I can't say enough good about this place. The food is on point, same with the fast service. You can build your own salad or choose one of theirs or a wrap. Price is also reasonable and nothing seems skimpy. I frequent salad/healthy joints pretty much daily and they are on par with $10+ salads all day long, both in size and quality. (Makes you realize how much some places mark their stuff up) I wish you could actually eat there but that is all they lack, though I'm sure this is what allows the awesome prices. We go here often but I'm afraid I will not be going back again. After going tonight and buying 4 salads I got home and one of the dressings tasted awful. They no longer have a phone number to reach someone in store. So I went to return the salad and get a different one. They refused. They stated I would have to buy another salad. HORRIBLE customer service. I am SO disappointed as me and my girls love this place and have never had an issue. Our bill is usually $30-$40. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

My coworker and I waited in line at the window for 10 minutes one of the employees opened the window and tells us after seeing us wait for them to come take our order that "they no longer take orders at the window" then proceeds to tell us to go order at the kiosk around the corner if I we didn't order online. This isn't fancy, and it isn't the best salad in town, but what it is is cheap, drive thru health food. And it's quite good! I didn't expect to actually get cravings for this place, but I've actually found myself craving it on a stress day. Just writing another review - giving a shout out to a place we all love! This is our families go to about once a week when my hubby or I just don't feel like cooking and everyone is hungry! Love that it's gluten free, lots of organic (thank you), and priced just right that it doesn't break the bank. My one daughter who just won't do salads ever, gets the breakfast smoothie (love that you serve that all day) with almond milk instead of the sugary chocolate milk. For the last 10mos we have been cooking at home with very few and far between instances of eating out in public places and even probably a small handful of times do we get curbside pick up from local restaurants. My husband and I have been so busy working from home so I suggested that we try Salad and Go since neither of us wanted to cook last night. We ordered on our way over and they had the order ready for us when we drove up to the window. I am happy to say that we are now big fans of Salad and Go. It was super affordable and very good quality salads with plenty of fixings. I had the cobb salad and was super impressed with the amount of ingredients, and my husband had the Caprese salad, he really enjoyed the flavor. It was about 5pm on a weekday and the drive thru line was packed. I took that as a good side and was excited to order. I decided to try the southwest salad and add chicken. The order process was fast and efficient. Drive in. Order. Drive out. I paid a little over 7 dollars and rushed home to eat. There are a few things that bothered me. There were way too many chick peas. It was overwhelming and I felt I couldn't taste much of anything else. This was basically a wrapped salad with chick peas and beets. Not much else I could taste. Um... yum! I opted for the sweet potato and strawberry wrap on a honey wheat tortilla with no additional protein. It was so good and it was the size of an overstuffed Chipotle burrito. I was really excited to get such great, fresh, healthy food at such a great price. The passion black tea tasted like it was brewed in houses and wasn't full of sugar.
