She's personable, professional and amazing at color treatment. I explained to her what I was going for and she nailed it on the first try. She also really understood that my budget didn't allow for appointments every 8 weeks, so she was able to provide me with a "lived in" look that gets me through almost 6 months before I feel I need a refresh. But from moment I walked in the door Corri was the most welcoming person! She goes above and beyond anyone I have ever met. Bella is absolutely amazing and fitted me for my crown which is my far the best life purchase I have ever made. Lastly Emma is the most magical human! She did my hair and make up for my wedding and many other events and is the first and only person I enjoy getting my make up done by. Just thought it was worth mentioning that I did receive an email from someone named Bella at the salon on 09/15/2022 after posting my yelp review in July 2022. She indicated in her email that she would be sending me a receipt breaking down the totals from my appointment (per my review), but never did so. I received a generic follow up email on 10/06 regarding my prior appointment and asking to schedule my next, as though there was no communication as to which clients have been unhappy with prior services. This salon delivers a lackluster product, is outrageously priced and has terrible customer service - even after being called out (publicly) on a terrible experience. I'm 38 - I've been to hair salons for many years and throughout the country - this continues to be the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. read more

Tara for president! I love this salon. I've only seen Tara twice for a haircut and once for color, and every time has been a great experience. She's super patient in talking through options, looking at inspiration photos, etc. She also explains why she thinks certain approaches are or aren't right for your hair. I have thick but really fine hair, and I've never felt like someone "got it" with a haircut before Tara. The other ladies at the salon are super friendly and easy to deal with on scheduling. I love Salon Glow! This was my first time getting a balayage and I haven't dyed my hair in years (so was a little nervous). Emma took the time to hear out my color ideas and what I was looking for.
