2025 update: get the butternut squash Benedict. We have never had a bad meal at SAP. The baked goods are amazing, the breakfast dishes so perfectly prepared and the lunch specials always great. Service is fantastic and we usually sit at the bar. Especially recommend the seasonal barista specials. The lemon ricotta pancakes are out of this wor

Another great brunch at SAP. This time I had the chorizo benedict. It was delicious and very filling. The eggs were poached perfectly with a nice cilantro cream hollandaise sauce over the top. The potatoes are nicely flavored and a nice light salad on the side. Our server was great and very helpful.

Bustling breakfast brunch cafe with wonderful aromas dancing in the air. Fresh Juice of the day was delicious & nutritious! Salmon Benedict was amazing the dill hollandaise was delicious! Poached eggs made to perfection, they obviously know what they are doing! The entire table was pleased as punch! Octavio was professional & kept us the loop on a very busy Saturday. Chefs kiss!

I am truly upset I didn't have the 5 star rating many have experienced!! Was in town visiting my mom and decided to skip on our usuals and try a new place. I've never regretted anything more! We were told that wait for a table would be about 45 mins but it ended up being about 20! So yay! Our server Octavio was fantastic. Super informative about specials, asked about allergies and suggested drinks. We started off with coffee, I got the sapchatta and my mom went with a basic decaf coffee. We placed our order and that's when the disappointment started. I got the chicken sandwich which was such a let down. The "herb salad" it comes with is just a bunch of cilantro...not chopped just whole. The fries were cold. Then our French toast were SO thin and chewy...where is the pillowy texture? At this point I was so hangry I just wanted to leave. My mom got the chilaquiles with chorizo, she liked hers! And didn't "mind" the French toast even though they were "a bit tough". Overall this was the worst meal I've had in a long time. You can check my yelp reviews to confirm

I've been wanting to go here for years! Great atmosphere, staff and food! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes which were light and fluffy with fresh berries that were perfect. I opted not to top with syrup and I am glad I did as it would have been too sweet. I will add the pancakes tasted like plain pancakes and were topped with the lemon ricotta sauce. This isn't a negative, just wanted to point it out. I loved it however it was done! My husband got the smoked salmon Benedict and he ate every drop! The side salad and potatoes were amazing! Sorry, I didn't get a photo of his food, but it looked fantastic. Trust me. I can't wait to go back.

I hadn't eaten here for years and my husband never had and wanted to try. $45 for lunch (we drank water) seemed pricey for what we got. The sandwiches were good but the chicken soup left a lot to be desired. Not sure I'd spend that kind of money again on a quick lunch. I also found the menu a bit out of my comfort zone, too many non traditional meals. I doubt we'll be back any time soon.

This was not a good experience at all- won't be back. Major points- poor quality service (completely ignored after taking our order, waitress never refilled drinks, very unfriendly), food was cold when we got it, steak was a tough and overcooked, breakfast potatoes were hard and overcooked. Wait time for food was over 35 minutes. Very disappointing experience, all around. Not worth all the hype.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants since high school. Whenever I go back to my hometown, my best friend and I have a tradition of eating at SAP. I always order the Classic Benedict. The sap salad dressing is perfect, potatoes are roasted and paired with the perfect glaze. The vibe and staff are spectacular. They're always busy but their service is always 100. No matter how many eggs Benedict's I've tried at different restaurants, SAP's will always be my favorite.

Good food and the service was excellent. I recommend the sapchata with chicken and waffles. Servers had a conversation with me about football and anime.

We came here for breakfast after reading reviews on Yelp. We sat at the bar which was a great choice as we had a very attentive server that gave us the run down of the menu and the fact that they use locally sourced foods for their menu items. Everything we ordered was delicious. I recommend the chicken and waffles and the lemon ricotta pancakes. They also have desserts which we ordered to go. Still haven't broken into them yet

Had a lovely time at SAP, and Liz, our server, made the experience even better. She was super bubbly, gave us all the details we needed on the menu, and really knew her stuff. I love that everything here is made with locally sourced ingredients, and the restaurant partners with small businesses--such a nice touch! I ordered the poblano pepper, and my friend went with the steak and eggs. Both were plated beautifully with large portions and tasted great, though a couple of dishes could've used a little more seasoning. But overall, the flavors were fresh and vibrant. I appreciated the healthier options too, like their kale, jalapeño, celery, apple, and pineapple juice. They also serve locally brewed coffee, and the berry smoothie bowl was a perfect light option. Plus, their Bakery is packed with options, so there's something for everyone! It's definitely on the pricier side, but for the fresh, local ingredients and the community vibes, it's worth it. Great spot for breakfast or dinner, especially if you're looking for a family-friendly atmosphere!

They're located in an old building along the main street in downtown. For lunch, they seemed to have a short list of items...and not really catering to a red meat eater like me. I picked the chicken pesto sandwich since I normally eat chicken sandwiches for lunch and opted for the house potatoes. Our waitress was very loopy and loud add seemed overly happy about her job. My colleague thinks she was yelling at us whem she spoke, but I believe that is just how some people talk. My chicken sandwich was good...but the chicken breast seemed like a machine formed patty and it was small. I was expecting something a little fresher, like a whole grilled chicken breast for the price. Instead, this seemed like a pre-made patty from a vendor they just heated up in an oven. The house potatoes were simple and pretty good though. They add cheese and herbs and spices to these to amp them up. I can't really speak for the breakfast or cocktail program, but their music was pretty good.
