I've been doing my own hair for years. I've been blonde, brown , auburn , and every color of the rainbow from pink and purple. At this point my hair was at a breaking point and I took it one to many steps further to where I thought I was gonna have to shave my whole hair off. I reached out and Jeanne was so fast to reply, she was so kind and had empathy to how devastated I was at the state of my hair. She booked me the next morning for a consultation with Karen. I walked in and was greeted right away and was asked if I wanted water or coffee which was really nice. Karen took a look at my hair and told me the truth, that is was damaged but wasn't that bad where I had to shave it all off. She suggested to do a shadow root to fix the band I had from a previous color , also do a deep treatment, and a trim and she could do that all at that moment. So I did!! I couldn't be happier with how much better my hair is and that I even still have hair ! Also might I add the prices where very reasonable, I left with my arm and leg and wallet ! read more

I recently went to this salon to get my hair cut short and have layers in my hair. I got everything I asked for and more! Jeanne was the lady who cut my hair and she was really nice. Also, Nicole was the lady who helped make sure my hair and scalp was thoroughly washed before the haircut. Nicole was very nice as well. I really appreciate feeling pampered and cared for! Keep in mind you do get what you pay for. The price range for a haircut is between $55-$65 depending on how long and thick your hair is. After you request to make an appointment online, you pay a $25 deposit online to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is paid the day of the appointment after you get your haircut. The only suggestion I have is if there is an option to not have a wash with your haircut. It adds up if you get multiple haircuts a year. Otherwise, I had a great time and the atmosphere was great! I'm so happy that I got my hair done with Jeanne and Nicole! It's been over 5 years since I did anything other than cut my hair. I'm happy to say that this is a a great way to start 2021! Both Jeanne and Nicole were very professional and handled my hair with a lot of care. I showed Jeanne what I wanted from 2 pictures and her and Nicole exceeded my expectations. But I knew she could do it! As for cleanliness they wore PPE and sanitized the wash station and everything around it after I used it twice. Cleaned up immediately after I was done at the station. She is so talented and so professional. After deciding to grow my hair out again, I reached back out to Jeanne but this time for a color change. JEANNE AND MARIA ARE MAGICIANS I gave them an inspo pic and literally achieved exactly what I wanted ALL IN ONE SESSION! I have dark brown (kinda thick) Asian hair and was a little scared at what the outcome was going to be because I wanted a super light (almost white/silver) purple --reference attached. It took roughly about 7/8 hours to get it right but it was all worth it in the end! Jeanne also takes the time to explain the process to you and gives you all the hair care tips + recommends products that will help decrease the amount of color that washes off with these fashion colors.
