I love this place, but the only reason I rated a 3 is because they do not cook their wings long enough. I literally gag when I eat a wing and can taste the soft skin. If I wanted baked chicken, I would get that. We all know wings are suppose to be crispy crunchy, even when they are wet with a sauce. The kids wouldn't even eat them. This is my first time here and they just reopened after their renovation (note, I never came here prior to the renovation). The customer service was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Greeted and spoken to throughout our meal. They did everything they could to keep us happy and satisfied. Customer service alone would make me come back but let's cut to the chase we're here to mainly talk food. I visit NY quite frequently and the flavor of this pizza definitely exceeded my expectations. Apparently the basic principle of adding toppings to a plain slice is too impossible a task. Three men standing in the shop couldn't figure out how to do it. My son asked to try this place for lunch a while back and we we enjoyed it enough to want to return with the family. Brought the kids (two teenagers and a two year old) and grandparents to dinner early this evening and loved the experience. We got attentive, cheerful service, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. But my big thank you goes to the staff Bc not only are they always friendly and prompt but personally they went above and beyond for me with a special request I had. Best dang pizza in Canton, GA! We are so happy to have Saporito's here in our city. The garlic rolls teamed with a Greek salad is a great choice. We tried an extra large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and it was very delicious, New York style. Their daily specials and lunch specials are worth a visit. We have visited here on four different occasions and each time, it just gets better and better! They recently remolded so the atmosphere is great, very modern Italian. The air conditioning on this hot evening was very welcoming. Their staff is just awesome and super friendly. Wine Wednesday did not disappoint. We had the Pinot Grigio and it was really yummy. Been here three times now and the food has consistently been excellent. We have had pizza, Greek salad, and the subs and everything was great. Highly recommended, easily the best pizza joint in the area. Atmosphere is great too (apparently they recent remodeled inside so nice and trendy). Service is either by server in the evenings or at the counter during the day when I have been. Perfect for a casual date night. Definitely recommend the Cheese Steak sub with fries; lots of steak, onions and green pepper, melted cheese and a toasted fresh roll and then throw in a great serving of fresh hot fries - awesome! I just placed my first order from Saporitos through GrubHub. I went back and checked the order and it clearly shows I requested two toppings, but they sent out a plain cheese pizza. NO BIG DEAL. It was just for me and I was going to save and freeze some for later. Hopefully, next time they get the order correct. The pizza was very good. Great crust and wonderful cheese. I was a little disappointed. They were not at all enthusiastic when I walked in and yet checkout asked for tip amount starting with 15 percent. I would have liked less but in the rush to get home put 15. For what? My food was cold and seemed to have been waiting but I was there when they said. Had pizza 2 slices. They do not offer lunch specials which I was disappointed about. The pizza was outstanding and I wii order again when I can eat in. The Greek salad was good too but quite small for 5 dollars. I was on the phone calling to cancel the entire order when he pulled up. Our mistake giving them another try. This is our third time it took 2 hours or more. You have to call two full hours before dinner time OR pick it up, otherwise you will be left aggravated!! Food is good but not worth a full 2 hour wait when your hungry and TOLD it will be 45 minutes to an hour. Friday night and in need of pizza! The hubs and I were exhausted and felt the need for pizza and wings. We have a typical pizza place, but as it's been declining, wanted to try something new. This place was on my husbands way home, so we decided to give it a shot. I placed the order online, apparently through a service called Slice. I really appreciated the ease of the service. It gave options as to not only menu selection, but if you wanted half or whole coverage on various toppings, as well as the ability to choose the time of pick up. After reviewing the menu, I decided on a Sicilian style vegetable pizza, a large Greek salad and an order of twelve wings with a mix of medium and teriyaki sauce. Since this was my first time ordering, I wish the descriptions had been a little more clear. For example, I think it would have been helpful to explain the difference in Sicilian style vs. regular pizza, as well as explaining when choosing two sauces for the wings, both sauces were blended on the wings instead of half with one sauce and half with the other. It would have also been helpful to know how many people the various sizes salads would serve. I sent in the online order around 2pm requesting a 5:15 pickup. Payment was made by credit card. About 10 minutes after I placed the order, I received a call from Slice that they couldnt reach Saproitos, and asked if I wanted them to continue to try, or did I want to cancel the order. Although I appreciate a timely effort on their part, it had only been 10 minutes and the pick up time was still over 3 hours away. I asked them to continue to try, and they apparently reached them as I heard nothing back and my order was ready on time. That was a little bizarre. The pizza was wonderful! The toppings were very fresh and the crust was a little chewy and delicious! It was drowning in sauce, but had a pleasant ration of sauce vs crust vs toppings. Mthe wings were spot on! I would have liked a little more heat with a medium wing, but next time I'll order the hot, no problem. The salad was SO FRESH! All of the ingredients were crisp, colorful and the dressing was delicious. I'd think a large Greek could easily serve four side salads, although it was so good my husband and I split it between us and ate every bite. The pizza needs to be thinner, the cheese needs to be put on the pizza earlier or cooked more-the whole piece of cheese on the pizza slides off to easily. Not that hot, oozing off the slice you are accustomed too. And, finally, the sauce! Need to use the San Marzanos. The sauce can change everything. Their only solution for this was to give me a credit for a salad on my next order or to deliver another one. That's just not acceptable. Why would I want a salad from them again at all? This place has the most amazing cannolis. The pizza is decent enough and the garlic knots are really good. Definitely don't skip the cannoli though. The shells are nice a crispy. It can be really hard to find good ones anymore everyone wants to fill them ahead of time then the shell doesn't stay crispy. I like this place. Solid food, kids working are always nice. Food usually takes a while for dine-in (if not pizza slices) but it's because they actually make it and don't just throw it together. Pizza is very good, the subs are quite good as well. For a little strip center restaurant I would usually avoid the "entrees" but they make a solid lasagna and really all of the past dishes are good. Places like this and Johnny's put Domino's and Papa Johns to shame, and it so much nice to spend my money with someone local that actually lives and works in the community.
