I requested no noodles and proceeded to have 3 workers argue the salad did not come with a noodle. Even showing the menu to these workers didn't sway their opinion this salad didn't come with noodles. I finally walked away and went to Chipotle instead. Only to be stopped by 98.3 saying I should go into the restaurant. After suggesting the employees learn their own menu, the 98.3 person suggested the employees were saying I could take the noodles off giving them the benefit of the doubt. I don't think, "it doesn't come with noodles" can be misinterpreted. If you have a specific request avoid this place at all costs!!!! read more

Let me just start off by saying I am surprised this location is still open the service is horrible. I have not came here for almost a year because I've experienced the same service over and over and it genuinely has to do with the way the owner runs his business and the people he hires. I placed an order online I live 15 minutes away I get there and everyone is confused as to receiving my order. The girl at the front was getting ready to clock out her shift and looked at me and said I'm clocking out as I approached to let them know I was there to pick up my order. After realizing my online order was placed they went ahead and started preparing my order. What's the point of the online order if you and your employees don't check it? The girl was more worried about clocking out and counting her register when I got there. They first provided me my beverages I ordered which is a slushy drink well I waited for an additional 20 minutes as they melted by order was to go.Two people entered and placed an order to go and their food was done before mine. They now charge $.25 extra if you want additional teriyaki sauce. I usually order extra teriyaki sauce on my rice bowl me thinking OK no one apologized about having me to wait an additional time to receive my order but you would think as a gesture when I asked for extra teriyaki they would compensate and just give it to me for free which they didn't. The owner looked at the girl at the front counter which rings in customers when I asked for extra sauce so she can ring me up. I proceeded to order four extra sauces which equal out to one dollar I gave the girl a five dollar bill and she provided me my change of three dollars. I noticed she did the same thing with the previous order she was having difficulty figuring out what changed to provide them when paying in cash. I proceeded to let her know I gave you a five dollar bill you owe me another dollar. The last time I went there there was different people working of course and the same thing happened I waited a while for my order to be made as other people started walking in you can tell the owner is not able to keep up when there are multiple orders being made and only one employee working. Seems to me like there needs to be more communication at this store and the owner needs to stop being cheap and hire another employee so that there's two people working at the same time together limiting the miscommunication and stress you can clearly see on his and his employees faces. I love this place and it can be successful but the owner really needs to get it together and. Pay closer attention when interviewing employees if he really wants to be successful you need to make sure that your employees that can multitask including yourself. Recently went here about a month ago at around 8:30PM and there were a male (tall, white, very young) and a female (short, white, also very young) working they were VERY racist both giggling in the back about my ethnicity saying things under there breath like "thank you come again" and "ala acubar" I'm am American just like all of you this is horrible i asked for the managers number, however the number they gave me was disconnected or not in service. Also, I tried getting there name and the male said his name was "Berry McCakaner" and then I asked for the females name and he said her name was "Yurpa Cesteencs" it wasn't until Later in the week when I told my friends of the incident that they later said that not only were they definitely lying to my face when it came to the number but also the names were DEFINITELY false due to if you say them fast enough they sound like a joke, this is not a joke. Pretty disappointed overall. I ordered online and my confirmation email stated my order would be ready at 4:24. I arrived for pick up at 4:29. When I have my name the woman looked at the printer and my ticket wasn't he started. The women was very rude and didn't even verbalize to me that my order was not ready or to wait. After a few minutes I stated to her 'I assume my order will be a few minutes.' She said yes with a rude/sour look. I went to my car for my phone. I waited for about 15 mins. I'm also sad to see that they now charge 25 cents for extra sauce which used to be free. Got hired here. Worked for a month and got asked to be a shift leader. (1 dollar raise) so from starting 9/hr to 10/hr. I said sure ill do it! 4 pay checks later and my pay hadn't gone up. So I asked Tiffany the manager if she could talk to corporate for me. Of course she said yeah ill get on in...a week would go by. So id ask again. She replied. "Oh i emailed corporate, I'm just waiting for a response." Yet another week goes by no word....so yet again I have to come remind them. At this point I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I personally had to call corporate to find out she had even emailed them yet!!!! HOW LAZY. I go into work a day later and Tiffany brings me back and said she is only able to give a 50 cent raise...yet another co-worker was making 10 an hour. She asked if I still wanted the shift leader position at 50 cents more per hour. I declined due to the fact I was promised a dollar. A few days later I go in on my day off to find out I was being fired for making the work environment "hostile". The menu is pretty simple, you pick your meat (Dark meat chicken, White meat chicken, Steak, Salmon, Shrimp) and pick your rice (White, Brown, Noodles for $1), your veggies (Broccoli, Carrots, Zucini, Mix) and sauce (Teriyaki, Orange Peel, Sweet and Sour and Spicy). They also offer salads. You an add a drink and egg role for $2. The bowls are $5-7 depending on your meat choice. On my last visit I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. An employee went around to every table and handed out "any one free entree and drink" coupon as an appology for the wait. I thought this was a great gesture, I hadn't seen anyone complaining or upset but it's nice to recognize that most people were on their lunch break and generally have limited time. Food is good, prices are reasonable. Only complaint was the wait, which I feel they made up for, and then some. read more

Yum! Whenever I forget to pack a lunch, I always head to Samurai Sam's. They have quite a few options that include rice, noodles, etc. You can even have your lunch in a wrap. I always get the large riceless bowl with spicy teriyaki and a side of crab puffs (which are AMAZING!). Delicious, filling lunch for about 450 calories.
