After dropping it off, I repeatedly called over the course of several days to check on the status of the repair but received little to no clear communication. On May 4, 2026, I contacted Metabo HPT (Koki Holdings America) directly to find out what was going on with my compressor. I was later informed that Nationwide Tools had supposedly repaired the compressor. However, based on the condition of the compressor when I later saw it, I strongly believe the unit was damaged while in Nationwide Tools' possession, possibly in retaliation for me contacting Metabo directly regarding the situation. On May 22, 2026, I finally picked up the compressor. Due to the damage done to the original unit, Metabo ultimately had to replace the compressor because Nationwide Tools refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while it was under their care. I also took pictures on the day I dropped off the compressor, showing its condition before service, as well as pictures on the day Nationwide Tools attempted to return it to me, clearly documenting the damage.

Their craftsmanship was exceptional, and their professionalism was evident from day one. From our first conversation, Jasper took the time to walk us through his portfolio and explain the different types of concrete, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We hired Cure-Rite Concrete for two major projects. The first was installing a brand-new three-car driveway with additional sidewalks and replacing the damaged concrete supporting the pillars of our garage apartment. The second project required them to travel nearly 20 miles to my parents' home to replace an aging boardwalk with a slanted cement walkway leading to the entrance, and to bulldoze a 50-year-old cement-and-brick pillar to make room for a small side patio. Their crew worked seamlessly across both properties, and impressively, both projects were completed within a week and done beautifully. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but Jasper and Cristian were quick to respond and addressed every issue promptly and professionally. If you have a project involving new cement, do yourself a favor and hire Cure-Rite Concrete. He gave me an estimate of $447 which seemed really high but I let him do the work. It took less than an hour for him to unclog it with a snake and then the charge was 447 plus 69 so the total was $516!!! Apparently I have since learned that this is about 3x the normal rate. A good example of dishonesty with the rate and taking advantage of a female. I should have gotten bids but was worried. This company gives the plumbing business a bad name.

They cut corners by improperly installing the coupling instead of replacing the whole pipe and wanted to charge me as if they did the work correctly. They could be extremely expensive, sub-contract - with a markup, or not seem knowledgeable or competent. There are lots of ways to do a main water line. An estimate not only is a point to get the price, but for the homeowner to evaluate the plumber. Not every licensed person knows what they are doing. They may be great, but I will not pay for a price quote. Other people have allegedly had a good experience, but it sets a bad precedent to charge customers to give them your price.
