During every visit, there's been a HUGE pile of hair just swept to the corner and the stations weren't swept between every customer. There are places where hair is LITERALLY caked on the wood upholstery. I've never see such a dirty floor at visits to other shops throughout the country! My haircut and neck shave came to $45. While not cheap, I nonetheless found it a good value given the time she spent to learn how I like my hair and to clean up my look with great care, as well as her offer to do a refresh to extend the life of my cut in 2 weeks.
