When you arrive, they have you pay before the massage, and they prefer cash--so we paid in cash. Even though our reservation was so last-minute, everything was prepared and ready when we walked in. Once in the room, they asked us to completely undress and lay down. Throughout the massage, you're covered with a large towel that they adjust to keep you covered at all times. The massage followed a full-body routine: starting with the back, then lower back, glutes, legs, and arms. They stepped out briefly to get a hot towel to wipe us down, then had us flip over. On the front side, they did a face massage with serum, along with head, neck, and shoulder massage, and then arms and legs again. Our session was exactly 60 minutes--no more, no less. Everything felt professional the entire time. Neither my husband nor I felt uncomfortable at any point. After the massage, they left the room to give us time to get dressed, which we appreciated. I had read reviews beforehand and knew they expect a tip. We gave $20 total, and one of them asked, "For two people?" My husband said yes. You could tell they were hoping for a larger tip, which we understand. The inside of the place is okay--you get what you pay for. After being a patron at this establishment for so long,the wife and I have for sure developed of preferences of massage therapists there.We are both big fans of "Kelly" and we both tend to ask for her availability whenever we call in for an appointment.Of course when we are going at the same time,I let my wife have the session with Kelly,so that has led me to have experienced many of the other therapists who are employed there.So I could say with pretty good confidence that I've never had a bad experience with any of the others,maybe some are a big stronger than others or maybe some have better techniques but overall I would say they are all pretty good at what they do. One thing I wanted to talk about is the difference between a foot massage and a body massage at this location.This is a debate the wife and I have had more than a few times as to which is better option when considering price and services.I reluctantly would admit the full body massage is probably the better option for only a few dollars more per hour,but for the longest time I felt otherwise . With foot massage they do focus on entire body but you can either get it fully dressed or with your shirt off but you do keep some sort of sweats or shorts on-I tend to keep some sort of gym shorts on when getting my foot massage & they do tend to focus probably like 20 minutes of the hour on just your feet. With body massage-it's a bit different,no gym shorts needed,could do the full Monty if you were so inclined-not my thing but I know others do-wife prefers it that way and they do tend to spend a lot less time on your feet and more time on whatever part of your body you ask them to focus on.I can also vouch that in my many years of going to this location,the massage therapists have always been very professional and go out of their way to make sure their clients are always as comfortable as possible.
