As you can see from the photos, the ristras that they sell here, untreated, are excellent quality as they work with a local person. And I must tell you that the prices are incredibly fair, so much so that when we pass back through Santa Fe, I can see myself filling up my trunk with Christmas gifts to take back to Houston. Pricing ranges from approximately $20-$30 and that is an excellent price compared to other places in town. It's possible that Albuquerque has lower prices, but I am totally content and committed to patronize this businessand the local people that they work with.

We were greeted by very nice and engaging store employees when we walked in. On the olive oil side there is free tasting and free coffee in the back. The attached walk thru store has hot sauce tastings and ice cream. We got the green mint chocolate chip ice cream and it was amazing. It was light and creamy with a lot of thin chocolate chips in every bite. Absolutely the best ice cream I have had in a long time. Go beat the heat and enjoy a cool treat at this place. Yum!

You know...they get you into the shop with free samples!! What they don't tell you is that you will be tasting all the amazing oils and vinegars that now you love them all and have to take them all home!! We came in because the hubs needed more toasted sesame oil and the next thing you know, Elizabeth and Wyatt are having us try their favorites and making delicious combinations for us to try such as Honey Ginger vinegar & Toasted sesame oil or Jalapeño oil & Apricot vinegar. Elizabeth paid attention to all my likes and would put those bottles on the desk for purchase! I loved the customer service because I was able to continue to try more without having to stop to get the items off the shelves. All in all, we left with nearly $500 of oils and vinegars and I'm not regretting it at all!! I just can't wait to cook with all of them!

Santa Fe Olive Oil is a lovely store/tasting room where you can sample a variety of unique olive oils and vinegars. In the middle of the store, they have a long table with bottles of their many flavors and small cups for you to try them out (shot-style) in. The oils were all so tasty and so were the vinegars. after trying most of them, I decided my favorite combo was the rosemary olive oil with the fig balsamic - absolutely divine - and so I bought a bottle of each to take home. The staff are very friendly and constantly asking if you need help or recommendations. I received a nice discount for Memorial Day weekend, and they ship online! Highly recommend checking this place out.

This store has so many choices of wonderful flavored olive oil. The best part is that you can purchase small bottles too, which is great for gifts or just people like me that have 10 different flavors in their cupboard and are running out of room.

Great place with super quality olive oil and balsamic. Got to talk with the owner about his back story and the origin and details of the products. Great experience! And we brought home a delicious combo that will be used regularly in our kitchen.

This is such a great spot for local gifts. Florencia is so kind and knowledgeable. I love the green chile honey the most!

Racist and blamed customer for tearing down the sign that says "Cash only, internet down". Service is abysmal especially the manager.

My god, what a find!…read more A friend and I stumbled upon this store while on a two hour visit to Santa Fe on our way to Albuquerque. We loved it so much that we spent a significant amount of time in here sampling all of their balsamic vinegars. You'll feel like a kid in a candy store with all of the classy stainless steel dispensers available for you to sample at your leisure. It was so difficult to decide but I walked out of there a happy woman with a bottle of their 18 yr aged tradition balsamic vinegar (top seller) and a bottle of their, wait for it... Georgia Peach Balsamic Vinegar.. my god. As you would imagine, that vinegar is light colored, rich and sweet (just how I like my men). This place is a DEFINITE stop if you are a balsamic vinegar, olive oil and/or salt connoisseur. Prices are reasonable ($20/per bottle), considering the amount and the quality. I like to think of this place as a little slice of Europe in the middle of Santa Fe. Also, I came across this video tonight while trying to figure out if Oleaceae already had a presense on Yelp. It's informative and gives you an idea of the classy stainless steel dispensers I mention in my review: http://vimeo.com/19817153

The restaurant is roomy and lively. It's right across the street from the Hilton, where we stayed! My colleague ordered pizza to go on the first night, walked over and returned back to hotel room! I should have done that too! Our party of 6 came from Hawaii and just trusted the process...we ordered several wood oven pizzas (sorry I didn't pay attention to what my friends ordered ) I had the Tartufo - omggg it was to die for!!! the food is amazing and affordable! We would come back again and again if we could!! The employees were friendly and helpful! We were leaving the next morning so some of us took the leftovers and ate it at our stopover!! We will definitely come back if we have another conference there!!

Located in the Plaza off of San Francisco St., we didn't realize there was it's own parking lot that is shared with others around the corner (we parked at a public structure for 5 bucks 2 blocks away). This is an order at the counter establishment of which I do not care for, especially if it's pricey (which it was). We started off with the house salad for 7.50/ea and totally not worth it (just some lettuce tomatoes and dressing with a piece of bread). 2 of us had pizzas 1 a calzone and another pasta. Pizzas were ok, but a good size for one big appetite or to share otherwise. The calzone was HUGE but my friend did not care for it (vegetarian) as she said it had too much goat cheese and lacked flavor. My friend's pasta was just average. With a bottle of cab and 2 soft drinks, the price came to a pricey 120 bucks before tip (the servers do deliver your food and drinks to the table). Would I come back here? Probably not. I have had others word of mouth that also did not care for it.
