This place is actually worth the hype. The food was SO GOOD! Blew us away. Very fresh and flavorful. Nice ambience in a nice area.

The food was okay, but I've had better. Service was friendly but inconsistent. A fair place if you're nearby.

Ordered take out. The attendant at the register was not adequately familiar with what sides came with the meals. Beyond that I ordered grilled chicken tacos with hard shells. My bad that I didn't double check the bag as we were provided pulled chicken which soaks the hard shells and you end up with a mush taco. Second time this happened when i ordered takeout. If we visit this establishment again it will be to dine in so that we can send the errors back to the kitchen. read more

Generally loud, but vibrant decor is nice. Outdoor seating area if the weather is nice. The service was SLOW. Very slow. We had a lot of time to analyze why, and think they're just disorganized. Random waitstaff would also go behind the bar to staff that while seeing multiple tables. We made the mistake of not knowing exactly what we wanted when we first sat, and then we literally waited at least 20 more minutes for our waitress to come back. Water took at least 15 minutes to show up. I'm writing this review because we're STILL waiting for our food. Salsa and chips were good. No comment on the other food since it's still not here. The best Mexican restaurant in a 10-mile radius from Cranberry and Gibsonia! The food is well seasoned, cooked to perfection, in generous portions and authentic! We absolutely loved the customer service - it feels like all the staff here are friends. The owner works on the floor with the rest of his workers which makes this upcoming restaurant even better (shout out to Pive!) The interior is bright and welcoming, with homemade art pieces. The vibes are energetic and uplifting, especially with the modern Mexican music playing in the background. 10/10 recommend! read more

Atmosphere and Staff are very good. I ordered the grilled shrimp skewers, rice and steamed veggies. I typically love mexican food but the spice on this meal was terrible. Actually tasted like propane gas. Yikes! The veggies were not fresh and I think came out of a frozen package. I couldn't eat any of it. Others in our party had steak and they enjoyed their meals. The food here is so-so. Nothing special. Price is par with all other restaurants these days. It's important to support local businesses but IMO this restaurant needs to improve their meals. read more
