This was very important because without this electrical placard the electrical permit couldn't be finalized, and the customer power turn on. Price and product very good. This is written based upon MY experience and was not solicited by anyone…read more I have a Brother home computer inkjet printer (Model MFC-J995DW, now discontinued by Brother). Two weeks ago, I replaced the ink cartridges, using knock-offs because Brother's pricing is exorbitant (for me). At about the same time, the printer began acting erratically, including horrible printing and then stopping altogether due to a message stating paper jam. I followed ALL the steps stated by Brother for "clearing the jam." Without any exaggeration, I followed those steps precisely not fewer than 20 times spread over 2 days, and tried all several other things such as cleaning nozzles, cleaning rollers, unplugging, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, etc., while frustration built. There was NO paper jam of any type, no staples, no paper clips, NO HELP FROM BROTHER (other than to send me the steps, again). I had been to Modern Office Equipment a few years ago with another printer, which they fixed, so finally took this one to them (now partnered with Royal Business Systems, Inc., located at 2717 N. Hogan St., Spokane 99207). Within 24 hours, they diagnosed my printer, found the issues (clogged nozzles, DUST on control tape which INDICATED a paper jam!) and cured the patient (100% operability), and for an incredibly fair and unexpected price! And honey on my biscuit, the two folks with whom I interacted (Reception/Intake AND the Tech) were as nice and pleasant as anyone I ever met. Today was a diamond.

When we didn't hear from them, we called, and were told the printer cartridge had frozen up, and it needed to be cleaned. Simple enough; we told them to go ahead and do it. They called later, and told us the bill was $90. $90?!?! We could have bought a new printer for that! We were billed for one hour of work. I didn't know people who cleaned printers made $90 an hour. Ridiculous. We will never go back, which is unfortunate, since we had plenty of business to throw their way. My advice? STAY AWAY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I ordered 2 mountain belts, one is the russet color and one in the dark brown color. When I received them, I felt that the color difference between the 2 wasn't drastic enough to be a different color. After having an instant message conversation with them on their website, it was patiently explained to me how sometimes that leather doesn't take much dye and can be similar in color. After that conversation, I felt very satisfied with my purchase. To my surprise, the Gentleman at Craft and Lore overnighted me a Port Wallet as a wonderful gesture of customer service. I have been extremely pleased with the Spring Tools center punch and combo nail starter / nail set…read moreI have purchased. They are very unique hand tools, that require no hammer to center punch metal or set a nail. Just pull the top end against the spring tension, and the punch mark is made, or the nail is set. Sometimes in tight quarters, it is hard to hold a nail set while trying to get a good hammer angle to set a nail. The Spring Tools nail set makes hammer slips on nail sets obsolete. I have even used mine to drive a nail in after getting it started in tight quarters or awkward situations, like setting a nail in wuarter round moulding.

I own three Kenai chest holsters. I ordered another one for my Ruger 4.2" GP100 and it didn't fit…read moremy revolver. They don't have a way to contact them via email. I called them and explained this as I really wanted to know what the problem was since I wanted the holster for this gun. The guy said maybe they sent me the wrong holster and told me to return it for a full refund (which I did). I asked him if he would call me after receiving it back and let me know if they did in fact send me the wrong holster or if they made it wrong for my gun. If they just sent me the wrong holster I would have bought another one from them. I could tell he wasn't interested in calling me and he never did. You'd think small businesses would want to interact with the customers and figure out the problem for the customer and make another sale. Unless you're dealing with the owner, the employees don't really care. Since I didn't hear back from them I bought a new chest holster from Diamond D Leather.
