Line was empty so I don't get it but pull up at 10:45 and they got no breakfast well they could only sell one breakfast burrito cause that's what they had they stop serving at 11 am lazy workers if I say they can't whip up another batch and have breakfast available until the serving time ends. I love love love this location. Friendliest and most excellent team ever and my order has never been wrong. I come here multiple times a month, sometimes multiple times a week. I get breakfast and lunch here. One of the cheapest and most filling breakfast burritos you'll find in a drive thru. So I'd give this place a 3/5. I got the Caesar Salad Wrap which was great, when I got to the bottom of the wrap. The contents in the wrap were not spread evenly throughout. I received so much croutons and so little protein. The dressing was not tasted until I got to the 1/4 part of the wrap. Other than that, it was very tasty. I just went and got the bruscetta salad and they served me a salad made yesterday that didn't sell. Rotten tomatoes, rotten cucumbers and rotten spinach. Yep, this allegedly fresh restaurant served me rotten food that seems like it was made the day before. I get it that it's nothing but kids running but God forbid they hire one adult to watch over them. Oh and they don't have a customer service. So really ask yourself, do you want to give money to a business model that's about squeezing the most out of teens and producing a bad product with no accountability? This is 100% a drive-through. There's literally no service here. You just pull in order your salad or wrap and go. This is just as advertised. The meals are all really good. They are big, and plenty of protein for what I consider a reasonable price. read more

Needed a quick dinner before going to an event with the girlfriend. This Salad and Go location is literally 1 minute from me. So we decided to get it to go and eat on the way. We ordered on the website while we are driving there. We ordered two drinks and two salads with various customizations. Literally pulled up within 1 minute of our order being submitted online. Got to the intercom, greeted politely, and was told my order is ready. I mean less than 1 minute from submitting the order online to be able to pick up at the drive thru...that's pretty impressive. Good prices but average service, and never included the extra ingredients that I was up-charged for. Multiple times. So if you want to add that delicious avocado to your burrito or wrap, go somewhere else that will actually give it to you and not stiff you. Love the drive-through Salad option! They are always super efficient and friendly. I go often, but use my own dressing at work and take out about a cup of lettuce. The dressings are packaged at 2.5 servings which makes that packet pretty calorie heavy. Wish they had a 'light lettuce' option on their app as there is way too much lettuce for the amount of toppings. They could save some money, by cutting down on the lettuce by about about 1/3. Their soups are usually good, although high in sodium, as are many soups. But compared to any other fast food, a healthy-ish option if you use your own dressing. read more

I have been hearing about this place for a very long time. All good things so I have been wanting to go. However, there were no locations near me. I finally was able to stop by one since my new job has me driving right by this location. There is also a brand new location that opened this week at 35th and Greenway. Yeah, so I am double covered. The salads are delish and a good size. The older locations have wraps (not these two locations though) and both of these locations have Breakfast Burritos which I have yet to try but looking forward to doing so. As far as food goes, I have had the: Tai Chicken Salad. The Caprese Salad, and the Jalapeno Ranch Salad. All three were gobble down, tasty awesomeness. Pros- good portion, Economical meal, sturdy Reusable containers, delish food. Cons- Can be a long line and very busy but once you get past the line and to the order intercom they have the fastest service I have even seen at a drive thru. The menu is limited but that is their gig I suppose. I do not care for their drink choices which are also very limited. ( Ice tea and lemonade for meal drinks) But that is a personal preference just for me and I take my salad home. Also, the salads are hard to mix because they are so plentiful. (I know first world problems; lol) I love this place and see myself going a lot. Check them out. They have new locations opening all around the Valley. read more

Tonight is a night that will live in infamy and I will never forget. I have been eating at this Salad and Go since the day they opened and it has been great. Tonight was an experience like no other. I ordered a salad for my wife and a wrap for me. Got home and the salad was normal and my wrap was a potential three bites and gone. I decided to drive back and get a wrap that I have ordered 400+ times and when I pullled up the the window, everything changed. I showed the attendant my burro and he giggled about how small it was and sent the manager over. She proceeded to belittle me and tell me the wrap "has 3 ingredients, what do you expect." I proceeded to hand her the original wrap and ask for a reasonable one. She threw if at me and yelled multiple negative slurs. I really hope this location can fix there issue because I used to love this place. If anybody @ Salad and Go listens, the situation happened at 7:15PM on 6/15. I visited 9/27/20 and the young girls working gave such horrific customer service that I have never given one star. Not only to me, but I watched them patronize this poor lady whose trailer got stuck in front of me. They not only laughed at her, but would not help her. Then they proceeded to provoke her when she asked for a manager. Meanwhile there was a growing line. Instead of helping this lady,they made us all wait so they could get more of a rise out of her. When she left they were still laughing . In addition 4 items on the menu are no longer being made. They need to take them off! read more

I was looking for a good staycation while also earning American Airlines AAdvantage miles and…read moreloyalty points to maintain my status for another year. I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.

On the plus side, they have enough aerobic equipment to satisfy all. Their weight rack is missing quite a few weights. I do remember a manager at another Courtyard property telling me that guests steal the dumbbells. Nice/not! Overall, a good experience at this property.
