If you liked Samurai Sushi, give Sake a chance! There's new ownership but the staff is the same. They are all so friendly. The menu seems largely the same as well. One great change I noticed is that the lunch menu is offered every day! The lunch deals are my favorite. They have a two or three roll special, hibachi lunches with fried rice/soup or salad, bento boxes that come with dumplings/California roll/soup or salad. All the dishes we had were delicious and very reasonably priced. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Great service. Ambiance was chill. The food was great. We had several appetizers, sushi and Hibatchi. I didn't get many photos and the food disappeared quickly with the family.

Ordered via DoorDash: house salad, shumai, salmon crush roll, tuna sushi - everything was great! Will definitely be ordering again.

This was probably some of the best miso I've had in a while.

A similar…read moreplace you might think of is the chain Quickway, but I can tell you: this place is WAY better. We've been getting the hibachi chicken, and the chicken is tender white meat, not too much sauce. The vegetables are cooked with butter -- yeah, really, and you can taste it -- and are a really nice variety, including squash. I usually get the fried rice instead of the white rice, and it adds a little bit to the whole thing. Basically, this actually is hibachi that you can order out, unlike Quickway, which is a fast-food knock-off version of hibachi. Portion sizes are VERY generous; I usually get two meals out of a serving. They're very generous with their sauces, and the small salad that you can get with a hibachi order comes the ginger sauce/dressing. If you haven't tried this, definitely do. It's really good, and the guys inside are super nice.

Instead of attitude I was greeted with a huge smile and a welcome by the cashier as I apologized. The establishment is so clean and bright and welcoming. I can't wait to go again and eat in. The menus are everywhere there is even a separate section where you can place orders to go on your Own on a kiosk. Orders are ready so fast and pipping hot! And can we talk about how heavy the plates are! This is such a great meal that is hot and fresh, easy on the waisted calories and guaranteed to have leftovers! I highly suggest going to visit Hibachi House!

We walked in not expecting much, and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency of the staff. This place seems like a happening place for the night crowd, lots of young men and women congregating at the bar. Our server was shy and quiet, but she was quick and efficient at her job. We ordered the Thai Iced Tea (quite literally the best I have ever had in my life) and the Drunken Noodles. I am a pad kee mao aficionado, and theirs were fantastic. The atmosphere was interesting, eclectic if I had to sum it up in a word. There were multiple seating genres, if that makes sense. We sat at the small four-top in the lower area, and the view of the whole restaurant was great for people watching if you're into that sort of thing. We came here with no expectations, and we were blown away. What a hidden gem; we certainly got our money's worth. Whole-hearted recommendation from both of us. Recently, while driving down Main Street, we noticed there will soon be a new location downtown as well, so we've got that to look forward to.

Appetizers are sized for sharing. The papaya salad at a 2 spice was closer to medium. The vegetable gyoza should be skipped if you want it steamed (flavorless and rather lifeless that way, so opt for fried). Main dishes were quite large and we both doggie bagged our entrees. If you're a picky eater they have the old standbys but if you want to try something new, the menu is large. Parking is easy. Seating is both inside and out. Food all tasted fresh. I'd go back and get a more adventurous main.
