Terrible Experiance! A service accidentally pored a glass of wine all over me and my wife. Accidents happen and he apologized and waitress also apologized and she had nothing to do with the situation. The manger comes over and all he does is over a free desert for the inconvenience. Really?? My wife's dress is stained and ruined , my pants are soaked and runied our night and you think a $9.00 piece of cake is an equivalent exchange for a new dress and ruined night. They were able to accommodate a large group and the service was quick. The drinks were the best part of the entire meal. We went out for my husbands birthday dinner and since we have had a positive experience at Saltgrass in Beaumont we decided to give this location a try. It did not disappoint. We sat at the bar as we often do. I realized that from our location we could really watch how well run and clean this place was. Sometimes when you are at a table you really don't understand what is going on behind the scenes. An employee was polishing wine glasses, a manager was interacting with customers and staff and the bartender intervened when she saw another staff member not garnishing a cocktail properly. She basically told her that consistency was important. I started with a very well made white cosmopolitan and my husband enjoyed an old fashioned. We both ordered the petite filets and they were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and very tender. My husband had soup and baked potato while I opted for a salad and mashed potatoes. The food is amazing! My complaint is about the service. I typically place takeout orders rather than dine in at this location. I use online ordering on the website; therefore, there is no miscommunication about what I want. Several times, I've been given the incorrect items at pickup, or they've gotten my order wrong, and last night, I was missing items. The manager offered me a free appetizer, which is all fine and great, but I spent a good amount of money and tipped very well also. Missing the items from my meal ruined the meal for me. I ordered the Salmon Oscar, yet the crab sauce was missing, and the asparagus, which comes with the meal, was also missing. How do you not complete the meal? I sent my daughter in to pick up the order; therefore, I didn't know the server did not review the items in the bag, she simply handed her the bag. We live 25 minutes away; therefore, I didn't feel like driving back. That's 50 minutes in total just to get there and back. When we arrived home, and noticed my meal had the missing items. I told the manager I'd take a photo of the entire packaged meal. I was told a refund would take nearly 30 days to process -- after the manager offered an $11.00 refund to cover the crab sauce, without mentioning the asparagus. I verified that it should have come with the meal, and he said yes, it should. Disappointed! read more

Today was not so great , service was absolutely terrible we received our drinks the same time as our appetizer , we placed our order and then ten mins later our server came back to ask if we wanted our shrimp grilled or fried meaning he didn't even put our order in , our food took about 45 mins to come out . It was very cheesy and well seasoned, all I added was some pepper. The shrimp also tasted great, and well seasoned, it came with cocktail sauce I believe which is something I do not eat. However I did eat the cocktail sauce and ended up enjoying it. The rolls are HUGE so I split one with a coworker. Great food overall, I'll definitely visit this place for the Mac & cheese again. Then wine was spilled on one in our party; two of us were given the impression that salads came with the meal (they were not and we're over $4.49 each); another in our party had to send back an overdone steak; then we find out our bills experienced a computer glitch which took an hour or more to sort out. While the Manager expressed sorrow and apologies...many other tables around us came, ordered, ate paid and left. While our server was pleasant and helpful and did the best she could it took some time to get drink refills.
