Our family has been coming to Sebastian for years. This is the first year we have come to Sandy's. I can't say enough wonderful things about the place. It is super clean, the waitstaff is incredible, and the food is phenomenal. A table of 8 of us came for dinner, 4 adults and 4 kids and we will absolutely be coming back! It's hard to find good food in this town and we are so excited about finding this place!! There was also great live music which was the icing on the cake. Overall it was an amazing experience. When we first got to the bar, it was crowded and there was no where to sit. My family and I didn't mind since we came for the band and assumed it wouldn't be slow. We sat at the bar and asked about the drink specials and Sandy instantly came up and took care of my family. Sandy and the staff was patient and knew the true meaning of customer service. The food was also amazing for such a good price. This is the place you want to go for real good bar food at an excellent price. After meeting Sandy, I will absolutely be back for more good food and great service. Go here! I always got the wings, and my parents loved the fish fry fridays. We knew the family that owns it, they are very nice people that will do anything to make this experience well for you. We came here after being rudely treated by the host staff at Mulligans. Really glad we got to try this restaurant! Staff was so friendly and even gave us bug spray when we sat outside. They were very attentive to us, food was great, there was a band playing inside that was really good! We were the only ones outside and had so many people checking on us when they walked by. My friends and I are visiting from Orlando and came across this restaurant. Immediately upon arriving, we were seated. We chose to sit on the front patio and our waitress was so lovely. Our server couldn't have been friendlier ,great sense of humor,other staff were also friendly ....after that it was all downhil I would never set down again for this ridiculously overpriced sysco meal palace , I ordered a cobb salad for $14.95 ...it should have been called a bacon salad there were however maybe 4 teaspoons of dry chicken ,aside from the lettuce and tomatoe i dont anything else in it was not either canned /proceessed including the dressing the portion was ok but mostly bacon and lettuce, for the money i would have at least expected a chicken breast and some avocado in it .My friend ordered a house salad and received a fresh but rather small side salad for which she was charged $8 her daughter ordered lobster bisc which was lumpy and luke warm .............I've had better out of a can , i just hope the cook didn't drop his cigarette in it ,the only thing that was a plus was a plate of garlic parmesean french fries for $8.99? although ordered well done they came barely done also not such a good portion for the price for desert a piece of Coconut cake although fresh and tasty for $8 the size of the slice was small ,this whole meal ran the 3 of us $58!!,we would have been better off almost anywhere else we've eaten in Sebastion ...Sandy , whomever she is should be embarrassed to have her name on this joint which i'm told is a favorite among locals...here in Florida sadly theres no accounting for good taste ...bon Appetit read more

We went to Sandy's for the first time tonight. Our friends are regulars and suggested it. The food is so good and the service is great! The fried pickles were amazing with just the right amount of kick to them. I had the buffalo chicken salad with mild and garlic/parm sauce. It was very good. Delicious and definitely going back. We came here after spending the day at Sebastian Inlet on Labor Day. One, we appreciated that it was open as many places were closed for the holiday. Two, the food was fantastic! I had the red, white, and blue chicken (thank you Nancy for the Yelp recommendation) and hubby had the pot roast special. Although he would have preferred a biscuit over a roll, we would both order these again. Dawn was our server and as other Yelpers have said, the service was great. We mentioned it was our first time there and she told Sandy who came over and made us feel welcome like the locals. Just wish we lived closer to eat here more often. I'd rate this place as a big "just ok". They seem to have a cult following and we tried it upon recommendation from Yelp reviews. Service was ok but I gathered since we weren't regulars we weren't worthy of having too much attention. Food was good but the overall experience was less than desirable. However, I honestly feel like I want to give it another try so if we do I will be sure to update my review then. All of my friends love this place, but to me it is just okay. The fried fish that every one raves about has too much crust and not enough fish. The clams were cooked too long and were chewy. Went to Sandy's for the first time on a Wednesday night. I tried one of their specials. They had country fried steak and two sides. The price was 699. The food was good. The service was great. Portion sizes were a little on the small side. My brother-in-law was still a little hungry after eating but for $6.99 it was a good deal. We also had the chocolate mousse pie. It was a very very good also The inside is a little bit noisy as there are nine TVs and it is a smaller restaurant but for the money it is a nice local place.
