Whatever, I paid it because you have to pay up front. It had been a month, no phone call. I finally go in. Some of my shoes were done. They said they thought they called me for permission to charge EVEN MORE because of a cracked heel or some BS on 2 of the pairs. I agreed as they had completely torn them apart at this point. Another 2 pairs weren't done to specification, so I reminded them what should have been done. I asked them to CALL ME when it was done. Another month goes by, no call. I finally go back. I pick up those 2 pairs, one of them looks horrible. They still haven't started on the other ones, they didn't remember getting my permission to finish the repair. Its been another month and I still don't have the shoes. There's a place at Fashion Island that charges no more than $20 a pair. I'm going there from now on.

No signs posted again. He said my customer of 25 years says it okay. Well it's not okay. He had every chance to tell when writing out my ticket. As you know I left with no shirt. I went back the following day with change. I completely understand his situation. However, all the cleaners in the area are really just not around any more. You think he would be happy to have a new customer. I would rather drop my stuff in Westminster or Tustin than around the corner. sad! Experience is everything!
