    If you're even thinking about buying a car, stop what you're doing and go see Cam at Sands KIA. Cam is, without exaggeration, a car-buyer's superhero. After my beloved KIA Soul--faithfully cared for over the past 7 years by the incredible Tyler in the Sands KIA service department--was sadly totaled in a rear-end accident, I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and dreading the process of buying a new car. That's when Cam stepped in and turned everything around. Cam showed the patience and perseverance of a saint as I navigated every twist and turn in figuring out what I wanted next. First, I thought I wanted a K4... then I realized I had to have a sunroof (spoiler: K4s don't have one). Then I tried to convince myself I needed another Soul--one WAY outside of my budget. But Cam didn't flinch. He listened. He advised. And most importantly, he cared. In the end, Cam matched me with the perfect KIA Soul GT--the car I didn't even know I needed but now absolutely love!     I couldn't recommend this dealership enough! I first inquired about a Kia K5 and was introduced to Hayden on the phone. He was great and answered all my questions. Once I got to the dealer, he already had customers so I was put with Terrell. He was fantastic! He wasn't pushy at all and truly wanted me to find a car that fit my needs. Finally I had Tony as my finance person and he was great! Made the paperwork and buying the car a breeze. Definitely will be a returning customer!

My car wouldn't start, and after…read moretrying to jump it and charge the battery with no luck, I decided to call the dealership where I purchased it. I spoke with Kevin, the service manager, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know my car was still under warranty and even offered to send a tow truck to pick it up. The tow truck driver was able to get my car started, so I drove it down to the dealership. When I arrived, Kevin assured me they could look at it right away. While I waited in the lobby, I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. The wait wasn't long at all--about 40 minutes. I received a text letting me know my car was ready, and Kevin personally brought it out and thanked me for my business. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around--I really appreciate how easy they made a stressful situation.

He had a great attitude, as did the manager, Brandon, and financier. We were in and out in around 3 hours which is absolutely amazing if you've experienced buying a car from a dealership before. I'd recommend checking ahead by email to see if they have what you're looking for on their lot. Hubs communicated through email and had quick response. Large clean lot. Interior of dealership very large and comfortable with a kid play area and snack area with complimentary coffee and tea. Restrooms for customers.
