My friend and I ate here for breakfast. We had made a reservation for 645 but realized when we got there that we didn't need a reservation, which was fine, there weren't many people in because it was so early. The hostess was very attentive. Eric was our server and he always checked in on us and made sure that we had hot coffee and everything that we needed. The breakfast food was delicious. It was nice and peaceful. I love the skylights and the decor. I had sunny side up eggs, toast, cheese, grits, and sausage patties. It was a lot of food, and I felt bad that I couldn't eat it all, but it was delicious! My friend had two biscuits with bacon and scrambled eggs. It was delicious as well. The coffee was good too. I'm definitely going back there for breakfast tomorrow morning, as we're staying here in the hotel. read more

We hadn't been here in a couple years so we decided to give it another try. Had dinner last night and the fish dish that the other members of my party got was actually quite tasty. I got the ribeye, which was very tough and hard to cut. I would say I probably only got about six or seven bites out of the queen cut ribeye. The mashed potatoes were nice, as was the asparagus. We decided to give them another shot for breakfast this morning, and mine was absolutely terrible. This is the first time I think I've actually spit out food at a restaurant and with mixed company. I got the country fried steak breakfast. The potatoes tasted great, but they were sitting in oil that was mixed with some kind of other fluid from my running scrambled eggs. The country fried steak was so tough that I stuck a fork in it, and it stayed standing during the entire meal. This thing was so overcooked and tough that I spit it out immediately at the first bite. To our servers credit, he recognized that my plate was largely untouched and took my breakfast off of the total bill for our party. Our server was friendly and efficient, though grossly overbooked, I think. I wish that the manager or Chef would go down the road and up i110 a couple of miles to that Scarlet place, and try their country fried breakfast with potatoes, eggs and biscuit. See the product that they deliver for about the same price, but how much better it is prepared, served, plated and presented. This location does have a very clean and comfortable atmosphere and it was quite busy this Saturday morning. Good was mediocre at best. Went for a Saturday brunch. Not much for gluten free options although they did have a GF bread (but it was not very good). Bacon was undercooked for my taste (did not send anything back due to the time it took to get it). Scrambled eggs were oily with a strange taste. Server was friendly but we rarely saw her. They were rockstars. It was the lack of people working that was truly upsetting, especially for a holiday weekend. Breakfast took forever to get seated. Then we came for dinner and there were 100 empty tables but they were super understaffed so we had to wait like 20 minutes. The food was okay. The egg casserole was really good. After checking in and getting settled into our reserved Gulf View King Room, we went downstairs to eat dinner at this all-purpose restaurant, and were generally pleased with what we encountered. I began with a fine bowl of French Onion Soup just oozing with cheese, followed by a Chef's Salad with pickled Red Onions, and an excellent, large Chicken Pot Pie packed with vegetables. Diane was pleased with her entree of Penne Alfredo with Shrimp, and service by Brittainy was friendly and attentive. I visited here with my family and it must've been an off night. Our group of five were told to wait while table was being set, no problem. The issue was when we were told to move from where we were standing by a rude hostess.It wasn't a problem to move but she told us in a very rude tone. She didn't even acknowledge us to begin with and we were being helped by another hostess anyway. The hostess who was originally helping us apologized on her behalf. When we were sat, our waitress came and took our order, she then disappeared. The food took forever to come out. When it did, we were missing part of our order. Come to find out, it was taken to another table. She then disappeared again only to reappear when it was time to pay. She was nice when she was around. But not attentive enough. Had breakfast here during our stay at the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi. I had French toast which was good and he ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken tenders on this waffle were HUGE and delicious!They were a meal in themselves. The waffle sadly was not hot and very dry. Even with syrup. So they could do better there. This was our third visit here in about five years. First one was very good but the second was not and bad enough for me to write a letter to Beau Rivage CEO. We decided to try once more and was terrible. It was over an hour wait and the food was terrible. In fairness, we did have the French onion soup which was pretty good. Each of our two meals came with a small dinner salad which also was good. So a good start... However, my wife had a the chicken pot pie which was about an inch deep with a thin like-philo dough on top and mine was fried cat fish and shrimp. The cat fish seemed a little under cooked but the shrimp and hush puppies were over cooked. Fries were barely just warm. At least the cole slaw was good and a good portion. I should have refused the meal but was hungry. Service just ok. Never got a second refill on drinks. For $80 we have definitely called it quits on this restaurant and the hotels buffet. When you go to a casino you don't like gambling on the food! We like the hotel just not this restaurant and the buffet. Maybe we'll try one of the other food stands in the hotel next time instead. read more

While the setting was lovely--modern, clean, and inviting--and the service was friendly, the food unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. We used a myVEGAS reward for a free bowl of gumbo, and that ended up being the best part of the meal. Rich, flavorful, and hearty--it really stood out. My mom ordered the fried green tomatoes, which sounded like a sure win with pimento cheese and bacon on top. But they fell flat--neither the texture nor flavor hit the mark. I had the steak sandwich, which was sadly a miss. The steak was tough, and the whole dish lacked seasoning and flavor. Definitely not something I'd order again. It seems like Salt & Ivy may shine more at breakfast, and we left wishing we'd tried it then instead. While the dinner didn't impress, the atmosphere and attentive service still made for a pleasant stop. Next time, we'll give their morning menu a chance. read more

Still the same great experience. They welcome you to a bright pastel colors but very welcoming. They offer electric charging stations in the parking garage. I believe it is on the 3rd floor? It is located in the lobby, just right of check in front desk or left as you walk in main doorway. We had Ashley as our server. She was amazing! She definitely took care of us! We ordered the Cobb salad, cup of seafood gumbo, and the steak sandwich with fries. All were delicious! Ashley recommended the Cobb salad. I did not know it was that big of a salad since was not that hungry. Rounded off the meal with a sangria ( sangria is an alcoholic beverage originating in Spain and Portugal. A punch, sangria traditionally consists of red wine and chopped fruit, often with other ingredients or spirits) drink responsibly. With a side of ice water too. Overall, it is very delicious and full of flavor. I was surprised how big the salad was and go full from it. Ashley thought I did not like it. I told her it was great! Just full since I ate earlier. She was recommended she can pack the salad to go and take the drink out to the casino floor if you wish? Now, if you plan to leave the casino; however, they must put it in a to go container not the glass in the restaurant. Seating is very comfortable. Whether you are in regular seating or the booth. Average hotel food, not awful but not too great. I have gone twice. The first time, the service was great! I ordered a chicken pot pie - it was well seasoned and flavorful. (Beware, there is both dark and white meat.) The next day I went and had a different experience. The server seemed to be having a rough day, or just didn't care to be present. She took about 20 minutes between bringing our drinks and taking our food orders. She wasn't able to provide advice or information on other foods on the menu. I had the New Orleans Style BBQ Salmon. I don't know what it means to be New Orleans style, but it was not spicy. It was well-seasoned. The rice was clumpy, and the vegetables were like steamed veggies out of a microwaveable bag. When he went on break, an alterative person came up and introduced herself as filling in for him. My burger was prepared to order accurately with all the condiments. My only problem was that the fries were the cold side. My husband ordered the prime rib, and it came out very overdone. It was replaced quickly and without question. We decided to eat at The Atrium Cafe located in the lobby of the Beau Rivage. We didn't really expect much from a lobby restaurant, but boy were we wrong. We ordered the Gumbo, and having lived on the Gulf of Mexico and New Orleans, we know gumbo. And the Gumbo from The Atrium was maybe the best that I've eaten in years. I told the waiter how good it was, and he informed us that their Gumbo had won a ton of awards. I can believe it. It is worth the drive just for the Gumbo. Special. We also ordered the Chicken and Waffles and it was delicious! The Chicken was soooo good, and the Belgium Waffle fluffy and rich. Truly a huge hit with the entire family. Well at the Beau Rivage, you can do all of those things, but you also have a 24/7 option that many casinos don't, and that is the Terrace Cafe. Serving up delicious options at all hours of the day and night at reasonable prices. Check out the picture of the menus with this review. We got the queso and chips as an appetizer and I got the wings. All were very good and well worth the price. For entrees, we tried the chicken pot pie which was homemade, nothing frozen in that dish. The burgers, grilled cheese, ribs, omelets, the Reuben (which can also be purchased at the snack shop in the casino along with other sandwiches), and the Biloxi steak (their Philly cheesesteak). It's all super tasty and the prices are good too, even better if you have comps! read more

Such a beautiful place, really elegant yet very relaxing. The service is best quality with attention to detail and a gracious attitude being the norm. We went several times during our stay in Ocean Springs and it was because everything was just right and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The shrimp cocktail was impressively fresh and sweet, with a cocktail sauce with just the right balance. It's hard to describe how everything comes together here but I loved this place and I will go back whenever I can! So nice! read more

The Terrace Cafe is a casual sit-down restaurant located near the entrance of the Beau Rivage. As mentioned, the restaurant is casual, most everything is casual here at the Beau, but no need for a suit here- shorts are fine. Due to the pandemic it's probably best to go about 30-45 minutes prior to wanting to eat to get on the list so they can get your number, you can explore the hotel, and then you get a text that your table is ready. The menu is typical American fare. Burgers, salads, soups, and all of those sort of things. This time I was here I ordered a shrimp Caesar salad and a side of fries- nothing fancy, but still delicious. The service is always attentive and the food arrives fast. Everything I've had here has been good. For a hotel restaurant, the prices are not too jacked up and inflated which I honestly really appreciate. Plus if needed, you can use your express comps if you buy too much. Terrace Cafe is a great place to sit down and have a nice meal after you've won or lost in the casino. read more

I disagree with the current 3* average rating for Atrium Cafe. We walked up around 10:40 on a Sunday morning & were told it would be a ~30 minute wait. True to what was predicted, we were seated around 11:15 & our server was friendly & helpful. Breakfast is served all day, so my Mom ordered the ham & cheese omelet with home fries & rye toast. The French onion soup was calling my name & man, it was good! Gooey melty Gruyère cheese atop a thick slice of toast & that rich, dark brown onion broth. Everything was well-executed & we cleaned our plates & bowls! I'd definitely return to the Atrium for a meal, especially after a late evening of drinks & gambling. ;) read more

Meh! You can stop reading here and you will know exactly what to expect. I'll add this though: If someone asked me, "What's the most Meh restaurant you have ever eaten at?" Without hesitation, I would say, "Terrace Cafe at Beau Rivage in Biloxi." Why is it Meh? I'll explain... When I arrived, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Finally, the hostess told me to stand by the bench on the other side of the wall. This felt strange because everyone else was still in line. After about 10 more minutes, the people in line were seated ahead of me. I said something to the hostess and a table was immediately cleared for me. When I sat down, the waitress told me that the food would take about 40 minutes because they were cleaning the kitchen. I said, "No problem" because it was the only restaurant open. The food arrived about 30 minutes later. My burger was a little overcooked and the fries were bland. But this was all good news because it led to my trying The Buffet next door. I would only recommend The Terrace if there are no other options or if you're drunk and don't know the difference. If that's the case, The Terrace might even be Wow instead of Meh. read more

Tucked in the beautiful Beau Rivage I visited the Terrace Cafe and everything from start to finish was awesome. My coworker and I split a salad and pizza. The pizza was made fresh and not frozen. The cheese was perfect and we went with a basic pepperoni The salad was delicious and a nice size. We opted for the Cobb and they were ever so kind to split all the ingredients for us which is nice. There was no up charge for the gesture like some place charge. Oh....Be sure to tell them how you like your crust. My bad for not telling them do it was a little softer than I prefer but still very good. My coworker would concur on all the above. Service was exceptional and we had our food in record time.
