I can confidently say this is now one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. It's only my second visit, but somehow it was even better than I remembered. This has officially become one of my regular spots, and it'll definitely be a restaurant I bring friends and family to whenever they're visiting. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and perfect whether you're grabbing a solo lunch, celebrating a birthday, or enjoying a meal with the family. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely worth the wait. Unlike many Asian restaurants where dishes seem to appear almost instantly, everything here is cooked to order. It took a little longer for our food to arrive, but that's because it was fresh and you could taste the difference. To be fair, we also ordered nine dishes, so the kitchen definitely had their hands full. One thing I really appreciated was that every single dish was delicious. It's rare to order that much food at one restaurant and not have a single disappointment. Here's what we ordered: - Chicken Larb - Spare Ribs - Lao Sausage (an absolute must order!) - Garlic Wings - Potstickers - Fried Squid - Fried Noodles - Beef Jerky - Sticky Rice It was an incredible spread, and every dish brought something different to the table. The fried pompano came with a sauce that was so good that we asked for extra. It was spicy but not too much and thick and went perfectly with the fish.
