The cuban sandwich is pretty solid. While the sandwich is really good and moist, I felt the pickles were a little too strong for the sandwich. I thought there sandwiches were pretty tasty and filling, the only thing I wish, was that there were more pickles. So if you're a pickle lover I definitely recommend ordering some on the side. The service here was good despite it being very crowded from all the tourists who found this place on TikTok. One of the serves gave me and my family water cups without even asking for them which was sweet. The ambiance is okay. The location is very small for the foot traffic coming in. The bathrooms were nice and clean, also very cold in there which i appreciated. Well, Sanguich definitely lived up to the hype! We arrived nearly 1pm on a Sunday and there were only a few people waiting in line in front of us (by the time we left around 1:30pm, lines extended far in both directions (one at the takeout window and one for dine in). Service was impersonal but quick and to the point. That's kinda what I would expect when you're pumping out so much food quickly to meet the demand. We lucked out and found a small table near the entrance and went halfsies on a traditional Cubano and a Pan con Bistec, their two most popular sandwiches. Both were great! The texture of the bread especially was so on point! Although both sandwiches were fantastic and the Cubano is the reason we were here, both of us slightly preferred the pan con bistec! It was phenomenal and unexpected since neither of us had tried that type of sandwich ever before (but had eaten Cubanos in the past elsewhere). I would 100% come back and will recommend Sanguich to anyone I know visiting Miami. They recently opened a new location and I can see them very successfully expanding throughout the city for years to come, especially if they offer larger dining spaces that can accommodate more people. Food Ham Croquettes - 3/5 Crust was well breaded and fried with a great crunch. However, the stuffing inside wasn't very flavorful, felt bland, and didn't get much of the ham. Sanguich Cubano - 5/5 Okay, this by far is the best Cubano sandwich I've had. All the ingredients are made in house and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. From the ham, pickles, mustard, and leechon, all smacked between 2 toasted bread. Talk about melt in your mouth flavor. Pan Con Bistec - 4/5 Thinly sliced souved steak with Swiss cheese. Maybe, it was cause I had the Cubano first but this steak was over shadowed by he Cubano. It looked good but something about the potatoes and the steak didn't quite amount to a decent combination. Although I would say the ingredients in itself were good. Ice Cuban coffee 5/5 - if you/be had Viet ice coffee it's similar in terms of a strong coffee flavor. Cuban milk shake 4/5 - I was expecting more of a milk shake but it was more or less just a sweeter ice Cuban coffee Service - 5/5 - front of house staff was very professional and moved the line as quickly as possible despite the long queues.
