When I was drying, I caught her glaring hostilely at me from 20 feet away. I asked her, "Why are you staring at me like that?", She responded in an incomprehensible manner. The place itself is very narrow, no room for chairs inside. If you are going to yell at customers for bringing in business you advertise for, you got a big problem. It gets one star bec the mgr or owner helped me the 1st time I went there. It is also 2 blocks from Planet Fitness. The problem wasn't the two days, because I had read Mark and his team's reviews online and saw how quick they can turn a dress over. The problem was me. I couldn't physically bring myself to meet with Mark because I was deep in the thick of planning a party for 350 attendees, the same party I needed the dress for. Mark went above and beyond to ensure that I got the alterations I needed by the time I needed it for. He worked with me from the jump. Although not the most ideal situation, we sorted it out so that my friend dropped the dress off for me after which Mark FaceTimed me to discuss in detail what I needed. Mark, being the knowledgeable and experienced tailor he is, was able to take out the dress without me even being there to try it on for him. It fit PERFECTLY. The cherry on top was that he even personally delivered the dress to my house knowing how stressed and busy I was with party planning. Mark is a class act. Can not say enough good things about him. Based on the empty, sad look of their store and other yelp reviews I doubt that but incase you're looking for a new seamstress you might want to looks somewhere else because apparently they already have enough customers. I need to specify the business name as Lee is a common name to this kind of business. Not only I am a fan of their dry cleaning service , I am a fan of their tailoring service too. Mrs Lee will tailored your garment to your expectations. A little pricey for some jobs especially for suits alterations. I have alterations experience but her job is way beyond that I don't mind paying for a service . The best of all, when you pick up your merchandise , her smile is included with it. She is meticulous and if she agrees to get something done by a certain day, it will be done on time. They are both extremely kind, warm people. That being said, I have personally seen many customers come in and be very rude to them, demanding that their items be received in 1-2 days or haggling with them on prices, with complete disregard for their time constraints.
