's a small storefront, so you really have to stay nearby to hear your name being called in the large space that is the Armory. Not much interaction with staff. Plenty of seating throughout the Armory, though shared with other restaurants. The food came out piping hot. Obviously, they cook everything fresh to order because the inside of the fries was like lava. The fries were thick-cut and seasoned to perfection. The sandwich was good. I thought some pieces of the steak were a bit tough, and the roll seemed a bit over-steamed or possibly stale. A good sandwich and decent portion, nonetheless. I'm still going 5 stars here. I think Big Mike's is a great choice if you want a hearty, meat-filled sandwich and you happen to be in the area. However, I think you could be happy with another dining option in the Armory, too. I ordered the caprese sandwich and my brother got the porchetta sandwich. The bread is crispy but soft on the inside. I saw the guy cutting up the tomato as we sat to wait for our sandwiches. You order at the kiosk and then sit to eat. The ingredients are super fresh and worth waiting for the sandwich.

I liked their menu is pretty simple and that you can order at the kiosk on your own. If you are running short on time-order ahead the line is long and you will be waiting if you go in during peak hours (like lunchtime). While I loved my sandwich-the service is not great. They call the orders by your name and while they are really busy sometimes with the amount of people in the space and noise level you may miss your name being called. I thought I had heard my name so I went over to peek if it was my order and one of the individuals that was making the sandwiches nearly ripped my head off and YELLED at me and said "its not yours"...."you need to wait for your name to be called"....Well no kidding...I am not new here I was just checking-I did not touch the sandwich. Just plain rude...and I really do not think they care. If you are wiling to ignore getting yelled at and made to feel totally incompetent these are great sandwiches.

Bonus: this spot is kosher! Potato Latkes (5/5): These latkes are thick boys and fried up so they're piping hot when they hit the table. Because of their size, you really get the contrast of the hard crunch on the outside with super fluffy potato inside. So good we immediately turned around and ordered more. Chocolate Babka (2/5): This was truly the only miss I've had here. Unfortunately, the babka just really dries out after it's been sliced, which is a shame because it's just gorgeous with generous swirls of chocolate inside. Reuben (5/5): I really thought their pastrami couldn't be beat, but the brisket is dare I say better? Just as tender and feels a bit less fatty, so it's a little more crushable. Tip: go for the seeded rye over the marbled rye; something about the marbled rye just falls apart a bit more with the juices of the meat, though it's still delicious! Black & White Cookies (4/5): I expected this to be cloyingly sweet, but this was actually scrumptious with some fresh lemon flavor in the cookie itself. Absolutely massive as well.

Hey you! Have you ever eaten one of those giant pastrami sandwiches at Katz' Deli in Manhattan and…read morethought, "This is amazing!" Do you happen to live in Washington and miss said pastrami sando? My friend, I have good news for you. Dingfelder's pastrami is a dead ringer for that sandwich: huge slices of melt-in-your-mouth pastrami, regular and half sour pickles, and all the other accoutrements you'd expect from a legit Jewish deli. This place doesn't screw around. If you want a great, hearty, flavor-packed sandwich, this is one of the best places to throw your money. But, as others have pointed out, it's no cheap date: expect to pay over $20 for one of those mighty pastrami sandwiches. This isn't Subway so you're not saving money by eating here, but after one bite of their pastrami you'll understand why you're paying so much. Quality isn't cheap. I'd say this place is tied with Tat's Deli for the best sandwiches in Seattle.
