How to pick your salad !
    Bruce M.

Love the salads here. I get the small with double protein steak. The steak is so delicious and has great flavor. The veggie options are endless. The strawberry lemonade is my go to drink. Their protein selection is great with chicken steak and shrimp. The small is huge! Love the people working here. Always friendly and helpful. I consider myself a meat eater and the double steak on the salad fills me up.

I love Salata! Great selection of lettuces, salad toppings, protein and more. You walk through the line and the Salata employee builds your salad (or wrap) for you. They also have yummy soup to pair with your salad.

The greens/base always seem to be old and dry and even yellow on some of the edges of all varieties with the exception of the spinach since it keeps its color nicely. The base is not much so you need to ask for extra and all the sides are a tablespoon and you also need to ask for extra on each. It's $10- for a small bowel of a veggie salad, no protein. This is high for the quality of the base. Some of the workers are bothered when you ask for more greens or more of the veggie condiments, but hey, you're paying and getting off heavy traffic for a meal.

I was craving salad and my fave salad spot was closed. I ran across Salta on UberEATS. I got a regular sized salad. For the amount I paid, I expected more . I expected my toppings to cover my base a little more. They have some great toppings to choose from. Everything was good, I just didn't like the portion sizes.

Never a disappointed when coming to Salata. Place was pretty busy but staff were very attentive and supportive with helping each other. Always fresh ingredients and love the amount of items they have to choose from. Place was clean and well maintained.

Samara is hands down the best place to get a tasty and fresh salad. They have so many options to choose from, and I love how they mix everything up for you so you're not stabbing your bowl 50 times with your fork. Also they have really great teas and lemonades

First time at Salata and I felt like my expectations were met! I ordered the small salad for $7 and it was still decently portioned. I couldn't finish all of it. my boyfriend ordered the wrap and it was filling enough for him! We both got chicken and added in all of the toppings and dressings we'd like. The meal is extremely worth the price as everything tasted fresh and is a great alternative to fast food. my only con was the staff helping us was not the best and she didn't add to the positive experience. We came in and weren't greeted. We kind of just stood in front of her for a few minutes while she tried to figure out some online orders. The shift lead had to come tell her to help us first. We didn't mind the wait but it would have been nice to be acknowledged first. Additionally, it seemed like she got a bit impatient as I was trying to decide what dressing I wanted even though there wasn't anyone behind us and was trying to hurry us along. The cashier and shift lead were wonderful though! I would definitely come back next time i'm in the area.

Before coming here my idea of a salad was iceberg lettuce and ranch. But after coming here, this idea has been completely revolutionized. What I love about this place is the customization! It's basically a chipotle for salads, first add greens and then add any topping you could possibly think of. The topping really elevate a normal salad to the next level. Once I started eating, it was so delicious I could not stop. I highly recommend adding the pita chips, croutons and the croissant at the end, so delicious!! Each has so much flavor and texture and complement the salad so well. The portion sizes are also really huge! One small salad for $7 lasted me two meals! Yes please! Also, you can dine in here as tables are six feet apart! I wish there was a salata closer to campus, I would literally go everyday. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy option!

However, upon opening the front door I was met with beautiful fine dining ambience: exotic ceramic-tiled walls, cherry-finished wicker furniture cushioned with satin pillows, and of course the enormous golden cherub statue in the center of the room which delicately sprayed chicken tortilla soup into the Venice-like channels that crosshatched the restaurant. A hostess in a gondola rowed us to our table singing a song in another language (maybe Italian?) before letting us know that the Soup Man would be with us shortly as he was very busy today. The warning was unwarranted though, as the Soup Man shortly thereafter appeared at our table addressing, us by name and apologizing that the hostess didn't realize what esteemed guests we were. Bashfully I stammered that he must have me confused with someone else as I'd never been to this establishment before, but he softly shook his head and with a smile said, "I know all who live within this city." and pulled a steaming bowl of turkish wedding soup (my favorite!) from behind my ear as if to prove his point. Overall it was a wonderful experience! I am docking it one star because they were out of oyster crackers to crumble on my soup. Will be back!

The bowl itself came loaded with meat--they definitely weren't skimping to save money here. The meat-to-noodle ratio felt great, and every bite actually had substance instead of leaving me fishing around for toppings. As for the broth, I landed somewhere in the middle. It wasn't quite as clear or light as I personally prefer, leaning toward a fattier, milkier undertone that almost reminded me of a Vietnamese pho take on tonkotsu. The flavor itself was undeniably very good, but the richness may have been a bit too much for me personally. One way I usually judge how much I love a pho broth is whether I want to sip the bowl down to the very end, and this one wasn't quite light enough for me to want to do that. I've had richer and deeper pho flavors elsewhere, but I still appreciated the flavor profile here and could absolutely see why this place is so popular. It feels hearty, comforting, and satisfying in a way that clearly resonates with many people. Despite how packed the restaurant was, the atmosphere ended up being surprisingly pleasant. Service moved very quickly, which honestly impressed me given how busy everything felt. Even with the crowd, I didn't dislike the spacing or setup at all--the restaurant still felt comfortable, and the sound of people enjoying their food all around added to the lively, welcoming energy rather than making it feel overwhelming. Overall, Pho Phong Lưu ended up being one of those places where I completely understood the hype, even if it didn't become my personal favorite pho spot. While the broth leaned richer than my preference, I still enjoyed the experience and definitely look forward to trying other dishes next time.

The Green Goddess salad looked pretty good but expect to pay extra to add a protein. I did like the ambiance. The waitstaff was helpful and informative. The kitchen and bar took a while, even with just a few tables occupied.
