I just love Saigon Tokyo my boyfriend and I know everyone here by name and vise versa with them. We love them and their food. I don't like going anywhere else for Chinese, Japanese etc food no where else tops this one. At one point my boyfriend and I ate here everyday for a week straight we absolutely adore them. Its a shame we moved about 5 miles further than them but we still make it for dinner here or take out they do delivery so that's a plus if you're in the neighborhood. Had the green tea martini--was awesome. Best seaweed salad that I have had in a long time. Also, the jade roll was amazing. Just the right amount of spicy kick to it. And the service?? Fantastic. My water was never empty and not only did I get attended to by two servers, but the sushi bar chef was also making sure everything he had prepared was enjoyable. Definitely will return. I will never come into this restaurant again. I've been a frequent customer now since I moved to aurora 5 years ago. Have always had great service . Food was good. Typically service is amazing until tonight. When we came in no one was there . What I first noticed is that most of the people that used to work there weren't the same. The little guy that always greets us when we come in wasn't there . No big deal . We sit and are greeted by a woman that seems friendly. We tell them we are waiting for 2 more people . Once they arrive we order sushi. The sushi roll I order I ordered was the black dragon roll . Typically I'm a fan of eel . Tonight not so much. It was loaded with bones and it tasted horrible. I ask for a new roll . No problem they suggest the Manhattan. Cool . Then the guy who typically greets us comes out and is nasty and rude saying I'm the first person ever ( mind you he is saying this to the whole restaurant which is now full with people ) that has ever complained in there 7 years of business to complain about their eel . Talk about being embarrassed. Rude isn't even how I was treated . I will NEVER BE BACK AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SWAY PROPLE AWAY FROM YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS ! read more

We ordered chicken fried rice and Mongolian beef for delivery. We're told 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 20 minutes. Chicken fried rice was fresh and the vegetables were still crunchy which was great! Mongolian beef was more like a szechuan beef but very delicious! And perfectly extra spicy! My sister's 75 b-day today and she wanted sushi. So we ordered $60 worth of food. Her sushi was ok. I ordered the calimari Bento box. It claimed 2 cheese wontons...usually that's cream cheese and crab...they gave 1/2 inch slice of beaded cheddar cheese fried not even melted. The pot stickers, again was a slice of breaded fried ham. Came here for lunch with a couple of friends yesterday after work. Wait staff was friendly and kept up well with drink refills. When one roll took longer than the rest, they brought out the first batch so we weren't left hanging, and then brought out the last couple rolls a few minutes later. Great variety of rolls to choose from-- we went with the Tornado Roll, Volcano Roll, Rainbow Roll, Philly Roll, Spider roll, and one I can't recall the name of. They all tasted awesome. I'm sad sushi doesn't keep well in the fridge, because naturally our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we ordered too much food. Decor is tasteful and fun, and if you like you can sit by the bar and watch the sushi while its prepared. Wait staff is very polite, and kept up with drink refills and additional orders (we ordered the Spider Roll as an afterthought and it still arrived with time to spare). Price was also pretty reasonable, considering how much we ordered. Location is extremely convenient to my work. read more

My husband and I order delivery from here regularly, but one afternoon we decided to go to the restaurant. It was quaint and charming with several fountains, bamboo plants, and lucky cats. They have a large bar area where you can sit and watch the sushi be prepared. Around the corner there is another bar/lounge area located near the restrooms. It did look to be a fully stocked bar. The restrooms were very clean too. I especially liked the wall treatment; as if growing from the floor the wall was tiled with deep jade that gradually got lighter as it went up the wall. It wasn't busy at all with only 3 other patrons besides us. The waitstaff was very polite and friendly. We went on a Sunday and were offered buy one get one free sake. We went with the Lychee Sake and Sapporo, it was so delicious. Our waiter definitely did well keeping our drinks full the whole time! They DID mess up on our order but it was definitely a happy mistake as the sushi roll we DID get was on their special "in-house-only" menu. I can't remember the name of it, but if you go there its the one with the sriracha sauce. We also ordered the Ninja Roll which was amazing, the Tofu Pad Thai, and Beef Drunken Noodles. We finished all the sushi but we took home the rest. Which also reheated nicely :) We were celebrating our anniversary, so we ordered dessert. Mochi Ice cream. We went with the variety and they offered an additional mochi on the house! YUM! They have a large variety of different sushi, Vietnamese, and Japanese dishes, and are priced pretty reasonably. I just wanted a noodle bowl! I ordered it for pick up and when I arrived at the restaurant I was impressed by the nice clean environment . I told the gentleman who took my money that I had never been here before .. he was very nice and assured me I would really like it. When I got home I was so looking forward to a fresh tasty noodle bowl with cilantro and all kinds of different veggies on top. Wrong! My noodle bowl had bean sprouts lettuce and cucumbers with an over abundance of noodles and little else . The beef was ok but the egg roll was just full of grease and I could taste the oil it was fried in. This is just wrong . If I was at the restaurant eating this, I would definitely send it back . Two stars is probably generous. We dined and and no one else but the staff were present so we figured the service would be rather quick. We ordered the sesame chicken bento which came out quickly. The chicken was a bit slimy and the taste was okay. We also ordered a volcano roll which took 20 minutes to come out which was ridiculous consider its a California roll topped with white fish, mayo and eel sauce and then put under the salamander oven. There is absolutely no reason it should've taken 20 minutes to prepare and if it did, we should've been informed that it would come out much later than the bigger entree. Once it finally came the taste fell flat. The fish did not taste fresh, the roll itself had a strange taste to it, and the eel sauce was incredibly sweet. They charged $12 for that roll? I couldn't even finish it. Will never go back. read more

The bento boxes are the way to go here unless you crave sushi. It may seem to be odd having sesame chicken and California rolls and wontons in the same platter, but it works. Portions are solid and everything I've had here tastes great and is fresh and inviting. The sushi rolls are interesting, though I haven't had any yet.
