East Naples location is a total disappointment. Waited almost an hour for 2 sushi rolls and chicken tempura. Never received the appetizer. Sushi was fair not even as good as grocery store sushi. Came back here again with my family + some others (9 of us total). We loved it a year ago so we figured we would try it again. 5 stars again, without a doubt. Service was good, sushi quality is phenomenal, especially considering the price, and the atmosphere is accommodating (we sat outside and were able to push two tables together). Additionally, even though it is kind of small, I doubt you'd need a reservation or have to wait on any given week night since the location is a little obscure and neighborhood-y. 10/10 would eat there again. Awful service. Our waitress kya was incredibly slow. We sat here for hours and would ask for drinks/food and would have to ask many times again after. She also brought half of our tables food out 20 minutes before the rest. We had to ask three times for a refill on tea. It was our first time eating here and we had an absolutely delicious and amazing meal. The service was wonderful. We ate outside and it was a very pleasant courtyard to the side which was very nice. The server was very friendly and suggested a cold saki that we just loved and we got to keep the cute little blue bottle it came in. 35 minutes for a single salmon take-out bento box. When I finally was able to eat it, it was NOT good. The salmon tasted very "fishy". First time trying this place and it was really nice, the food was amazing!!!! I tried the Chicken Yaki with Udon noodles 10/10 and my mom had the Chicken Hibachi and she loved it too. The vibe was nice felt really authentic with the Japanese music and all the decir only thing missing was some anime on the TV screens . One dinner showed up and the others were no where in sight nor was the waiter. The "manager" was rude and not very apologetic. We ended up leaving. Recently ordered takeout from this establishment. We ordered 4 sushi rolls and a hibachi rice with chicken. Unfortunately, all of the rolls fell apart the minute we picked them up with chopsticks, so it was a little hard to eat. 1 of the rolls was completely inedible. The eel smelled a bit funky as well. Our fried rice with the hibachi was also left out. Obviously with all of the closures because of corona, I would definitely be willing to give them another shot. First time here and we tried some sashimi, udon noodles, salmon hibachi and steak hibachi. We would rate the hibachi and udon noodles a bit higher than the sashimi. The sashimi was more like a 3 star as it was only average texture. Overall, we were all very pleased with our meals and had more than enough to take home. read more

So we came back here for the first time in over a year. Because the last time we were here it was very disappointing. Thought we would give it a try again. They seem to have upped their game a bit with new and better offerings however I mostly only order sushi. As I am a sushiholick! Lol Anyway my one knock to their sushi was the fact that they have limited offerings in terms of the variety of fish compared to some other Japanese restaurants. I always order Toro for yellowtail, tuna and salmon. Those are the best cuts. Also very disappointed by how thin they slice the fish for nigiri sushi. They really need to up their game and give the customer a decent slice of fish on top of the rice. What I got was very thin. If you expect your customers to come back again you need to make them feel like there is value in their purchase. Not like they are getting ripped off. And on another note the waitress we had was terrible. Service took forever to get my meal and even then she only came back to the table once to check on our meal. She kept forgetting what I was asking for and had to be called over and looked for several times. Might give them one more chance but if they don't up their game on the thickness of the slice and service I'm out. Plenty of other places to go. read more

I ordered 1 hibachi steak and shrimp with veggies and brown rice, 1 kid hibachi with steak and white rice and veggies and 1 California roll. The adult hibachi the steak was hard and tasted like cologne or men's perfume absolutely not edible and my daughters kid hibachi the steak was hard and she was give 4 yes 4 tiny piece of steak.
