A nice Mexican option in the old Sir Pizza location. They have indoor seating as well as a nice patio, which was remarkably cool since it benefits from shade from the building. We were complimentary chips and salsa, and these chips were leaned towards gourmet. I got the Sonora Carne Asada. You know you're at a great place when just the rice and beans taste wonderful. The first bite of the steak put me over the moon - it was really flavorful and delicious. It came with a stack of warm tortillas. We tried a chicken tamale. This was done a bit differently than I'd expect. It was not in a corn husk and was slathered in maybe queso. The chicken inside was far too dry and this was just not comparable to the other dishes. Wouldn't order again. They added a credit card surcharge and I didn't see that disclosed anywhere. This left a bad taste taste for me. I would rather these folks build in all the fees they experience into their pricing. When I see such tacked on fees, I am less likely to return. Service was good and attentive, but we went in between lunch and dinner times so it was not busy.

Another nice night at Santo Coyote - 1st time ordering Frida Kahlo -- delicious! The skinny margarita is also the way to go! So nice to have a friendly neighborhood place!

Love this New Mexican spot in gibsonia! Located in treesdale, this restaurant is super cute and conveniently located near pine Richland high school. They have a great bar area with TVs to watch sports etc and also a decent size dining room and outdoor patio. We've been here a few times and the owner and staff are great. But on to what really matters - the food and drinks are fantastic! It's quickly become one of our favorites in the area. They have all the typical offerings and a great variety of drinks (and margarita flavors!). Their salsa is always great. We really like their chicken dishes, and they even have discounted lunch prices which is great (even on a Saturday). Be sure to check it out!

Always GREAT! This has become our go-to for excellent food and great service and it delivered again! The margaritas are excellent too . Their queso is fantastic. I got the TakiTos and we also had the mahi mahi tacos and chicken fajitas. Everything was flavorful and delicious.

Tucked away in a small business complex, this Mexican place is worth the trip! All of the food tasted fresh and flavorful. They bring chips and salsa to the table when you are seated. The skinny margarita was refreshing. The guac was smooth with chunks of tomatoes. Veggies for the fajita were grilled well and had a lot of great flavor. We had to get the fried ice cream which didn't disappoint with a nice crispy shell around the ice cream served in a fried sweet tortilla bowl. I will definitely go back!

Fresh delicious food, friendly service. A little pricey. Limited vegetarian options listed on menu, but we were able to come up with something delicious.

This is a hidden gem in the North Hills! The food, service, and Margaritas were excellent. My wife has celiac disease so she cant eat gluten. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made sure she got something she could eat. We will definitely be coming back!

Wow! What a great space. Between the friendly staff, the twinkle lights, and the funky decor- they've really made this place special. The service was so fast. Before we knew it we had some of the freshest margaritas in hand, chomping on chips and various dips. My husband ordered chicken tacos and rice (he loved). I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos which had a special sauce and mango salsa. Everything was phenomenal. We will be back soon.

Really good Mexican food. Had the steak fajitas for lunch and they were pretty good but the steak is a little tough and probably could use a different cut. She had the huevos rancheros and said it was really good but could have had the tortilla chips or crispy tortilla underneath. Chips and sauce were pretty good and will be back to try something else. I was really looking forward to a chile relleno but they didn't have it on the menu

Their lent menu is a little more trimmed down than their regular food truck menu I have seen before. I got the fish sandwich, hush puppies, and a large side of lobster mac and cheese. It was a little pricey, $31. The lobster mac and cheese was as much as the sandwich for a container the size of a to-go soup bowl which seemed like a little much. There weren't that many lobster pieces for the price, like 3 or 4 decent-sized chunks, and the mac and cheese itself was pretty bland. The fish sandwich was the best part but I still wasn't wow-ed; I was also charged $1 for one slice of american cheese. I'm fine with paying extra for things, that just seemed excessive. The hush puppies and fries were clearly just frozen, and the fries were cold. For the price, I wouldn't come back here during lent but may visit the food truck at a different time to see the bigger menu.

The slaw was good too, but overall I'm just not that big of a fan of slaw. The fish and chips came with 4 decently sized pieces of haddock and a bunch of fries. Honestly, this could be a meal for 2 people if you're not extremely hungry. It was kind of expensive, but worth it in my opinion due to the quality and the amount of food. I would go again. I'm interested in trying their lobster rolls after lent is over!

It was like the customer was an afterthought. We had been there many times without incident, that is why we decided on your restaurant for a birthday dinner. None of us have talked about our experience as wonderful. I ordered the scallops, which I periodically cook for myself, and these were horrible. I've never in my life tasted scallops that seemed to be either marinated in some type of brine or simple vinegar. I still do not understand how they were prepared, only that I am grateful that I did not get sick. I am not sure what has happened to your menu, but we were disappointed with our experience last evening. It was telling, that on Father's Day, the parking lot was not very full. We made a reservation for a birthday celebration, because we knew it was Father's Day and were concerned about being able to get a table. I'm not sure we're going to be back anytime soon unless you change what we experienced.

Everyone was satisfied about the meal. It was quite pricey, which was expected when we walked in because of the ambiance. So why only 3 stars? Nice double date! 3 out of 4 of us got multiple drinks and we were enjoying our dinner. We got dessert too. The manager checked on us once. We probably stayed about 20ish minutes after desert while talking and finishing drinks. We got up and used the restroom, and saw the mgr in there. We heard her say that our table "finally decided to leave." Very unprofessional when you are sharing the same restroom as customers to then be talking about them. I'd say the same thing had she not been talking about us but another table. I have 20+ years in the hospitality industry and that rubbed me the wrong way. Food wasn't good enough to come back, so this is a place that relies on ambience and service, which we'd come back for if the service were great...be hospitable. The server was knowledgeable and kind; it's too bad the manager couldn't keep her thoughts about well paying, well tipping customers to an area where customers couldn't overhear.

The fresh tastes, unique parings, it all just hit the spot. We started out with a ton of appetizers, pulled pork nachos, with beer cheese, crispy calamari and a delicious Spanish octopus. I definitely recommend trying all of these! Their beer cheese was so good, I was legitimately jealous when the lady at the table next to us got their giant soft pretzel, and it came with the cheese. Definitely getting that next time! Matt got the iberico special, a beautiful pork steak with a peach corn salsa and saffron rice. I opted for the steak frites, a perfectly cooked picanha cut with shoe string fries. Think your favorite burger places fries, and add a ton of bougie. I want to begin be stating clearly that the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The rest of the experience, however, was less satisfying. The place has a very nice patio and fireplace area, but like too many establishments that seems to be their only focus. It was hot, so we sat inside which was far more basic. The whole place could also use a good cleaning. You can tell a lot about the cleanliness standards of a restaurant by looking at the bathrooms, and the men's room was gross. They also have no doors on the kitchen and when I walked by on my way back from the restroom (after we had already eaten our lunch) I saw the same need for cleaning. Not the worst I've ever seen, but if you're going to put it all out there for your customers to see I would think spic-n-span would be the goal. Anyway, we ordered lunch and everything was okay, but not special. We were also annoyed that the chef can't seem to get beef temperature right. My wife asked for her burger to be well done - going as far as telling the waiter that they can burn it to a crisp if necessary - but it came out still pink in the middle. She ate it to avoid wasting food, but she was not happy. I had the steak frites and ordered mine medium. It was very rare. I was also shocked by the amount of salt on everything, and this was noted by everyone at the table. For the price I think there are better options in the area.
