I've eaten and ordered from Salata online all over the metroplex. I'm always satisfied. I know I'll get a great fresh salad. How I asked for it and all I have to do is pick it up. This particular Salata location is near a location I frequent and it's convenient as I'm on my way to work. I'm writing this review because when I order my salad at this location I'm more than satisfied. I've ordered online twice. Some how they knew it was me both times as I walked through the door. All the 'extras' I asked for were separated so that I know that they are extra. I really feel appreciated and special when I order from this location. The Food was average while the service was horrible it seemed like the workers that served us where new. We stood in line for 20 minutes while I did not see the workers change their gloves not once while they were touching everything. There was a girl there who seemed to be the cleanest and nicest worker. We asked the guy to dry the bowl and he said "its just lettuce right?". We had to ask for pita chips and they were constantly dropping things. There were about 15 people in line behind us. I would not recommend going here at all. This salad restaurant only has 3 sizes of salad. Large. 8$ small 7$(more than twice the size). Then wrap 6. About 1/2 the size of the small. When you walk in you are greeted with what type of lettuce, then what size. No explanation at all. We learned along the way. They have many types of lettuce. However no iceberg. Then the server hovers over different type of vegetables. And when asked they give you a pinch. Around a tablespoon full. Any type of protein is extra. The one positive was food is fresh. But the attitude stinks. Just that one rude comment from the girl at the start turned me off. Place is good. But will not come back Want to give management some advise. Good quality food always, in restaurant ordering is always fine but online ordering has always been a horrid experience. Multiple issues with online ordering being they have been out of half of the ingredients without letting you know they don't have it and have forgotten extra sauces that were paid for, forgot to put meat (which is almost $4), and simply put no effort into making the to go order and the portion sizes have been horrible with the salad container being over half empty. When nicely asking for corrections, it is followed with terrible management style and employees who are not trained or willing to help. read more

This location open recently and this was my first trip in. When you walk in it's clean and modern. Luckily went after lunch and walked up no waiting. When you start the line they ask if you want salad or wrap. Since eating low carb I opted for salad. There were 3 main lettuce types and also can add spinach if your heart desires. Next you move to a vast selection of fresh vegetables. They have your traditional topping with some unusual ones like pea sprouts and radishes. They have several cheese options and can also get eggs as toppings. If you ask for more of one topping they will happily add it to your salad. They have several different proteins and if your not sure ask for a sample first! I picked chicken pesto. They have multiple chicken choices and also shrimp. They have a vast selection of dressings and can add bacon if you ask. They have soups and different crunchy toppings like croutons and crackers. You can eat it there or take it to go. Drink selections are unique and tasty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I got home the salad was flavorful and fresh. It's a bit pricey but in my humble opinion worth it. The regular salad tasted surprisingly fresh and delicious - it was very big! I love how many options they have prepared and ready to add into the salad. The multigrain croissant is also delicious! The staff was helpful and friendly during the food service. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was pretty dirt inside. I used to get everything I wanted on my salads and they were amazing, I am now on a strict diet and can only eat certain protein, carbs and fats. I usually get a salad from Salata on Broad Street but I will not be returning. I had a horrible experience tonight. The young man making my salad using his hands to get the tomatoes, black and green olives, cucumbers and feta cheese for the salad. He was too lazy to get a spoon. You would think that he would have went to get a clean spoon to get the toppings since Covid-19 is not going on anywhere no time soon. I had request to speak to the manger.
