I've ordered the Greek salad to go at this location about 5 times in the last month. This last order was the "deal breaker" for me. The salad was full of brown lettuce and therefore inedible. On my previous trip, the lettuce wasn't brown but the salad was served warm. It's too bad, because this restaurant was rapidly becoming my go to place. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Ok this is the best idea drive thru salads! I've now checked this out three times, so far so good, actually so so great! Good prices, perfect size portions plenty of food I'm a big eater and I'm satisfied with the portion. Very fast service if it's not made they whip it up ASAP !! Salad and go is my go to meal when I'm on the run. Very great portions. I would love to give 5 stars but as a vegetarian it has been extremely frustrating that many times they put meat in the wraps when I specifically asked for extra egg and no meat and even say vegetarian at the window. Many times I don't find this until I am home or at my office and have to turn around to get the right meal. Please be attentive to vegetarians but thank you for awesome accommodations when you do make a mistake. Appreciate it. read more

They get busy but are always quick and move the line quickly. I modify my orders often and they always come out correct. Food is fresh and delicious and they have seasonal items to keep the menu revenant. My only complaint is they need to open one in south Chandler. I came here for lunch today and had one of the worst experiences ever. They forgot about my order and after waiting for 10 minutes in the waiting area, they asked me what I ordered. If that was the only problem, then no big deal.......but then came the salad. All looked ok, but after I mixed the salad, I found a large piece of plastic in the salad, several inches long by a few inches wide. I don't know how anyone could possibly give this place less than 5 stars! The prices are unbelievable for the huge size of their salads; portions easily large enough for two meals. The toppings are very, very generous, which was shocking for $5.74 (includes chicken!)! We ordered the antipasto, cobb and ceasar salads. These salads would easily cost $12-$14 apiece at a sit-down restaurant, and the quality is just as good. I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of years, but my husband wasn't very enthusiastic because who's ever had a good salad from a fast food restaurant?? The whole family loved it, and we will be going at least twice a week. I almost forgot to mention that the drinks are $1! This includes a wonderful frozen strawberry lemonade, which actually tastes like fruit and not like liquid candy. Why is the walk up service closed due to corona? Does Salad and Go managers/CEO's etc not realize that the kios/walk up service is allowed in Arizona. This is not banned and the fact that they have it closed is rediculous. It's not like this is a dine in restaurant, it is a WALK UP/TO GO type service that is allowed and not banned in Arizona. I really like salad and go for their fresh organic ingredients. I've never had any issues with their lettuce looking old, soggy, etc. I've tried a couple different salads and have enjoyed them all. My husband and I went there today while running errands and now they have a self service kiosk for ordering. We were pretty distracted with ordering that we didn't notice until after the fact that they no longer have tables and chairs outside to eat at. Us and other people from when we've been there seemed to enjoy having them. The employee kindly said it was because they were lower prices and cutting down on labor that they will no longer have tables. It was an inconvenience as the only reason we went there today was so that we could eat and continue with our day. It forced us to bring the food home and eat and have to finish our errands after. I'm grateful for the opportunity of lower prices but in certain aspects, I'd go to a place where I'm paying a couple dollars more next time so that we can at least sit down and eat when our food comes out. read more

I enjoy this restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I eat here a lot because I live nearby and it's on my way to work. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they often run out of ingredients and/or make a mistake on an order. I cant count the number of times I've ordered something and they responded with oh we are out of potatoes, strawberries, or whatever it is. They usually say they can replace it with something else but I usually opt to purchase a different item. They've made mistakes with my order a few times. Examples would be giving me the wrong size of coffee, giving me hot instead of cold coffee, and forgetting ingredients in salads (no olives in the antipasto salad). If I catch the mistake before I leave, they are always happy to fix it but sometimes you don't know until you start to eat. However, the food is tasty, fast, and healthy so I still enjoy it here. I wish they would keep there ingredients better stocked and make sure they are giving you the correct, complete order before you drive off. read more
