And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.

Mailed them a set of Weber IDF carburetors for one of my client's engine builds. The carbs had a…read morelot of corrosion build-up in the float bowls and in the barrels. When I drove from LA to pick them up, I was thrilled to see that they did such a good job on the pair. I'll be sending all my carburetors to them in the future. The price was fair too. I paid $100 for both of them. There's another company who cleans carburetors with an ultrasonic machine and wants $135. The thing is, they can't remove the hard corrosion build-up. Ultrasonic only cleans dirt. Soda blasting is the best solution as it pulverizes everything but leaves the aluminum intact. Thanks Cal-Blast!
