Amazing sandwiches with many customization options. I have not had a single one I do not like. I originally came here because I heard they made their own meats in house with NO preservatives, a rarity these days. I choose the wrap options because the bread is usually a little thick for my taste but I don't see that as a problem because they are giving you quality and quantity. I just have a small mouth, the wrap works perfectly. Service is always amazing, it can get a little crazy in the shop when it gets busy but with so many options it comes with the territory. Some people complain that the meat is dry, however, it is because the meat is real. They offer many sauce options to battle this and it's a very small price to pay for a happy gut. I always suggest this place when people are near by and looking for a good lunch spot. read more

I have never seen any type of advertising for this sandwich shop and discovered it after going to the bank in the same center. Hidden gem for sure! Massive sandwiches and really great combo's of meats/veggies etc. You can of course order a run of the mill meat and cheese sandwich with some lettuce, but venture out on the wild side and order one of their creations, you wont regret it. It's a mess in here today. Giving away the wrong orders. Ordered my sandwich 30 minutes ago. No sandwich in my hands. Edit: Got all 3 of my sandwiches almost an hour after placing the order. They forgot my cookie AND gave me somebody else's sandwich as a 4th. So they gave away somebody's sandwich again (the cycle continues). I'm sorry to whoever you were. Stopped in to get a sub after voting next door. Have eaten there many times before, but have never been in because my son usually picks up the food on his way home from work. Now that I have been in, I will never eat there again. Not only were none of the employees wearing masks, and they were handling customer's payment methods rather than having customers self-swipe, but there was also an empty with a beard and long scruffy hair preparing sandwiches without any kind of hair or beard covering. These were the safety violations I noticed within 30 seconds of being in the restaurant, what other corners are being cut that we can't see? No thanks. read more

In July they weren't wearing masks at all. Now people are saying they aren't wearing them correctly. So basically don't go here unless you want the COVID special with a side of the owner spouting excuses and nonsense. Was actually excited to try this place. To the awful owner with no professionalism commenting on this post. I was in on August 12th the day that I moved to Goodyear. I am a nurse working with COVID patients who are dying. I specifically do not appreciate the downplay of COVID from anybody especially your business who is preparing food for the community. Shame on you. I should have reported you guys way back then. Great sandwiches. A lot of choices including vegan and veggie. I had the buffalo chicken and the 5# with several kids of meats. I perfected the buffalo chicken. The owner was very nice. Service good. They had RC cola on tap, which I've never seen before. read more

Update: The manager who gave good customer service called to apologize and offer to fix it. This is good for customer retention. He also followed up on the complaint which I fully respect and appreciate. I will probably return at a later time and give it another go. Meh... first I'll say it was hard to keep my appetite after seeing the two sandwich assemblers pretend to finger my sandwich while laughing. Then I got home and tried it after being told it was special and made with "real" meat. Super underwhelming, it was ok, but too much bread and not enough sauce, ended up making it dry. The meat was good but I have certainly had better. The customer service was not the greatest from the cook that brought it out either. Piece of advice, every customer should get excellent service. Just ate at Sandwich Masterz for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!!! Had the 'lunch size' Veggie Garden sandwich and it was not only delicious, it was also enormous! I ordered it on the soft French roll, and added banana peppers and extra avocado. The Masterz sauce is super yummy, and the sandwich was loaded with super fresh veggies and lots of really green lettuce. The owner's husband was there, and it's always fun to support local, and meet the owner! :) We will definitely be back. read more

They even offered to make a different sandwhich for me free of charge if I didn't like what I ordered. Sándwiches here are very tasteful, I'm not taking anything away from their food. What I did mind when I picked up my order today is than none of the employees were wearing any masks. I was wearing a mask so they won't catch anything from me. They are actually making the food their patrons are going to eat. They should be more concerned about being safe for themselves and the customer. I had to go home and bake my sandwich, as per CDC recommends. This wasn't really fast food anymore. It's really hard for our family to find a place to eat that we all love. (Our teenage boys are meat eaters. Hubby and I are vegan) This place is the exception! My son who is picky in general LOVED his sandwich (thank God) and my husband and I the same. Do you know how hard it is to find a delicious vegan sandwich? Very. I had the "Hungry Hobbit" on the sourdough roll and added tomatoes, pickles and red onion. Amazing! I don't know why but restaurants tend to put vegan burgers and sandwiches on the worst bread. Not here! The roll itself was of high quality and absolutely delicious. I kept questioning if my turkey was the real deal because it tasted that good! My hubby had the vegan cheesesteak and that was amazing as well. Our son crated his own turkey sandwich and raved about that. A lot of pride taken here. Please support them! I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! Well, I've had many sandwiches this past 2019 and everyone has been delicious. I decided to try this place because I was looking for a place that made sandwiches similar to a place I tried in San Diego. Sandwich Masterz comes close, especially since they use all natural meats and give you a choice of French roll and chibatta bread among their selections. My favorite sandwich so far has been the Candle In the Window. There are so many sandwiches to choose from it helps to know what you want beforehand by checking out the selections online. You get free refills on their drinks and a nice selection of chips. The owner seems to always be there when we've stopped by and makes sure we are taken care of. read more
