The office personnel are fast, efficient and friendly. My dental hygienist, Stephanie, was gentle and thorough. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and we had great conversation in between things going in and out of my mouth. Over the years I've been to many dentists, Dr. Le is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Besides being personable and gentle she's highly skilled. What you'll find in this beautiful, modern office is top notched dentistry with a side of TLC.

Their response was that, I needed to fill out the forms before the appointment. They made me cancel the appointment. Very rude and not helpful staff. The reason I made the appointment was because they have good reviews but they fooled me because the reviews that I read were old( 11 months ago, the most recent one). The anesthesiologist Meryl was so gentle and I had very little pain getting the shot. Anna my assistant to Dr B held my hand and told me to breathe. When I was numb Dr B came in and had the area to be worked on prepped and began to extract the tooth. He took great care keeping the area clean and dry. He packed the area with new bone and tissue to plan for an implant as I have no chewing teeth on the left side. Dr B stitched the area up and prescribed a rinse to ward off infection and gave me antibiotics. Will see Dr B next week. The whole process was relatively painless and I was well taken care of by the staff. Best ever dentist and office.

We were very happy with each phase of our first day with this company. They set us up with their 1st available appointment that was over a month out, but put us on a call earlier list if there is a cancellation. This was great for us, because as retirees we could be available at a days notice. Both of us got calls to come in earlier than our scheduled appointments. Front desk staff were very efficient at processing Maggie & I as 1st time patients. The dental team makes the 1st appointment 2hrs long to do a very thorough exam. They want your input to get your level of involvement in the dental care process. The equipment they have is top of the industry standard. It gives the patient a good view of dental issues, allowing a more knowledgeable choice by patient & Dentist. We never felt pressured to additional care that wasn't truly required at the present time. We were given a break down priority list of items needed & told they would work with us on payment steps based on the priority list. Even given discounts on how payments can be made. I see them on Monday for 1st step in fixing some of my issues. We highly recommend this Dental Care Family

While I was already frustrated by being charged at every consecutive visit, I asked the front desk staff member, Cole, for a clear explanation of the billing. He gave me a completely cold reception. While we were trying to resolve a payment issue due to an expired card, I called their office line to find an alternative way to pay. While explaining to the phone representative that the front desk wasn't explaining the charges clearly, Cole interrupted and defensively snapped that he had already explained it. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While we both may have been having a stressful day, his customer service was completely unacceptable. Hoping to resolve the situation, I tried to schedule an appointment with the manager last Thursday to explain what happened. I was promised a callback from management that never came. Instead, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment the following week, I was told they had canceled my appointment and would no longer service me. While I respect that businesses have their own policies and I have no desire to return, their complete lack of communication and failure to address a customer service issue is deeply disappointing. My advice to anyone visiting this clinic: If you are having a stressful day, need billing clarity, or simply have questions about where your money is going--do not ask. Everyone in this office is kind, professional, and always puts you at ease with whatever you're having done. Their office hours are very accommodating, with early morning and evening appointments available if you need them. I've seen them several times over the last couple of years for everything from cleanings, to cavities, and more. Then, yesterday, August 7, 2020, I tripped over a small gate in our backyard, landing face first on our concrete walkway, damaging several front teeth in the process. I called their emergency number, and Dr. Babilonia answered right away. She asked me to text her a picture of my teeth, and upon seeing the picture, decided I needed to be seen by an endodontist, as the injury was more severe than she could care for in her office. Luckily, her husband, Dr. Hochberg, is an endodontist with a practice located near Montgomery and Pennsylvania. Agreeing that immediate treatment was crucial, she and her husband met us (I was in no shape to drive so my boyfriend took me) at his office within 45 minutes. Let me repeat that, just so it's perfectly clear. Dr. Babilonia and her husband came in on a Friday night, in the middle of a pandemic, to help me. Now you may think, well, that's their job, and sure, I wouldn't disagree with you, but they could easily have said, you know what, given the extent of the injury to your teeth and mouth, it's probably better if you go to the ER. That would not have been an unreasonable call to make. But they didn't. They gave up their Friday night to help me instead. Throughout the whole experience they were both calm, calming (I was a little freaked out), consultative, and clearly concerned about my physical, and emotional well-being. I'm going to leave a separate review on the page for Dr. Hochberg's business (Endodontic Associates of Albuquerque) as well, but I want to make sure I say how impressed I have always been with Dr. Babilonia, her staff, and her practice. Last night's emergency just solidified what I already suspected. These are good people, doing a good job, and taking care of their community. I was in Albuquerque with my girlfriend for the Christmas/New Years holiday and I started to have…read moretooth pain in one of my molars. I tried pain killers and a filling repair kit but I found only limited relief. After three days I couldn't take it any longer. Not willing to ruin my whole vacation with tooth pain I started looking for a dentist that could take me for some emergency intervention. We found this dentist fairly close to where we were staying and we called them. They understood our situation and got us in for an early afternoon appointment. We arrived early to fill out paperwork and I told them I would be paying via Credit Card and getting reimbursed by my Health Savings Plan. They told me they would provide all the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed. They were very courteous and professional and I didn't have to wait long after I finished the paperwork. I was escorted into a room and seated quickly. The dental assistant walked me through the process to take an x-ray of my problem tooth. My wait for the doctor (dentist) was equally short. He came in after 10 minutes and introduced himself as Doctor Long (C. Ross Long, DDS) and proceeded to ask me questions about my situation. He looked at the x-ray and explained to me very clearly what was going on. He showed me what was left of my old filling (around 30 years old), and the temporary patch job that I did with the filling kit. He told me I did a great job patching the whole where part of the filling came out, too good in fact because it trapped bacteria inside the tooth. The bacteria over several days grew and had nowhere to go except push on the root which was the cause of my pain. He explained that he would remove the old filling, my temporary filling, clean everything out, do a partial root canal, then patch it all back up and I would be good to go until I got back home to have a crown put on. He told me that my gums were healthy and that my dentist would have no problem finishing the root canal. He injected me with novacaine and told me to sit tight until I was numb...about 20 minutes. Then the doctor with his capable assistant made short work of my situation. Within 30 minutes they were done and I was sitting up in the chair. The doctor told me he wouldn't charge me for the x-ray and that the whole procedure came to $189.00. Wow, what service and what a great deal. If I ever find myself in Albuquerque, I know where I want my dental work done. Thank you Doctor Long and North Coors Dental.

Wanted a procedure which involved two fillings. Use a mouth piece to prevent grinding and it created a problem. Dr. Burnett was amazing. No pain. Explained the procedure step by step as we went. Solicitous of my comfort throughout. He and his assistant, Veronica, had a great rapport. The experience was wonderful. The office staff is friendly and obviously well trained. Office is clean. Dr. Philip Gallegos restored my teeth and gums to excellent health. Seriously I didn't think there…read morewas any help available for me before I went there. Food was impacting under the gum-line causing swelling, bleeding and pain. The situation was so bad that even watermelon or soft boiled eggs would find their way deep into the gums. My only solution was to boil the gums out with hydrogen peroxide constantly. Not a good thing to do, I knew that, but it was the only thing that got the debris out of the gums. I was seriously contemplating switching to a purely liquid diet. I've had crowns for over 40 years. Dr. Gallego's crowns feel and function like real teeth.
