    Steakhouse Chop Salad

The service was impeccable. The vibe was a very relaxed one, it was not noisy. The food was superb. I had a filet mignon that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels Sprouts that were cooked with a glaze. The potatoes were the best ones I've had in a long time. The bernaise sauce was on point. This is definitely a venue that I will return to again. Oh the salad was great as well.

This is a upscale dining environment. It is a steak and seafood menu. The steaks were cooked perfectly. It had an incredible crust and flavor. I wasn't expecting Japanese waygu. But something more delicate. It was slightly disappointed in the grade of the meat for the ribeye. The filet was incredible. Butterflied and cooked whole. The seafood macaroni stole the show for me . Amazing food and plenty of wine. Service was incredible. It is a yes for me to return and dine in again

I was starving and in a casino and wanted a good meal. Just as the Kentucky Derby is running I show up without a reservation and was promptly seated. I had a three course special and was quickly given water, bread and a chilled shrimp complements of chef. Potato leek soup was the first course and was warm and tasty. The filet was perfectly cooked and was served with small quantity of mashed potatoes and asparagus. I didn't order any sides. White chocolate bread pudding was the included dessert. Megan was attentive and I was checked on throughout my meal. I will likely order off the full menu on my return visit.

Now this is fine dining!!!!! Top of the line food, service, and atmosphere. Luke and I had a pleasant night for our year anniversary dinner at this enchanting Palace casino restaurant. We both had the Bacon Wrapped Filet Medallions and lemme tell you... THESE STEAK MEDALLIONS WERE THE BOMB. Steak was perfectly cooked, we both got medium rare. They were well cooked and charred on the outside while pink and juicy on the inside. The bacon was cooked phenomenally and definitely not overdone. They also put enough to where we had bacon in every bite! That is how well this dish was constructed. Definitely worth the $38, I PROMISE. We also got a shareable side of Mac n' Cheese, and LEMME TELL YOU, these sides are TRULY SHAREABLE! At most restaurants, you don't expect to get much mac n' cheese when you order it because they are stingy, especially in fine dining. THIS PLACE REALLY GIVES YOU YOUR MONEY'S WORTH. We had the best servers ever. Dallas and Jackson were TOP OF THE LINE. Never had such great service in my entire LIFE! They really do know how to pick their servers. The hostess and manager were also super kind, with management checking with us and making sure we were having a splendid time, we were constantly shown that we were welcome here and all they wanted for us is to enjoy. Lastly the place was BEAUTIFUL AND SO UPSCALE. It's small but it is set up well, and the tables are not close to each other. It also was not packed on a Saturday night which was definitely a relief. Everything about my experience was perfect here. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MIGNON'S, THE PRICES ARE SO SO WORTH IT AND ARE NOT EVEN BAD FOR WHAT YOU GET. Best fine dining ever. P.S. The sweet tea was SO GOOD.

My husband ordered the red beans and rice -- he said they were decent, but not quite up to homemade standards (though I think he was just trying to flatter me!). He did reach for the hot sauce to give them a little kick. I snuck a bite of the cornbread, which was lightly sweetened -- really enjoyed it. The chicken breast was flavorful, extra crispy, and crunchy, but the crust was a bit too hard to chew comfortably. My husband may have tried a bite as well, and we both noticed the meat itself could have used a little more seasoning. Despite the small critiques, we always enjoy our visits to Patio 44. We sat outside on the patio after 9 p.m. -- a great atmosphere for a night out. The wait staff was wonderfully attentive; three of them rushed over as soon as we arrived. The bar was fully stocked, though we skipped cocktails this time. It's also a quick, pleasant walk from our hotel -- perfect for a night stroll. We'll definitely be back and plan to try something different next visit!

The food just wasn't good. When we walked in, it gave a LH or TR vibe so we thought okay. But the similarities stopped there. The steak was blah and the sides eh. As for the Caesar salad, the dressing was sour. The waitress said most people don't like it! Traded it for a soup that was bland. There were drink specials on the menu and they didn't have the correct alcohol or fruits to go with. The waitress clearly knew nothing about alcohol and gave us bad information and the bartender had to come out. Thankfully we weren't starving so we picked over and left half on our plate. The restaurant itself is really beautiful, very lux looking. Thos hostess was friendly, greeted us as we walked in and made us feel like she was excited about our arrival. Our server was Jessica and she had an attendant assisting her, darn it I don't remember his name, but they both were great. Very professional, yet friendly. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer. Very flavorful and I appreciated it wasn't full of filling. They also gave us chicken salad on a spoon. I believe it was chicken salad. He said to start the palate. I ordered the lamb, my husband ordered the steak and lobster. He wasn't aware it was a small fried lobster, but he enjoyed it. It was a big piece of steak, 14oz, so he had to take the rest home. I asked for a mocktail, but it wasn't really something that wowed me because I look for creativity and it was just plain. Taste good, but plain, especially the presentation. I was given dessert for my birthday, creme brulee, which Jessica torched right at the table and I must say, it was also delish. The menus were impressive also. Wait! It's been pretty bad the last two years in a row so this year we decided to try the owner's other restaurant! The Rack House looked very nice upon entry (other than some very dusty barrels which happened to be located right next to our table) and they were playing pleasant ambient music at the perfect volume. We were promptly seated and it didn't take long for our server to get drinks started for us! Most of us ordered waters, but my Mom ordered an extra dirty martini that unfortunately came out as being way more alcohol-heavy than she normally likes, but she didn't bring it up to our waiter. We got the sticky ribs as an appetizer, which the whole table agreed were VERY good. Our waiter was very polite and attentive and brought some free rolls and a variety of butters for us to try as well! My mom ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta while my dad ordered a steak. The pasta was good, but wasn't anything super special for the $23 price tag on it, and sadly my dad's steak came out very gristly and overdone. We told our waiter about the issue and he was quick to take it back to the kitchen to have a new steak made. While we were waiting, multiple managers (or at least what I can only assume were managers) apologized to us about the issue and assured us the new steak would be out soon. Our waiter--accompanied by one of the managers--brought the new steak out, and they waited to make sure it was cooked correctly this time as my dad cut into it. The second steak was an improvement, but it still wasn't very good. My dad didn't want to make a fuss about it and said it was alright. When our check came we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had comped the steak for us. Overall, it was a fairly good experience. The food wasn't terrible, and when there was a mistake the staff was more than happy to correct it. It seems like the people who run the place really do prioritize the guest experience and want people to be happy with the food they're paying for! I'm hoping it's just an unfortunate coincidence that their food just didn't measure up to the price tag this time, but it's difficult to say with only having visited once.

Cooked a perfect medium rare--exactly the way a steak like that should be served. Great crust, incredible flavor, tender all the way through. One of those steaks where after the first bite you just stop talking for a second. The baked potato was fantastic too, and they did it right--it came with every topping you could think of, all laid out in a clean, polished, professional way instead of just tossing stuff on a plate and hoping for the best. The Caesar salad was excellent, and bonus points because they even offer anchovies if you actually know how a Caesar is supposed to be eaten.
