Mistakes happen and I completely understand that, but what matters most is how a business handles it afterward. I called the store to explain the issue, and while I was speaking with them they suddenly put the phone down and started taking another customer's order without saying anything to me. I had to hang up and call back just to get their attention because it was clear I was being ignored. When I finally spoke with them again, the employees kept going back and forth with me about the details of the order even though it was clearly made wrong. I asked if they could simply remake the order and that I would come pick it up. They told me I needed to bring the incorrect order back. I explained that I had already thrown it away but took a picture of the food and receipt as proof. If the food was going to be thrown away anyway and not resold, there shouldn't be a reason to require customers to bring it back. When I arrived at the store, the employees continued arguing instead of resolving the issue. They wouldn't even accommodate the extra yum yum sauce that I had already paid for. This experience was extremely frustrating. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and very disappointing customer service. Totally unacceptable.

About 10 people can be seated every time, and I believe there are two seatings each evening (6pm and 8:30pm). You are not rushed. We had the 8:30pm seating and lingered for almost 3 hours. It was an excellent environment conducive to conversation. We sat at the bar and saw the one-man show, the chef, prepare all the food. He had a haughty energy, very focused, and unsmiling.
