Great spot. Went on a very crowded Saturday night, and they handled it well. The service and quality of the food was very good. A nice menu with many good choices. The sides need some work. I work in and eat out in restaurants all the time, this was the best meal I've had in a long time. We had the crab ravioli and spagetti Santorini, both dishes absolutely delicious. Service was excellent, Florian our waiter and the owner, seemed to be everywhere, serving customers, running food and taking a moment to pour my wine for me. We will definitely be back! read more

Tonight we went to dinner at this restaurant because we were unable to get reservations at another restaurant we usually go to. Although this was not our first choice it will definitely be our first choice next year. Accommodating a party of 20 can be a lot but the service was great and the food was amazing. We visit Wildwood every year and last summer we had an amazing experience at this restaurant, so clearly we stopped by again this year. Well what a difference a year makes. Not sure where to start, from the waiters offering coffee and dessert when they have just delivered your food to the table, or the long waits, or to the amazing lesson they imparted me on risotto. I ordered the Salmon with Risotto and it turns out my risotto was crunchy, not mildly hard, but crunchy as an almond. I mentioned it to my waiter to see if the kitchen could cook it a little more or replace it. The waiter did go to the kitchen and asked and came back with the wonderful reply that at Santorini the risotto is made "Al Dente". Well I'm glad the fillings in my teeth are up to date. And basically that is how things remained, with Santorini implying that I had no idea of their superior culinary risotto al dente skills, and I with a plate of practically tasteless and hard glue in front of me which the kitchen refused to cook a little more, or replace because of their extraordinary art of cooking Al Dente Risotto which apparently my palate was to common to enjoy. read more

We went twice this summer and both times the food was outstanding. The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice.

I was with a group of 12 women for which we had a reservation this past Saturday night for my sister's bachelorette weekend. I love the atmosphere - bright with Mediterranean decor. They were very busy but nothing took too long to arrive to the table and its also a major plus that they are byob, so we were set! We started with appetizers for the table such as tzatziki with pita and olives, breaded eggplant with mozzarella, saganaki, burrata, and spanakopita. We ordered two plates of each appetizer and everything was delicious. The saganaki was a bit salty but still very good. I was disappointed that there wasn't enough spanakopita to go around but everyone that ate it said it was very good. I will say that one of my pet peeves is when meals don't all come out together. I know things are busy, and we had a large party, but just wait til everyone's meal is ready. We sat for a while until everyone's plate came out. I had to grab our server to tell her that my sister's plate of crab with gnocchi wasn't out. I don't think her plate was put in because one of the servers said "enjoy your meal" when the second to last plate came out. My sister urged us to start eating so that our meals didn't get cold. Thankfully, it didn't take too long to come out after that. My sister did say that her meal was delicious and the gnocchis were very light. A couple of us got dishes with risotto. I had risotto with blush sauce and scallops. The flavor was very good, but the risotto was chewy. The scallops were a decent size but overcooked. A friend sitting next to me ordered the short rib over risotto. The meat looked tender and delicious but her risotto was undercooked as well. I heard one of the girls at the end of the table ask if "any one else's risotto was 'crunchy' too" and everyone agreed that theirs were undercooked. It tasted like undercooked brown rice. I understand that risotto is not necessarily the easiest to make, but there were a couple of items on the menu that included it. If you are going to have a couple entrees with a particular food, that item should be cooked well. A friend two seats down ordered crab ravioli with lobster and was very disappointed because she said the filling tasted like crab cake filler. There was a chunk of lobster claw meat that she said was chewy so I tried it and sadly, it was inedible. There was another seafood ravioli special with cream sauce that two girls ordered and loved. Their plates were pretty much licked clean. Two girls ordered penne vodka and their plates were clear as well. One of the girls ordered spaghetti Santorini with a little bit of red sauce and said hers was good. My other sister, the bride to be, ordered that as well but with the sauce it came with which was saffron lemon sauce. She was a little disappointed with it because it was dry. I definitely would not say that it was a bad experience. I think they have a lot of potential because their menu is phenomenal and the flavors are very tasty. One thing I will note is that if I ever ate there again, I would request little to no salt because my fingers started to blow up in the middle of dinner. Its now almost 24 hours later and my fingers and toes STILL look like sausages. When I woke up this morning my face was puffy and I had kankles. I look and feel like I'm nine months pregnant! Another girl said that she was very puffy as well and had a different entree as me. A couple of the other girls were not as bad as we were, but felt uncomfortable the next day as well. My fingers swell sometimes when I have too much sodium, but this is on another level! I feel like someone blew my body up with a bicycle pump. All in all, I would just say to be aware of the salt level in the food here and if you are sensitive, tell them to add very little to your food. Since they haven't been open very long, I think they probably just need to iron out some kinks. read more

Went to dinner with husband and son on a Thursday night after Labor Day. We were cheerfully greeted by the hostess and we seated promptly. We ordered the burrata and it was the best I ever had! We also had the mussels that were very tasty. I ordered the moussaka and it was delicious. My son enjoyed the Chicken Santorini and my husband had the veal special. The ice cream dessert was yummy. The restaurant is so pretty and the service was very attentive. I recommend this restaurant and will go again. read more

Checked out the new Santorini last night Greek/Italian menu BYO in Wildwood. Beautiful dining room and a lively, but not too loud crowd. I like BYO especially Mediterranean food which you can match with Italian reds my favorite. Their food is very good and fresh. Started with the traditional Greek salad with feta the perfect size. My guest had shrimp cocktail which were large and tasty. Bread with olive oil provided by the very attentive waiter ( we found out later he is the owner and like all restaurants they have no help). Main courses were lagostinies and linguine in a spicy red sauce, perfect degree of heat, and veal franchese with pasta in a lemon butter sauce. Large portion could have used some kick and more salt. A nice dessert menu and a very friendly staff. Many happy faces and take home boxes. I hope they can survive the labor problem their food is very good and authentic. read more

The service was terrific, our waitress Olla was very friendly and even though they were understaffed everything came out on time. The food was AMAZING, I had some of the best calamari I had ever eaten and the Chicken Parmigiana was delicious!! I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Good atmosphere, very friendly server, good food, just a bit too expensive. If you're thinking of ordering a "special", ask the price, which isn't offered when it's being described. It turned out to be more expensive ($42) than any other entree, for a small grouper with lobster ravioli. I had the cheapest entree, Moussaka, and the bill was $95 plus tip for two people sharing an appetizer, no vegetables (ala carte & expensive), no dessert and no liquor (it's BYOB). My first choice, lamb shank, wasn't "ready to be served" according to our server. Lamb chops would have been $40. Our shrimp and calimari appetizer had just two medium shrimp, which seemed a little overcooked, while the calimari seemed a little undercooked, but they were otherwise good. The small, crunchy bread loaf with butter or olive oil was terrific, and our server brought a second without being asked. I ordered only water as my beverage, and she brought me a carafe. We were satisfied but can't make it a habit. read more

I don't get into Wildwood, NJ much but I did last week and noticed a new, very nice looking restaurant. My friends and I immediately made a reservation online (very easy) and went last night. It's a Mediterranean BYOB restaurant with many menu choices that are very reasonable. The place was packed at 7pm but the hostess seated us quickly and our server, Cayleen, came right over to give us our menus, tell us the many specials and open our wine. She was great - very friendly and efficient while taking care of many patrons. We ordered an appetizer to share and then our entrees. I ordered the salmon which they normally serve over risotto, however, I asked that it be served over pasta and they had no problem with that. It was delicious and probably one of the best salmon entrees I've every had and I eat salmon a lot. One of my friends ordered the Halibut special and he loved it while the other ordered Chicken Franchese which was also delicious. Then we ordered the Tiramisu for dessert which was soooo good. I would highly recommend this restaurant which has indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating. It's fun and the food is great! You've got to go!! read more
