Once done with my hair wash I went back to her station where we discussed what I was wanting for this haircut. She was very friendly and listened to what I was wanting and looked at my inspo pictures. She was very communicative and was letting me know what she was doing to my hair as she was cutting it. We chatted throughout the duration of my haircut. Once done she took pictures of my hair. I paid for my haircut and that was it. I was done in about a an hour. Ash did a phenomenal job with my hair! Very neat and clean. I waited no longer than 10 minutes to be taken back. The beautician washed my hair, gave me the heat resistant treatment, and then blow dried my hair and straightened it. The only reason this place gets a 4 stars is because ANY add-on is extra. My ends needed to be clipped and she said it was extra. I wanted slight wave curls and she said it was extra. I went back and forth attempting to schedule for weeks and tried to book on three separate occasions. When I finally called and someone answered, there was a significant communication barrier, and the call ultimately ended with the person hanging up on me. You're correct that I've never received a service at your salon--but that is precisely the point of my review. I repeatedly tried to become a customer and was unable to successfully book an appointment. My review is about the customer service and booking experience I personally received. If your salon is so heavily booked that you are unable to accommodate new clients, I completely understand. However, potential clients should simply be told that upfront rather than spending weeks attempting to schedule an appointment that is never confirmed. Professionalism begins before a customer ever walks through the door, and unfortunately, my experience trying to become a client was enough for me to decide to take my business elsewhere.

The colorist left noticeable staining all along my hairline, my ears, around my neck. It was not subtle, it looked sloppy and unfinished. This is something that should have been cleaned before I ever left the chair. Instead, I walked out of the salon looking like the service was rushed and incomplete. I've since had to spend hours trying to remove the dye from my skin, and ultimately had to rewash and restyle my hair the very same day because there was no way I could comfortably go out in public like that. For the price point, this is simply unacceptable. When you pay for a professional color service, you expect to leave looking polished, not like you have to fix the work yourself at home. I'm sharing this because I think it's important for management to be aware of the quality control here. I would appreciate someone reaching out to address this situation.
