Stephani Gonzales did my low lights and cut and she nailed the color. I told her to mach lowlights with my root colore so I can grow out my blond bleached haire. AS I said she matched it perfectly... very impressed... cut is great too. At other salons in this area they need 4 hours to do my hair she did it in 2 and I had a good time. I went to this salon off a referral in december. I was desperately needed highlights to brighten my look, so i made an appointment here. The shop itself is nice and clean. The stylist took me back and told me $150 for my highlights, no haircut or anything else included..I told her i was willing to pay watever for what i wanted! Just to make it happen. My hair is medium brown NOT BLACK so she said she could get me pretty blonde. After 4 1/2 hours i learn that she has only been doing hair 2 years!? Uhm what?! I was so mad, i allready new after she said that and it taking over 4 hours to do it that i wasnt going to get what i wanted. She rinsed me out and im serious it looked like i had very suttle carmal/orange highlights. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money. My boyfriend and friends didnt even realize and if they did no one liked it. Its color correction now.. they stylist name started with an A and she had green hair .. Dont recommend!! STAY AWAY. If you want a magic worked in your hair Stephanie is the person to go to. I had my hair very messed up from all the different things done to it including having some pieces burned. Stephanie was honest and told me that my hair couldn't be ash the first time I was there because it needed to be toned. I felt bad but knew she was the professional and knew what she was doing. 2 weeks after I went and OMG!!!! My hair was the ash color I ALWAYS wanted. She talked to me about the different products I could put on my hair to keep it healthy and ash. I already recommended her to different people to go with her to do it after they asked me where did I go do my hair. I had been trying for 5 years to get this look and nobody knew how to do it until I met Stephanie. At Salon Relini you really need to know when to go and with whom to schedule your appointments. I agree with Nancy A's comment, Lizzette is great and she is always punctual and always, always does a great job with all my facials, eyebrows, etc... But some of Relini's other stylists need a course in customer service and never never go on a Friday or Saturday at anytime of the day. And I also agree with Patricia's comment, just because Rene has a long list of clients it does not mean he can just dismiss his loyal longtime customers. And simply because he does great hair it does not mean he can treat his customers with such disregard and we can also find a much better hairstylists than Rene. And on a final note, it is something so hysterical to go into the Salon Relini on a busy Saturday afternoon and everybody is acting and being so "Hollywood" ha ha ha it is Downey, seriously, Downey. read more

I've been coming to this salon for years and I usually have a pleasant experience. However, this past month I had an awful experience. I went in to get a root touch up on my BLONDE hair and I came out with ashy brown hair...I literally left with tears in my eyes. How do you go in for a touch up and come out with a completely different color all over? I just wanted my roots done not a complete new color that I didn't want! The stylist saw that I was upset and told me that it would lighten up with a few washes...it's been about a month and I still have this weird ashy "mistake" of a color! The stylist did offer to fix it at no cost if the color didn't lighten up after a few washes (I'm sure he saw my tears). I have to give him credit for that however the truth is...I didn't want him to touch my hair again and I didn't want my hair to go through another round of chemicals and bleach. It took me a long time to get my blonde hair color and it was instantly transformed into an awful ashy brown...again I just wanted my blonde roots done!
