My girlfriends and I visited Santorini while on a vacation because of the good reviews and versatile menu. Parking was a bit odd, but ample. We made a reservation and were sat immediately. Our server, Sasha, was absolutely lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed the fried burrata and artichokes before dinner, along with the yummy complimentary bread. For entrees, we had the salmon, chicken parmigiana, scallops risotto, and sacchetti santorini. The only issue we encountered was the salmon coming out very underdone. We sent it back to be cooked more and it came back out still undercooked. Overall, an amazing experience as long as you avoid the "medium rare" (raw) salmon. Everything else was lovely. read more

July 4th weekend, 2022. Two people, no reservation. The total price $150 without tip. Food: Its BYOB. We brought our own bottle of wine, but they are in the process of getting a liquor license. Starters - Grilled Calamari which was a very acquired taste, unlike fried calamari, was interesting to try. Greek salad was our favorite, cant go wrong. It is cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onion and feta cheese with Kalamata olives. No additional lettuce which was fine with us. Very crisp and refreshing. Main dishes: Crab, Shrimp, and lobster ravioli special - 4/5 delicious. Fresh sweet lobster and crab. Not too over powering sauce. Bronzino fish - 3/5. Cooked well, but would like more herb flavor for seasoning to compliment neutral taste of the fish. Did not come with a side. Dessert - baklava with espresso was delicious. It appeared as though the baklava had pistachios which was a nice enhancement. They had other food choices on the menu such as steak, seafood, veal, pork chop and lamb - maybe try next time. Service: Very accommodating. We didn't have reservations, we only had a 20 minute wait. Woman manager was very respectful and friendly. This gave us enough time to go get a bottle of wine since its BYOB. Staff very friendly and provides prompt service. Male waiter, Denis, was very proffesional, courteous, and friendly and made great suggestions. Atmosphere: Felt like we were on the greek island of Santorini. Very mediterranean feel, good interior design although ceiling was not painted in our dining room only spakled and sanded. Music was great Mediterranean acoustic guitar. Temperature of the room was very comfortable. Nice comfortable experience. Misc: We were sat next to a large party that was somewhat loud at times. However, since the atmosphere was lively, the service was prompt and courteous, and the food was good, we didn't mind, especially since we didn't have reservations. Parking can be competitive if going at a prime time. Minimal street parking. Overall: We would definitely come back again and try a different main dish food. Better atmosphere and food selection than the Beach Creek or Boathouse restaurants across the street. We will make reservations next time. read more

You've most likely drove by Santorini when getting to wildwood but you have to stop in for a nice dinner/ date. Don't be fooled by the outside, the interior of the place is very nice and creates a nice ambiance while your enjoying your Mediterranean meal. I had the Octopus for the appetizer which was great and the penne vodka was wonderful. I topped off my meal with a limoncello sorbet to end my experience at Santorini. The meal was good but unfortunately they lost my credit card during processing of payment. it was an honest mistake by the server however the owner Nick was incredibly rude and didn't care about my inconvenience. Tried this place with high hopes because there is so much of the same old unhealthy food down in this shore town. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. We just wish the salad portions were larger. We had the watermelon and feta with mint and balsamic. It was amazing. Just needed more. The Greek salad was incredible but was a child portion. The short rib over risotto entree was splendid. BYO accounts for the fact of the dishes are a little bit more expensive/-- a factor that we don't mind but again just wish the portions are a little bit bigger for the one meal that we found that would leave us feeling full but not disgusting like most of the Fried and poorly cooked meals down at the shore. My friends and I went to this restaurant for a bachelorette party and they did not disappoint. The food was all fresh and delicious. I got the lobster risotto and the clam and mussels appetizer. The risotto was to die for the clam and mussels sauce was like nothing I ever tasted before. Erika was attentive, interactive, and created a fun atmosphere. The limoncello was delicious and home made and so was the tiramisu. The owner was kind enough to let us go up the roof and take pictures. The chef also came out and introduced himself. Absolutely disgusting! Half the mussels in the appetizer weren't open and when we bought it to the attention of the server, she came back and said the chef wanted to see them. (Like we would waste mussels and lie about it?!) then, our fried shrimp and calamari appetizer had ONE shrimp in it. ONE. The best part of the $200 meal? My Son's french fries. The lamb was also Australian, you can tell because it had a gamey taste to it. The risotto was also over cooked. I'm offended as a Greek that they try to pass off their gross food as Greek. This place has terrible service. The wait staff is over worked and it is poorly managed. We had a reservation and had to wait to be seated then we waited over an hour for our entrees. When we asked to see the manager she simply said that it was a busy night and they were short staffed. Unacceptable for the prices they charge, service should match. The meals were okay but not much better than diner flare. I feel if you are requiring a reservation then you shouldn't be seating walkins if you can't accomodate them. We had an amazing experience at Santorini, by far our favorite Wildwood restaurant. Our special needs son was treated so kindly by all of the staff, they seemed delighted that he wanted to "fist-bump" all of them. Food is delicious and fresh. Pasta is made on the spot, not from last night or reheated. The fish dishes are not frozen, but fresh. More of a European taste. You don't see a lot of restaurants serving a whole branzino, for example. Most American places just serve filetto, which is fine, but if you're looking for authentic Italian and Greek food, this is the spot. Our waiter, Besi, was very polite and professional. My family and I came to Santorini's on a Thursday night after hearing about it from a friend. We were thrilled to hear of a Mediterranean restaurant in Wildwood. When we first arrived there were tons of people hoarding in the entrance way waiting to be seated. We fortunately only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. We were seated outside on their patio with a pretty greek style atmosphere, however all you could hear was loud cars and motorcycles speeding down Rio Grande. Our waiter, while very nice and friendly, was very forgetful and was running around the restaurant like a chicken with his head cut off; we maybe saw him a handful of times. Now we had high expectations for the food, expecting a very greek menu, and were shocked when we saw many italian based dishes. To start we ordered the Fried Calamari and Shrimp, which were very dry and cardboard tasting, the Grilled Artichokes, that tasted like they were from a can, the Shrimp Cocktail, and Spanikopita, which came out cold. We also ordered the Grilled Octopus that came out 15 min after our other appetizers. For our entrees we ordered the Short Rib, which was tender but flavorless, the Chicken Santorini, where the chicken looked grey and the shrimp were undercooked, The Branzino, which was very fishy tasting and smelling, the Crab Gnocchi, where the gnocchi were very tasteless with little crab, and the Lobster Pasta, with mounds of dry pasta with little sauce and small lobster tails. After the entrees, we didn't even bother with dessert. Overall, the quality of food is poor and the food was way too overpriced for what you were getting. More or less to say, our family will not be coming back to Santorini's. At least it was BYOB. read more
