Pies I found very good value. The salad not so much. We've gotten the chicken marsala pie, a grandpa pie, a sausage and broccoli rabe, and a white pizza with broccoli. The fan favorites for our party were the chicken marsala and the grandpa pie. The guys who helped us set up was really nice, he checked on our party multiple times, they set us up with a table in the back to accommodate 12 adults and two kids. The restaurant itself is pretty roomy for a pizzeria. The back area itself is a little more a sit-down feel. As for parking, they have a shared lot about your businesses, since it's on the corner of Jason to a ShopRite parking can be harder to find, but it's not impossible. Impossible. You might have to make a couple passes or park far and walk if you're fine with that. If you're coming with with older kids or just adults shouldn't be an issue at all. The only place where this lost the star was when my wife had a call. I had to order the pizzas. She was thinking about getting a little side salad and wasn't too sure. She was up sold on a half catering tray of Caesar salad. That was really just chop from a lettuce and some croutons. She did not ask a price for it which is on her that half Caesar salad was 40 bucks. And we took the majority of it home which was basically a waste so I feel like we would have been better served getting two regular Caesar salads or one Caesar salad because we were getting four pizzas already. Another thing to be wary of especially with large parties is I'm fairly certain they did include gratuity on our party. Which would be fine if when we got the bill we got an itemized receipt. They had instead just given us a receipt with the grand total. My wife not thinking there was tip on there had tipped on it again so they got an extra generous tip from us. Either that or they mischarged us because when I went back and did the math we were either overcharged or they had added gratuity without letting us know. Despite this, it was still a good experience. My son loved her chicken marsala pizza and ate the leftover slices over the next two days afterwards. If we were in this plaza again, I wouldn't hesitate to stop back in.

The pizza could have been a bit thinner and crispier in my opinion. The Sicilian pie was similarly very cheesy / less sauce. They were generous with the pepperoni. It is a very filling slice to eat. Frank's pricing felt competitive. Not my favorite pizza but it was decent.

Dirty tables. And the deathknell, it was completely empty. Fast forward to 2025.... the place has a new owner and a brand new dining area. And it's wonderful! The pizza is in the neopolitan style. It's crispy and flavorful. The cheese tastes premium. Great sauce. The sausage is not cut-rate. They have completely turned this place around. And the dining room had a lot of people in it enjoying the food. If you are in the Parlin area, it's definitely worth your time. So my daughter told me that I need to start rating these places. I hesitate to do so because I dont want to be compared to that other guy who in my opinion is a complete nasal drip. I review places for one reason.... out of love for the products. I love stadiums. I love arenas. And most of all, I love food. So I'm not doing this for clicks but to give my friends and family a roadmap of places to visit and my experiences with these places. After…read morewatching my old softball team get eliminated and then learning of the untimely passing of Nick Mangold, I was in need of good comfort food. The place is cute and spotlessly clean and I read a lot of great reviews online so I was very optimistic going in. I went with a plain slice and a Sicilian slice and my daughter went with two grandma slices. The plain slice was very large. It is a very thin pie that has a delightful outer crust. The outer crust is both crispy and moist. The undercarriage was a little bit limp and you would definitely have to fold the outer crust to eat it. I would be ok with that if it had a nice flavor punch but the sauce was somewhat flavorless and lacking Italian seasonings. Premium cheese is used here but with bland sauce, the damage is done. The Sicilian slice is very thick and you would expect it to be heavy but it is surprisingly very light. The outer crust and undercarriage are both crunchy, moist and delicious. Im not sure they let it ferment enough because it did have Sicilian flavors but not quite enough of it. And the sauce again is way too light on Italian seasonings. I was all ready to write a bad review until my daughter insisted I try a bite of her grandma slice. And it was SPECTACULAR. Tangy sauce with premium cheese and an abundance of Italian seasonings. The crust is crunchy and stood firm with no droop at all. And the slice itself is a flavor explosion. If you want to go and try it yourself, the grandma slice is definitely the way to go. Overall, it's a mixed bag here. The prices are really good here but I'd gladly pay up for a better seasoned slice. Overall Rating: B-

Honestly I was mad because I've been a customer for years and that's how they treat their valued customers?? Not good! When I get home I opened up my pies and the 1/2 with light sauce and the other half with sausage was correct. But the second pie was all MUSHROOMS, not sausage like I ordered. Honestly I think the way they handled it was BAD! Shows they DO NOT VALUE their repeat customers and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
