For starters, I got the wonderful house salad, and my husband enjoyed his lobster bisque. For our entrees, my husband and son both got fish, and I got a perfectly cooked medium rare ribeye. We did get two sides to share, which was plenty for the three of us. I highly recommend garlic mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. We could not skip dessert and throughly enjoyed the cheesecake and creme brûlée (I made have eaten most of this myself). While the prices are a little more than we spend on a nice dinner, this place is worth it.

You can feel how much every staff member cares about every guest who walks through the door, and that care extends all the way to ownership. Even a guest next to us overheard and said the quality has gone downhill--she had sent hers back too. The only good thing was the drinks--dirty vodka martinis were solid. Overall, not worth the price. We won't be back.

This restaurant is exactly what you'd expect from a classic steakhouse, with country music playing in the background. The decor felt warm and inviting, and the service was incredible--the hostess and waitress were so nice and very attentive. The meal started with fresh bread, served with a baked-in knife and honey butter on the side--simple but delicious. The cheese fries were a pleasant surprise--not your typical fries, but little potato chunks that were crispy on the outside and soft, fluffy on the inside. We ate here tonight and it was absolutely terrible. All the food was wrong and our steaks were cooked wrong. The steaks were still cold in the middle and bleeding. It was sick. It took 2 hours for them to deliver it to us and it looked like all the plates had been dropped on the droid a few times. I called Salt Grass and spoke to a manager named Joey who informed me that he could do. I thing that I had to call Door Dash even though all the food was prepared wrong and it missing. We had a few things missing from our order altogether as well. He had a I don't care attitude and was no help at all. I still have not received a refund or anything and it's almost midnight. Ate here for the first time last and was thoroughly impressed. The food was great, portions were spot on, beer bread was delicious, and the steak was amazing. Do yourself a favor and get the desert that has a scoop of ice cream on a gooey brownie on top of a cookie crust drizzled with caramel. Horrible Management, the waiter was great but after a request to management our whole evening was spoiled. The manager, Justin Simmons should be thrown in the deep fryer. He degraded one of the people in my group and arrogantly told us to enjoy our dinner after we had already finished. I will never eat there again and I will certainly tell everyone I know not to go there.
