Tried Saporito's for the first time last night. The have great daily specials - Saturday's are half priced salads and appetizers. A six piece complimentary order of the garlic knots were delivered to the table shortly after our waters were delivered. We ordered mozzarella sticks and the anitpasto salad. The sticks were typical, the salad was very good with lots of toppings and a very tasty house-made vinaigrette. We also ordered a two topping pizza which had a food amount of toppings. The food was all very good, but the service was not great. Our server never introduced herself, and was very slow at getting to our table. She couldn't serve the beer as she was underage, not sure if she didn't find someone to bring them right away or if that person was slacking, but it took nearly five minutes to get our bucket of beer. She was friendly, but either needs more training or is just too shy to work in customer service. read more

I have been here several times, the pizza is ok. It is even good. It could be better if the crust were a bit thicker abd had a few more pizza condiments on it. It just seems the crust is too thin, and so are the toppings. I do like the all you can eat. I will probably go back read more

I had to think a while about how to rate this place. I went with a 3 because I want to root for them, even though I wasn't a huge fan of the pizza. The location is pretty good, and all the workers with whom I interacted were very friendly. They have a TV that I'm guessing probably doesn't turn to a channel other than ESPN, so I think they have a target demographic (into which I don't really fit, I'm thinking). I did the all-you-can-eat lunch special, but it turned out to be a mistake because I wasn't as hungry as I had thought. The Sicilian sausage and pepperoni pizza was probably my favorite, and the white sauce with spinach and tomato was my least favorite of the four slices I had. The Hawaiian was decent, and the stuffed pizza was good but far too greasy for me (may my stack of napkins rest in gooey peace!). If I were hungrier, I would have tried more pieces, but none of the slices really made me think that I would love the other kinds I didn't try. I hate to support chains, but at the same time I feel like I would have gotten more for my money from Stevie B's a little further up 575. Perhaps I was having an off day, or perhaps they were, but either way I'm not sure I will be in a rush to try this place again. read more

We were cautious to try this location. But I am so glad we did. We have found our new favorite pizza place, and and we probably will not order from anywhere else. Even though they messed up my order (I ordered a 1/2 meat lovers and a 1/2 pepperoni and pineapple) and sent a full meat lovers, it was DELICIOUS. And promptly offered to replace the pizza or offer a credit for a whole new pizza on our next visit. I thought I was going to have to suffer through a pizza that I didn't like, but I was pleasantly surprised. The the toppings all taste fresh and cooked perfectly. We also ordered a dozen garlic knots and they were to die for. They were also sent over with a delicious marinara sauce. We also tried their cheesecake, which was delicious. Overpriced and not tasty at all. Maybe I should've ordered the pizza but an order of chicken Alfredo(which tasted watered down and bland) with an order of mozzarella sticks(which tasted like your average frozen grocery store sticks) was $30. The best thing from the order was the side Caesar salad. I was just trying a new restaurant but I won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

Probably one of a handful of pizza places that serves Brooklyn style pizza. The staff is friendly and the whole menu is amazing. But my one and only critique is... I was in there this week, and the young lady working the register and bussing tables needs to put gloves on when handling the pizzas in the case. I watched her check out some customers, then clean up a table and then grab pizzas from the display to put in the oven. I just can't see things like that. I'm not a germaphobe but I do have a medical condition that suppresses my immune system, so I always have to be careful. Other than that, I highly recommend you get this pizza asap. read more

Terrible customer service. Tried ordering over the phone. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back repeatedly. They just stopped answering calls. Tried calling from 5:00pm till 6:00pm on a Tuesday night to no avail. I'm taking my business elsewhere. The pizza at Saporito's sure isn't THAT good - I've had it and it really is just ok. y'all.. Y'ALL.. just got home with my doggie bag from saporito's and i just have to say,"this place is doing great!" I love the new decor.. and the new beer and wine available, too! They were super busy friday night, as they should be. They are open until ten, so going a little bit later really paid off. I stopped in one afternoon actually just to borrow there facilities cause I was uber driving and did a passenger drop off close by them. I passed by there pizza by the slice stand and it looked so delicious and just like I liked. melty and the crust looked perfectly even and really caught my eye ...like "this is a crust that I must try". Have you ever had a tough crust pizza? Yuk, right? Well, I didn't give in to the temptation but it was seriously calling me to try it out! I grabbed a menu and went out and sat in my car for a while. I couldn't stand it. I went back in and got 2 slices. One plain white slice and one with perfectly thin rounds of tomato and spinach. The person behind the counter was very nice and he grabbed my two slices and put them in there brick type oven or whatever they had and then packaged them up in a nice box for me. great price for two large slices of fresh out of the oven pizza. Garlicy goodness and the crust was delicious and perfect. best six bucks i have spent. why anyone would stop at a fast food and pay 8-10 bucks for a combo meal from a drive thru and eat that fake food when they can have some real and delicious food for a better price is beyond me! read more

I saw this place open up awhile ago but never tried it until today. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and my wife got the stuffed shells in meat sauce. We were both really pleased with our choices. Great pizza, when its made right.... We have ordered from Saporito's a few times and gone there a few times also. We love the Mother Clucker pizza. Ordered it tonight to pick up on my way home, after a long tiring day. Picked it up and came home ready to eat. Opened it to find out it was missing two toppings (celery and green onions) and drenched in hot sauce. Called the store and they said to bring it back and they will "fix it". So I drove back there for them to tell me they are out of celery, but they went to get some from Walmart. So they expect to wait shopping time, then cooking time. Why couldn't they tell me this when I picked it up? I asked for a refund and initially was told I could only get store credit... As I am about to get really mad, they realized I paid in cash and quickly refunded my money. I am really torn because I love their pizza, when it's made right. But now I know if I pay with a credit card and there is an issue, I will not get a refund. Trying out a new local pizza place and I'll guess I'll order from there instead of Saps from now on. Update: I want to acknowledge the owner contacted me extremely quickly, and appeared to be on a day off. He obviously cares about his customers and his product. Today was my first order. I ordered delivery of garlic knots, 14 inch pizza with pepperoni mushrooms jalapeños and extra cheese, and cannoli. First, the delivery was EARLY and the delivery man was very polite. The garlic knots were greasy garlicky heaven. The pizza was very good. I lived in Chicago for the first 51 years of my life, so the past year and a half has been painful without Chicago pizza. This place is not exactly like Chicago pizza , I prefer thin & crispy crust, but it was GOOD. I'm very happy I gave it a try. read more

I came in for a quick bite before a meeting. I paid up front before eating from the pizza buffet, I was not informed I could pay after the meal. There are not waiters there to take your order so I figured that was protocol. Only table available had not been cleaned, I had to wipe it off myself. Pizza was okay, quality of food seemed fresh, I'll give it that. After I ate I headed out, getting in my car parked right in front of the establishment, when some guy came out after me to know if I paid. That's in really poor form and extremely unprofessional. When I told him I paid before eating I got the typical 'my bad' response. Accusing someone of not paying after eating, or as they called it in high school 'dining and ditching', even in this manner, is way out of line. If it is standard to pay after eating at a buffet, don't let anyone pay ahead of time. I can appreciate a business that is protective of its inventory and its bottom line, I spent years in the loss prevention industry, pilferage is costly but do your homework before blindly accusing somebody of cheating you out of eleven bucks. The way I see it, every other patron in there, and it was pretty busy, saw me walk out and saw an employee come after me for not paying. They won't get the whole story, I work three blocks from that location and frequent all the businesses in that area and now for all they know I'm a dine-n-ditcher. Not going back as I wouldn't want to raise further suspicions of possible masterminding of such heinous criminal acts. read more

I took my family here for my son's birthday. Before getting the pizza, they served these garlic rolls with a mysterious sauce that was so good, it literally almost made me cry. Seriously, I silently and immediately prayed to God, "Is this what will be served in Heaven? Did you send an angel down here to make this sauce? I'm not sure if I even deserve this goodness". Then the pizza came out. My dear Lord. Everything from the pepperoni that embarrassed other pepperoni to the cheese that was so good it would make you slap yo' Mama to the flavorful sauce took my taste buds on an ecstasy roller coaster. I praised my son for turning 7 and giving me this experience. I didn't want to speak on our ride home as I just wanted to reflect on what I truly believed was a taste buds "high". We will be back. The cost of pasta dishes is prohibitive, especially compared to Olive Garden where price would be about same but ambience so much better. Salad was extra cost but would be included at OG. I live a mile away and ordered 1 pizza for delivery, before 5 pm on a Friday. They told me it would be a 45-60 minute wait. My pizza arrived an hour and forty five minutes later, completely cold and it had the wrong toppings. I ran out to the driver to let him know and he looked at the ticket and advised me that the person who took my order must have entered it wrong. Completely unacceptable, save yourself the stress and go some place else. read more
