Ask for Lori! Hands down best service we've had in a long time. But the whole staff is great, honestly. We played rock paper scissors for dessert choice, and a different server came by to ask who won then played the winner the manager was very kind and attentive as well. There was a slight mix up with dinner - my husband ordered prime rib and ribeye arrived at the table. They swapped it, apologized a jillion times, the manager delivered the prime rib himself and apologized for the delay (which was maybe 3 minutes tops if that - I had time for 1 bite of mine and gave my husband a bite and then it arrived). We truly weren't bothered by it, but the manager made sure we were ok and didn't need anything else. Service aside, the food was top notch. We'd gone to Buffalo Bar at Top of the Rock/Big Cedar the weekend before for birthday dinner, and left a little disappointed. Meat was filled with tendons and my ribeye had a strange sweet taste. Top of the Rock is supposed to be the place but honestly Saltgrass blew them out of the water. The steaks were tendon free, tender as all get out, and delicious flavor. Drinks were strong yet tasty. Bread was phenomenal. Cheesecake could have used a touch more strawberry sauce, but was light and fluffy and delicious. Lori hooked us up with to go bread, and we'll definitely be back! Every time that my family and I went through Texas, we would stop at a Saltgrass Steak House. So when I saw the steakhouse opening, I was giddy with excitement. Unsurprisingly, this new Saltgrass location exceeded my expectations with their care, given the COVID limitations. The wait can be a little lengthy, since this place is seems to be popular, but it is worth it. I brought my little sister for a nice weekend night out. Right off the bat, I noticed that we had a very attentive server named Jacob. As an app, I decided to try something new and ordered a Brisket Queso and Rattlers. Our appetizers came out very quickly. The Rattlers had cheese that just melted in my mouth and the shrimp inside of it gave a nice and subtle kick. The queso was, simply put, a flavorful burst. For entrees we ordered a New York Strip steak and a children's Wagon Boss Top Sirloin with mashed potatoes. The New York Strip was indescribably AMAZING. Sissy scarfed down her Wagon Boss. The manager was attentive to ensure that we had the prime experience. With Saltgrass, you pay for what you get: a welcoming atmosphere, sublime service, and exceptional food. Very sweet and nice service Lori was very nice helpful and wonderful We had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and every bite was worth it. What really made our visit stand out was our waitress, Lori. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure we always had what we needed, checked on us without being intrusive, and had such a warm, friendly attitude that made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers. Leaving Saltgrass now and writing a quick review before I leave the parking lot! Our food was delicious. The most tender & juicy chicken fried chicken (w gravy) ever! The Laredo Chicken was exceptional along with the smoked mac-n-cheese. But the best part of our dining experience was the staff. Ask for James! James was so friendly & down to earth. Knowledgeable about the menu and he made good recommendations for us. We had several chuckles along the way... which of course led to a few guffaws because of his witty banter. I just had to write "guffaw" coz I have never used that word in my life... and it makes me laugh again! Go have an exceptional time @ Saltgrass with James! We did! Kudos to the manager also! When we brought our takeout food back to the hotel room, we discovered that the salmon that came with the Caesar salad was undercooked. Concerned about eating it, we called the restaurant. To make a long story short, the staff explained the situation and kindly offered to replace the salmon if we wished. We decided to return to the restaurant and were given a new piece, which was fully cooked. The restaurant manager was very courteous and even told us to keep the original salmon and reheat it to our liking. We were very pleased with how they handled the situation, and the food was delicious. Thank you for the great service, Saltgrass Steakhouse! I usually don't give five stars! Saltgrass has been one of my favorite restaurants while visiting Bentonville,AR. The customer service is top tier! My host greeted me and gave some recommends. And my server Nathan just a breath of sweet air. Nathan was super friendly and recommend the watermelon lemonade mocktail for breast cancer awareness! When he told me watermelon I kinda gave him the side eye but it was actually good! Best lemonade I had in awhile. We had the absolute BEST experience at Salt Grass in Rogers, and it was all thanks to our wonderful waitress, Lori! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made us feel like regulars. food had some issues, our table was missing all of our steak smotherings and two of our sides were wrong, one of our steaks was pretty rare instead of medium rare ambiance was great! we had a larger party and they sat us in the far back room so we could hear each other easier, and RIGHT by the fire, it was perfect! Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal- we had Maddy and she was everything we could have asked for being a huge table top. On a whim we decided to try salt grass for the first time. We were celebrating our anniversary and it seemed like a fitting spot. The food was incredible. I don't typically have high hopes for chain restaurants, but it blew my mind. The quality of everything was superb and our server Christine truly made our experience. She was attentive, funny, engaging and made us feel like she was happy we were there. She went above and beyond in every sense of the word, and was even extra mindful when it came to our allergies. Reviews don't do Saltgrass justice. I was really excited to see the Salmon on the menu. 10/10, only eat my salmon when done right & I left absolutely stuffed. Saltgrass deserves 5 stars all around. The queso is by far my favorite app (not shown). Brisket and tomatoes give it an unexpected kick. Food was practically bursting with flavor, and two managers came around to check on customers and introduce themselves. Staff is attentive and welcoming. I had a filet that was rather bland. My wife had the chicken breast that was really good. The onion ring appetizer was cooked to perfection, the best I have had in a while. Our server, spotted us when we came the door and claimed us before we could ask to be sat in her area. Her service was impeccable. She is always very friendly, without being overly social. Chelsey was by far one of the best waitresses we have ever had at any restaurant we have been to. Overall our experience at Saltgrass, our food, and the Midnight Rider drink I ordered was spot on. I usually judge my steak at a restaurant compared to Texas Roadhouse and this steak tonight blew any steak there out of the water! My family always enjoys eating at Saltgrass in Rogers, AR. Bristane is a fantastic manager anytime we are in she always stops and says hello and ask how we are. Tonight while we dine we had a new waiter named Aaron. He was fantastic my husband sweet tea was never empty. He came by several times to ask if we needed anything. Fantastic experience and food! Everything from the salad to entree was perfect in every way. We did not order appetizers, thank heavens, because we didn't want to waste a bite of our steaks. Saltgrass is an NWA hidden gem!! I ate like a queen on a budget. Server was quick and attentive. I ordered a Wagon Boss Top Sirloin with a side of rice. My steak was very juicy and tender, delicious smell. Rice was flavorful with an aromatic kick. The ambiance is family friendly, but has dim lighting so it's fitting for date night too. We are in Rogers for a staff retreat, and enjoyed salt grass for lunch. Kaylee was awesome as our server. She took care of many details with food allergies and our glasses were always full.
