Once you get through the insane traffic that always seems to exist in this area, you can find yourself at Santorini's-tucked away in the corner at Farmington Station. It's a little oasis in the middle of the chaos. The portions were plentiful and we were able to share a few things. My favorite was a surprise menu item (at least to me)-the sweet potato fries. I'm already craving those again.

Great option for fast casual meal. An employee greeted me right away and took my order, another employee added the additional toppings and a third rang me up. I opted for build your own bowl which consisted of lots of fresh ingredients. The sauces were a bit on the salty side so I would recommend getting it on the side.

    If bowl with lemon chicken!

Yummy food! I got the lemon chicken bowl and it was so so delicious! Also gluten free. Beck is a great worker!!

Visited this place for the first time tonight. Had an idea what to get from looking at the online menu. The prices were hard to find though and were even more than what was posted in previous photos. But the food was good and the two gentlemen there that helped prepare the food were fast and friendly. Establishment appeared clean. Only taking off one star as again, I had a hard time finding prices and the ones I did see ended up being less than what I ended up paying. Overall, I will likely go back again for a quick take-out option doing a date night with my husband. What we got: Original pita $14 Puff pitas $11 Zucchini sticks $10.50 Plus tax & rounded up for a small tip, $40.

Portions felt very fair, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. Also ordered the immune boost smoothie, which was both delicious and felt like a healthier treat. Service was decent overall, though my order took a bit longer than I've experienced at similar spots. That said, the restaurant felt very clean, and I really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Definitely a spot we'll keep coming back to!

There are so many well-labeled DF/GF/vegan options- bowls, plates, Acai bowls, desserts- the menu looks intentional and amazing (especially as someone who's DF). It's also a cozy, thoughtfully-decorated place. Anyone with food restrictions or anyone who likes fresh, healthy food could find something to eat here. The ordering process was lengthy and a little chaotic. I asked to sub the spicy mango sauce (which sounded great) for whatever came with my bowl, the cashier said it already came with that sauce, and it actually didn't. However, relying on a sauce to season an entire bowl of food is questionable- in the end, season the food while cooking it. I may still need to return to try the Acai bowls or DF dessert, but Vessel does the rest of this type of food better and more inexpensively.

We started with the fried cauliflower and zaatar fries, both served with an incredible dipping sauce that disappeared embarrassingly fast. The cauliflower was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and honestly good enough to order again on its own. For my meal, I ordered the shakshuka. It arrived bubbling hot in a cast iron skillet with rich tomato sauce, flavorful meatballs, perfectly baked eggs, and warm grilled pita for scooping up every last bite. I've had shakshuka before, and this was easily one of the best versions I've tasted. Every bite was comforting, hearty, and packed with flavor. Spud went with a Laziz salad alongside another helping of the roasted cauliflower, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Everything that came to the table looked thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made the experience truly memorable, though, was our waitress, Omri. As a Deaf customer, it's always a pleasant surprise when someone can communicate directly in sign language. Omri signed with us, made us feel genuinely welcome, and provided exceptional service from beginning to end. That personal connection meant a great deal to me, and it absolutely elevated an already wonderful meal. I was so impressed that I happily double-tipped her. Great food, warm hospitality, and an experience my son and I will both remember. We'll definitely be back.

This spot was right around the corner from where my coworker and I had been, so it worked out perfectly. It's a sit-down restaurant, not order at the counter but it all works out. We tried their dip trio, one with hummus, one beets, and the showstopper, Muhammara which consists of roasted red pepper, pomegranate molasses, onions, garlic, and walnuts. I could subsist on this and this alone. For my entree I ended up with the Mediterranean platter (hummus, basmati rice, tabbouleh salad, vegetables, chicken, and pita) that was very tasty. I do wish I had tried their fried cauliflower after talking to some locals, but the chicken was good as well. Good service, nice atmosphere, and simply a great spot. Jealous that I'm not from here or I'd go often!
