The first time I took my car to have what soon turned into a safety recall, in a panick turned to San Tan Ford, when I walked into the service department shreaked to see the sea of employees knowing full well that I was going to get screwed because I was sure to pay for some of their salaries. I WAS RIGHT! Boom! Paid out the A**! Then when the latches became a safety recall brought it back to have them replaced, unfortunately San Tan Ford was the closest who had the parts. The clutch I had to have replaced came with a warranty, 24 months, three days before the warranty was to expire the clutch assembly died, because I had the first replacement done I decided to just have the work done there. So let's recap, safety recall items need to be replaced, warranty work needs to be replaced, well that means they're not getting paid! So I got the dreaded phone call that a part that wasn't under warranty needed to be replaced in order to have the clutch assembly work properly it needs this part at $120, I knew I was going to get this call because after all I needed to pay salaries, when I go pick up my car, naturally, I'm asked to pay for $145 part that is NOT under a warranty, when I read the description, it says it was making a noise when tested, not it needed to be replaced or all will be lost as I was told. Of course, I knew I was going to pay in more than one way. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN! I will never recommend this stealership to anyone and when Ford sends me my questionnaire they will hear about it too! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, unless you want to dump your hard earned money into a service department that is completely over staffed and a money pit. Your welcome. read more

Absolutely tired of being given the run around by Leslie Martin in the service department. I purchased a F 150 in May. The air bag cover on the drivers steering wheel has faded. It was replaced but faded again within a month. I keep asking Leslie about the issue but she keeps telling me that Ford doesn't have a resolution yet. I find it hard to believe that Ford has not come up with a fix for this problem. Also, beware of the overall service. I recently had my F 150 serviced and they didn't properly check and inflate the tire pressures. I checked before and after. It was resolved after I brought it to the managers attention but it makes me wonder, if the most basic part of service is not done, then what else did they short cut on. read more

This is beyond on of the worst experience getting a new vehicle I have ever had ! Kareem was my sales representative and he was great ! Until about 2 weeks go by and I get a phone call from a guy named Shane stating I need to bring my vehicle back because they can't verify my employment .. not only did I give them my pay stubs , bank statements and employers information .. & you can't verify my employment ?? Beyond unprofessional!!! Not only did I have to leave work in the middle of the day and stop by the dealership because they can't do there job . Shane accused my pay stubs as being fraudulent! Are you kidding me !!!! I am a legit paying customer and for somebody to accuse me of doing illegal activity is beyond wrong and he should be ashamed of himself ! Not only was he rude and he said he can't help me and I need to bring my brand new vehicle back and they will give me my vehicle I traded in !!!! Shane told me I could come back in a couple hours to pick up my vehicle ... when I arrived again and saw my car I traded in .. it looked worse then when I brought it in for the trade ! It was beyond dirty and the driver seat was broken !!!!! Not sure the name of the person who gave me my vehicle back but he told me he has filled up my tank .. no that was a lie because I had it filled up when I traded it in !!! I've been coming her for years for both car maintenance and buying service (we have bought several cars from this location). We continue to come here because of the customer service. Our salesman was extremely friendly and personable. He wasn't overly pushy, and cared about our needs/wants. I do want to point out that Andrew in the finance department is phenomenal. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed after my purchase and he has been on top of everything to ensure things were done properly. If I could give negative stars I would. Service advisor, Robert, was rude from the beginning. He sat in my car and looked at my paperwork after making me feel like I had inconvenienced him by showing up for my appointment. He looked over my warranty information. Told me there was a diagnostic charge, but don't worry, my warranty would cover it. After having to rent a car to leave, he called me to tell me my warranty had actually just expired by mileage and that my repairs cost was $1300! Then he charged me $135 diagnostic fee!!! This place was shady from the start, the only bright spot was the sweet rental car lady. They should give her a raise. read more

We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from San Tan Ford 15 months ago and since then we have had nothing but problems with our van! We purchased the extended warranty and there is almost always some reason that the repairs we need are not covered by the warranty. When we tried to talk to Jim Schufert, the salesman who sold us the vehicle, we were made to feel about 6 inches high. We were told that we are too upside-down in our payments (Of course you are when you have only had the vehicle for 15 months!!!) and we would need to come up with additional monies down (easy to do for a teacher, right?) in order to get out of the van they sold us and into another one! Please read all of this if you are really considering going to this place If you want that new car buying experience where you feel like its sleazy and shady then you have come to the right place. I would have given them a half star but that is not even an option. So lets recap my Pre Certified 2013 Ford Flex experience. Sept 18 2013 - Arrived at dealership to look at the Flex. Kurtis met me in the parking lot, and at first I thought, great attack me right when I drive in, but that is their style from what I understand. Yup stand in groups in the parking lot. Not intimidating at all. All in all Kurtis was a good kid and good salesperson, since really everything that happened has nothing to do with him. Deal approved, signed the papers, all is good. Sept 19th 2013 - Drive to Grand Canyon from Phoenix and hear a knocking noise throughout the whole trip. Sept 23rd - Get a call from Josh Jones about the financing and we need to come back in. Ahhhh what? Tell him we will be in on Sat. Partner gets home that night, calls Josh back leaves a VM and we dont hear back at all. Come to find out that Josh was on days off. We didnt realize this until Josh gets back, and you will see why in a second. Sept 24th- I call again ( remember I didnt know Josh was out yet ) to see what is going on with the financing. Leave VM Pretty aggravated that Im not getting any calls back, I called again and asked for a manager. I get transferred to Andre, and he answers the phone with a Yea?? I asked who he was and he said Who is This. I said its a paying customer, now who are you? ( My tone not so friendly ) He states that its his cell phone and how was he supposed to know. Call me crazy but if you the manager on duty and get a call transferred to you, wouldnt you be a bit nicer? Nah it escalates, we get into a heated argument, he calls me a D**K and hangs up on me. Lets rewind, Andre is a MANAGER, and Im a paying customer. Im in the Corporate World and any class, session or conversation I have ever had, never mentioned when talking to the client please call them a D**K. I called the dealership back, told the receptionist I wanted to speak with the owner Tim Hovick, and not to have Andre call me back. ring ring, guess who, Andre, trying to back peddle. Sorry Andre dial tone for you. Long story longer, and if your reading this and thinking about going there, please read on. It just goes down hill from here. Oh and that whole week, no call from anyone with power, just Kurtis my sales guy who didnt know what was going on but I told him car was coming back and he was going to loose his commission. Sept 28th - Bring the Flex back in and meet with Josh, who now is stating we have to go with another finance company and bla bla bla. Bottom line papers got signed, deal was the same, numbers got shuffled, he needed signatures. So the day I got the car I assume he pushed things through and stuff didnt come back right. AND drive the car to service, where I needed a tail light replaced because of excessive moisture in it. Wouldnt you have fixed that before putting it on the lot? Tell them about the knocking noise. Leave the car all day Sept 28th EVE - go back to pick up car, and they tell me my Pre Certified ( that means they looked it all over and its met a ton of inspection points) is NOT ROAD WORTHY. The knocking noise, two bolts that were missing holding my drive shaft on the car. UM HELLO I drove it all week and to the Grand Canyon? Car sits there till Wed because bolts had to be ordered. I do want to give a great THANK YOU to Robert Pence. Knowledgeable, nice, and really felt bad for us. Picked up car on Oct 2nd saying ok were done with this place. Hee hee, not yet!! The week of Oct 28th called the dealership 4 times and left VM's because my temporary tags expire on Nov 2nd. Nov 1st called over and over again, repetitively until the person answered. Asked where my registration was. She has no record of the car, or our names. She said she will call us back. 20 min later she calls back and says Oh yea we never processed your paperwork. We are going to do it tonight and rush it to you. If I had not called I would have never heard from them at all. If you want to buy a new/used car here you have been warned. I wish wish wish I had read this before I went there, I would have never gone. And to the San Tan person that is going to read this and state, oh please give me a call so we can talk about it. What a duplicitous sales team, full of tricks and shady behavior. Here's my long story of how I tried my hardest to buy a car from them, and how even with USAA's fixed price program the deal fell through. Day 1 - The salesmen are hovering around the customer parking, and the guy who I parked next to ended up being very nice, and we went on a test drive with no pressure to go inside afterwards. Day 2 - The Ford was the only car out of 5 worth returning to, so it was time for my wife to drive it and get some numbers. I'm nearly tackled when I get out of my car and I immediately ask for our salesman. I'm told he's "on a pickup" and "might be a while" but this guy is glad to help me. Knowing this means it affects my salesman's commission, I find my guy's cell number in my call history, and lo and behold, he's in the back room! The guy out front was trying to poach the sale completely! Day 2 con't - After another test drive, my wife likes it, I'm still not sure, but we go in for numbers anyway so our salesman doesn't get in trouble. First off, they want me to fill out a credit app, which just isn't happening. They even tried to say they couldn't appraise my trade-in without one! This turned out to be a lie, by the way. The numbers on the sheet were pretty good, but I have to sleep on it because they aren't great, and I am not ready to make a deal. Right in front of us, the sales manager berates the salesman for not doing a good enough job and says "What if I offer you $2000 more on your trade?" I know that's above KBB but I still need to sleep on it. Day 3 - That extra $2k is going to seal the deal so I call the salesman and it's his day off, but he'll meet us at the dealership. I return with USAA financing pre-approved and a blank check in hand, ready to leave with a new car. Unfortunately, the offer has COMPLETELY changed. They try three more times to get me to fill out a credit app, even after I told them I've arranged financing. Suddenly, the trade-in is back to the book value, and the quoted price on the sheet isn't "with taxes tags license" but rather "PLUS taxes tags license". That comes to $3000 more, and even after hard negotiating he's $1800 more than I wanted to pay (almost the price of the trade, notice), so we walked. Day 3 con't - I decided to draft this review but not submit it yet. I sleep on everything, even negative Yelp reviews! Day 4 - Luckily for me, USAA works with San Tan Ford with fixed pricing, so I applied for the USAA car buying price program. Before my laser printer finished printing the documentation, my phone was ringing, and I am now offered invoice on the car, plus I get all eligible incentives. Also, San Tan Ford's $995 "desert protection package" of tint and nitrogen filled tires is $251 for USAA members. Net result -- almost exactly what I was trying to negotiate on my own, and zero hassle. Day 4 con't - I call right before leaving to make sure things are ready, but suddenly my trade in, which was $16000 and then $18000 on day 2, then was back to $16000 on day 3, is now down to only $13500. This, despite a written offer for $16k from Carmax next door. And While could sell my car to Carmax, I'd lose $1250 in sales tax credit, so I'm back at the price from day 3 - just more to the state and not to the dealership. So I had to walk once again. This last one feels like spite for going behind the sales manager's back with USAA, because if a place like Carmax can offer me $16k for the car with no commitment to buy, how can Ford, with over 4000 dealerships nationwide, not figure it out? So let's recap for the skimmers: 1) Salesmen are like vultures circling the parking lot, hoping you pull into a spot next to them. If my windows were down I wouldn't be surprised to hear them calling "Dibs!" 2) USAA / TrueCar can get you awesome deals, otherwise the pressure is on and the hard sell begins. 3) San Tan Ford will make promises they have no intention to keep, just in an attempt to keep you from walking out the door - they hope to wear you down and get you to agree after taking away the carrot and giving you the stick. 4) Every car on the lot had a $995 "desert protection package" installed, which is tint, VIN etching the windows, and putting nitrogen in the tires. This is on top of the sticker price of the car, but can be negotiated as low as $251. 5) I didn't get this far, but their Doc fee is an atrocious $499. Stay away!!! read more

We waited for about 2 weeks from when they said he would get the money and they kept ignoring his calls. Finally, he called the family lawyer and within 12 hours we had our money back. I am currently sitting in San Tan as I write this review. The first time I came here, it was because my wife and I were new to AZ and were staying close to this location. She always gets her car serviced at dealerships, so it made sense to come here. It was an underwhelming experience having to wait 3-5 minutes for a representative to acknowledge my existance and attempt to help. I was mildly interested in test driving a car, so I did so. The gentlemen who helped me was very courtesy and not too terribly pushy. After the test drive, I still waited 30-40 minutes for my wife's car to be done with "The Works" oil change. Then we moved. I received a call the other day from San Tan (which I was incredibly impressed with) saying they missed me and offered me a "special discount" for service at $39.95 for "The Works" package again. Cool. I couldn't even remember what I paid last time, but knew it was about that price and the car DID need servicing, so what the heck. I showed up 4 minutes late for my 10:00am appointment (there were two cars in front of me in line) only to be greeted by no one again for 3-4 minutes, followed by a greeter who told me my appointment was with John (a service "expert") who was not there, and I should wait by his desk. Three to four minutes later, John appeared after being summoned by a technician who noticed me waiting (many thanks to the tech). We did a walk around, and John was very thorough with it. I expressed my interest in doing another test drive, this time I wanted to look at their pickups. John gave me a pat on the back (don't touch me if you don't know me, please) and said sure, he would find one of his non-evasive sales guys to help me out. Great. That was at about 10:20-10:25. It is now 11:38 and not a peep. I'm guessing I'll have to wait another 20-30 minutes 'till the car is done, which again, seems like a really long time. I, a layman, can service my pickup in less than an hour. Not terribly pleased at this point. read more

I was looking for a Used Ford Flex. San Tan had a great selection of low mileage vehicles. They were just a few years old but in great shape. My experience with our salesman Kieran Mitchell was excellent. He walked us through all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. He explained how the convenience package worked and was sold. We picked out a color and started the paperwork. I had to leave due to an emergency. He was very understanding and never felt pressured to buy right now. I told him I'd be back in the morning. He called me the next day to inform me that someone else was also looking at the vehicle. I thought to myself what a typical salesman tactic. But sure enough when I arrived someone had purchased the vehicle. Since they did have a large selection I choose the other white Flex. While working out the numbers with the manager Bryan Hutchison, Kieran informed me that the other car did not have the navigation package I desperately wanted. So we moved into another color. My wife actually loved that color better. It had a few more miles than our original choice but we agreed on a price. I got through finance pretty quickly. Andrew Mannion was awesome. Walked me through all of the paperwork quickly. I knew I wanted an extended warranty with all of the newer electronics. He asked how much I drive, which is a lot. He showed me the options and actually talked me out of a longer term but added more mileage. So I have 150,000 miles of worry free driving. Since we were back and forth on cars the longest part was waiting for the detail. That too was magnificent. The car came to delivery clean inside and out. I drove away with a full tank of gas and a smile on my face. Thank you Bob Johnston for the info on entertainment systems. I'll be back or the kids will have my head!! I did get a great price on tires I am only giving them two stars for their customer service. I had arranged to drop my truck off for the full day so we could have all tires replaced and an alignment done. They called around 2:00 to tell me my truck was ready. When paying the bill I noticed they did not do the alignment. While I confirmed with the service department more than once to make sure they put me down for an alignment they did not. They then proceeded to tell me if I want it done I would have to wait a couple of hours. No. Unacceptable. You had my truck all day and now want me to wait an addition two hours for your incompetency. Not a follow up phone call, nothing. Will not be back. read more

San Tan Ford advertised a price for a brand new car online when I got to the dealership the price was $4000 higher then the advertised price and they said the advertised price was a mistake and they also tried to add on $2500 in additional fees they had listed as "accessories ". Absolute WORST buying experience of my life. I purchase a 2013 Ford Raptor in August 2013 from this dealership and I will never purchase another vehicle at San Tan Ford ever again. I should have listened to all the bad reviews on various rating sites beforehand. Extremely poor customer service. I had my own financing in place with Chase Financial & their sales rep, Scott Z, flat out LIED & said that we could get financed at San Tan through Chase, which we later learned was not the truth. This was after we received a payment agreement from US Bank. Their finance director, Josh Jones, also lied when we asked again if the loan would be through Chase, and he said if that's what was worked out then that's who would have the loan. I am EXTREMELY disappointed to say the least and now have to do twice the work to get this loan back with Chase. Side note: We also had the same issue with the $500 "Holding Deposit" that other reviews mentioned. We did not get that back, but felt it was insignificant compared to the financing issue that has been ongoing since we purchased the vehicle 2 months ago. read more

Horrible experience! I have bought a vehicle from them in the past and I thought it would go well. Boy was I wrong. Finance guy didn't really want to make a deal and only came at me with one deal. After finishing filling out my credit app I sat waiting for them to stop screwing around outside and come inside and work my deal. They also asked me to fill out a credit app for my wife and sign her name. I could see someone in the finance room smoking a vapor cigarette and blowing vapors everywhere. I truly have a love hate relationship with this dealership. I really want to love them but I can only seem to bring myself to sort of like them. I have had both very good and very bad experiences at Santan Ford. The only department I have absolutely no complaints about is the Parts Department. The Parts Department team has always treated me with dignity and respect and has on more than one occasion gone the extra mile to find parts for me that they didn't have in stock. 5 Stars to the Parts Department. The Sales Department is always hard to rate so I will just share my experience with them. Last year my wife and I were investigating the purchase of a new SUV. We arrived at the dealership with the intension of test driving 3 or 4 different models. While we were working with a salesman the Internet Sales Manager came out to greet us. I explained what we were looking for and he replied to us that we had Champaign taste on a beer budget and needed to look at something else and took us into his office. Needless to say we didn't test drive any vehicles at Santan Ford that day which was the primary purpose of our visit. After test driving several different makes and models of SUVs we decided that the Ford Escape was our first choice but with the options we wanted it was a little out of our price range and would need to save up for a larger down payment. While considering this I decided to sneak back onto the Santan lot and take a quick peek at the 2014 Escape to see if it had all of the same options at the 2013s we had looked at. I had no intention of buying that day nor was I considering buying from Santan Ford after my previous visit. Well a sharp eyed salesmen spotted me and I explained my situation. I wasn't there to buy and needed to save up a larger down payment. Omitting the part about what had happened to my wife and I the previous week. The salesman took me in to see the finance director where I explained my situation again and he ran with it. Two days later he had found me the Escape I wanted with financing to match and I purchased it from them. Once very bad situation to one great resolution so I'm torn. You could say I saw the best and the worst of Santan Fords sales department which leaves me with a neutral feeling towards them. 2.5 Stars to the Sales Department. The Service Department hasn't given me a complete warm and fuzzy feeling yet but I believe this to be true with most Dealership Service departments. You can schedule service online which is nice but the availability for appointments varies depending on the service advisor you pick. This leads me to believe that you are really scheduling an appointment with the advisor not seeing shop mechanic availability. Having worked as a mechanic this kind of makes sense but it is also misleading. Santan Ford does have a courtesy shuttle to get you home or to pick you up when your service is complete which is convenient. Here is my latest service experience with Santan Ford. My wife recently tore the sidewall of one of our tires. Santan Ford did have them in stock but were a little bit higher priced that the local tire shops. I just so happens that the tires on my escape are an oddball size so no one else stocks them. When I mentioned the price-match they advertise I was told they will only price-match them if we can prove their competition has them in stock. Let just say I really hate hearing yes we do... but... Prior to taking it in for service we noticed on of the door panels had come loose where it sits in the window channel and we asked them to look at it. They were able to put it back in place but seemed unconcerned about it coming loose to the point of smugly telling my wife and I it that it isn't a door handle and walking away. Personally I have owned 16 vehicles 10 of which were Fords and I have never once had a door panel come loose were it sits in the window channel no matter how I pulled on the door. If it does come loose on this vehicle from pulling or resting weight on it engineering needs to go back to the drawing board not chastise the owner for regular use. Being a Service Manger myself I was very offended by the statement made by the service advisor. Not only was it very rude but it shows a complete lake of pride in the company he represents. The proper response should have been to show concern that it did come loose and ensure me that it will be resolved. Personal feeling aside he represents both Ford Motor Company and Santan Ford. I am left feeling Ford Motor Company isn't what it used to be and Santan Ford doesn't care. Zero Stars for the Service Department. Over all I believe Santan Ford and earned the 2.5 Star rating they have here on Yelp. read more

I had an incredibly positive experience while purchasing a 2016 Mustang from San Tan Ford. It began with meeting with salesman James Zyck and explaining my wants and needs for my new car to him. James found a perfect car for me, and after a good test drive, we started the negotiation phase (for us consumers always the worst phase) of the process. While James and I were discussing the price of the Mustang, I met Mr. Alan Cauble (sales manager) and was pleased with his approach to the negotiations, and how respectful he was to me. From the initial contact with James, to the price negotiations with Mr. Cauble, I never once felt pressured or hustled into buying the car. Learning that I was retired from the US Army, James researched and found a Ford veteran appreciation discount that was available to me which saved me a lot of money on the car. I found a great car at a great price (with a nice veteran's discount included), so I bought the Mustang. At this point, James introduced me to San Tan Ford's "finance guy" Jason Zakaras. I found it a pleasure working with Jason, and he worked very hard to get me the best interest rate and terms for my auto loan. After signing the contract, but before driving away, I met Justin Hedges who gave me a tour of my new Mustang's electronic features (nice touch!). Justin (like me) is a Ford enthusiast and a "Mustang-nut." I thoroughly enjoyed my "Mustang class", and the Ford car-related topics that we covered when we digressed from class topics. My time with Justin was enjoyable and it helped me gain a much better understanding of my Mustang's capabilities and technical features. From my initial arrival on the lot, to me driving away in my new Mustang, I found it comfortable and enjoyable working with everyone at San Tan Ford. All four of the gentlemen that I've told you about were friendly, professional, and treated me with great respect. Again, I never once felt pressured or hustled throughout the buying process. Where do I begin? I stopped by San Tan Ford last Sunday to test drive a Ford Explorer and was immediately greeted by a salesman who lost interest as soon as I mentioned I wanted to lease a vehicle. Shortly after I was approached by a salesman named Dale and we test drove an Explorer Limited (since they did not have a Sport on their lot). As we pulled back in the lot I asked if they could run an appraisal on my F150 while we test drive a Ford Edge. He said they would not consider running an appraisal on my truck unless I was serious about purchasing a vehicle and we started talking "numbers." Dale said the reason is because the amount they offer for my trade is contingent on what we discuss regarding the purchase price of the vehicle. This was a little disturbing since the amount they would give me for my trade was "contingent" upon whether I would do business with them or another dealership. It wasn't until I was getting ready to leave that he said he could have an appraisal done. He apologized if he seemed to come off rude, but said it was because he had a migraine the last 2 days. We went inside and he brought the Sales Manager (Harry) over to discuss my interest in purchasing an Explorer. I explained I wasn't too impressed with the Limited and wanted to test drive a Sport, but they did not have one on their lot. Harry said they could write everything up for a Sport (even though I didn't test drive one yet) and have one delivered to their lot. If I wasn't happy with it I could bring it back and we can "work everything else out." Needless to say they lost my trust and the salesman lacked professionalism. The following day I went to Berge Ford (who had the Sport I was originally looking for) and was greeted by a salesman named "Taff." He was professional and willing to assist. We test drove a Sport and he was more than willing to have an appraisal done on my F150. He did not lose interest when I mentioned I was considering a lease and I did not feel pressure to talk "numbers." They ended up offering me more for my trade in, were more professional, had the vehicle I was looking for, exceeded my expectations and won my business. our salesman was Jim Berns. Jim is exactly the type of salesmen you want. I think he sensed right away how nervous we were in making this purchase. first of all, it has been many years since we have made a car payment. He picked up on that right away. He followed us thru each step of the transaction. We started with Jim and as we left the lot with our new car Jim was the last person we talked to and the last face we saw. Bought my 2008 ford focus here back in Febuary. I love my focus, however the customer service here lacks. All this dealership wants is to sell a car off their lot. For my free oil changes I have had to call over and over again to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. Next time I buy a car it will be at Peoria Ford or some other place. read more

On January 5, 2021 I started to look for a Ford F150 at Ford in San Tan. I was there from about 9 AM to 4 PM once we were there we spoke with Gary and he helped us find a vehicle that suited our family the best. We learned about all the features that it had to offer and it was a Ford F150 XL 2016 with 59,000 miles. After going back-and-forth on a good sale price with Gary and his boss, as he called him. We were carefully considering the price that the truck was that we wanted to say vehicle for our family. We were told there was a certified Ford 100,000 drivetrain warranty as well as a one year or 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and hearing about this really sold us on the vehicle although it was a little over our price range. We settled upon everything and just as I'm about to sign papers, I'm told that the warranty actually isn't available anymore because it has aftermarket suspension and wheels/tires. I was so upset they did a bait and switch with me. I valued that warranty the most.. I quickly left the dealership upset I wasted an entire day at the dealer who did not value me as a customer and clearly did not want my business because they were not going to do anything to make this right. read more

I have only had issues with this dealership, I bought from a dealer thinking the car had been inspected and would be up to par. I paid the price listed and then was made to feel like I got the car for a cheaper rate and the issues were my fault. Then I gave a bad review on the survey and they had the nerve to scold me because some of the items were fixed. This should have been done before the car was sold. Every time I go in for service I have to return once or twice to get something corrected or whatever was fixed causes another issue. I recently went in for an oil change, came home with a leak and mess to clean up in my garage. But hey I got a free wash!!!! read more

The parts department is the worst!!So Inconsistent!! And the person I dealt with today So rude!!! I went in To get a key replacement. Prior to going in I called to get a quote. They asked me standard questions model, make, year and what key I wanted. I told I'm I just needed a physical key no programming. They said to come in and it'll be $40 plus tax. Great! I go in to the parts department later that day and they tell me they don't have that style of key in stock. That they could get it at any minute. At this point I'm thinking to myself.... well the guy on the phone could have told me that but no worries I'll come back. I go back today, with my key and say "hi I just need a copy of this, he asks standard questions model fusion, make ford , year 2018, then he asks if I need a quote. I say, "Oh no I called ahead and was here last week, the guy said it'll be forty bucks" he says ok and heads to the back. After a few minutes he comes out and says "don't know who told you that but it's actually $70 plus tax" .... excuse me?!? I reply "but I was here last week and the guy said $40, I'm only back because you didn't have any before" his response: well I have about 20 of them Me: you didn't have any last week that's why I'm back Him: well now we have it and it's $70 So I asked him for my key back and just walked out. I was so angry and did not want to take it out on him! But maybe I should have because he was extremely rude!! read more

This company will do anything to sell you any car they don't care about what you want. I called and asked about a suv for sale after they said they had it. I drove the hour trip to take a look at the car I asked about over the phone only to find out they couldn't sell it. The car is on hold and was put on a do not sell list 2 weeks ago. Thanks for making me drive down here for a simple no over the phone. They will do anything to get someone on their lot. And as if that isn't bad enough they treated me awful after that.. and tried to blame it on me.. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I bought my truck from here back in February of 2012. So far I have had great service from them. All I have had done after buying my truck is get the oil changed. The service department was great and friendly. Maybe I just got lucky but I have not had any problems with them at all. The reason I only gave them 4 stars is because I realize I haven't had to deal with any major repairs or issues. If something comes up, which I hope it doesn't lol, and I have to go there for service then I will up date my review accordingly. read more

They claim to have the best prices and customer service... Hardly. I was ignored by everyone. I asked the receptionist for a sales person, she said she would help but never did. I just asked someone else. The sales guy that started to help me (Chris) was great! He listened and was helpful. Then, some other sales person came over and tried to step in (John). Seemed like a nice guy but refused to listen to my needs and wants. As well, didn't want to negotiate. Didn't offer to search other dealerships. DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say - they lost a deal. I'll take my business where they offer BETTER prices and BETTER customer service, because it's not here... What a waste of my time!
