I purchased my laser hair treatment from Groupon. This is my fourth session. Eunice is very polite, pleasant and professional from day one. I have difficulties booking my appointment the first time, she patiently walked me through it and always send reminder for the next session, make it easier for me. I met wonderful Eunice who educated me, took her time with me and has a great sense of humor. I was there for lip fillers following a not so great experience two years ago. I came to this place for laser hair removal for my underarm and bikini area. Eunice is super nice and patient! She answered all my questions and was super friendly from the beginning. My first sessions were so great that I ended up doing my first botox session with her! She does ask for a CC for cancellation, but that's super normal practice, even restaurants do it. However she's super understanding and will accommodate to her patients timeline and needs. Had fillers done last week on my lips, cheekbones, smile lines and dysport on my masseter muscles and forehead. Eunice was so nice and very professional in preparing my face to make sure everything goes perfect. She took her time mapping out my face and it was fairly painless. There was minimal post op soreness and just some swelling and slight bruising on my lips and left under eye. Just had my one week recheck today and I asked Eunice to do a little more dysport to knockout my masseters and she did a little bit to fix my gummy smiles as well.
