Since my first visit in 2019, I have always received a warm welcome when coming through the door and have always found the salon to be impeccably clean and organized. It says a lot that many of the stylists are some that I saw on my first visit. Jackie continues to work her miracles with my hair, never wavering when I get a wild hair (pun intended) to try something new. She always listens carefully to my comments and offers her professional suggestions. I have never, in 7 years, left dissatisfied. I called the salon one day, and they were able to schedule me for the following day. They put me down with Ryan, and I'm so glad they did! Ryan took time to talk me through my desired style and how it would work best with my particular hair texture. He was very nice to talk to, and the finished product was exactly what I wanted! He explained things to me that I hadn't realized before about different hair color pricing and strategies in case I want to do that in the future. I will definitely be back on a regular basis!

I reached out to Katie asking is she could get me back in to put more highlights in and she responded saying the results I got were what we discussed in our consultation and saying I was changing my mind. I understand being a first time client that there can be miscommunication, but I showed a reference photo and stated multiple times how I wanted to be brighter and she instead put a dark color in my hair. I went ahead and reached out to the salon owner who told me that Katie told her she couldn't get me the results like the picture I showed her, which is simply a lie. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 25 years and never had an issue getting it blonde. I told the salon owner I did not feel comfortable coming back in at this point and wanted a refund since I was now being treated like I was the problem. The salon owner said Katie would reach back out to me and she did not. I had to reach out to Katie again and asked for a refund since I would have to go to another stylist for the results I wanted. She responded saying she will not issue a refund since I took time in her chair and used a good amount of hair products. This experience has been very upsetting 1. to be told I'm basically lying and 2.spending $370 and getting the opposite result of what I wanted. Very unprofessional and not what I would expect from a "high profile" salon.

Sam let me know the type of shampoo she was using on my hair and why, then helped me determine which style to go with for my event. I decided to do "sleek and smooth", which is exactly what I left with, and what I still have the following day. My hair feels great and Sam was kind.
