She was so accommodating to multiple changes in our wedding decor throughout the whole process and was so receptive to updating the decor almost at the last minute to make sure everything complimented each other once we had received our wedding outfits. From a pricing perspective, he was very affordable. He was super easy to work with, very easy going and able to make changes on the fly including changing the order of certain songs and events. One Final Touch was hired to coordinate our wedding day, provide hair and make-up for my MOH and me, and play music. Vilma is incredibly professional, sweet, and on point. She helped me with a very difficult vendor leading up to the day, and proved to be a serious expert on the day of. When we were waiting after the ceremony, she brought us plates of food and drinks, she applied touch up makeup when I needed it, handled a chair shortage in no time, and kicked out a creepy drunk guy who was not welcome. She kept us on time for every piece of the timeline but it felt comfortable and flowing, not rushed at all. Jen who is charge of hair and make-up did an incredible job. she is super knowledgeable, very accommodating and incredibly sweet. I can't say enough about how happy I am we hired Jen along with the planning and music services. Ron played our desired songs and mixed in some requests plus other tracks based on the mood of the moment. People told us all day long how amazing the selections were. We asked for a mix of nu jazz, samba, hip hop, Motown, etc. Ron hit the nail on the head!!! He's also got a great sense of humor which totally came out when he was on the mic. We chose Blanco Urban Venue for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the decision. From…read morethe start, the team responded quickly to all our questions and made planning feel straightforward. We were drawn to the place as it allowed for Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception to all be in one space, with a super smooth flow, and allowed our pet to walk down the ceremony aisle. Chrissy gave us a tour and was SO warm and welcoming taking time to answer our questions and even graciously scheduled a second tour with the parents. She was super honest and open about anything we asked, providing solutions to concerns, and the day worked out exactly as she described. We had a 165 person wedding, and was worried about it feeling cramped but it honestly felt very roomy and comfortable for moving around and dancing. There was enough room for all the chairs, tables, and even had a nice space for vendor table! The included tables and chairs saved us time and money, and we loved how our other vendors raved about the venue too--it made coordinating everything so much easier. The bartenders really impressed us with their skill, and those signature cocktails were delicious even though drinks came at a premium price. However, right after the ceremony, Chrissy immediatley found the bride and groom to give us our signature drinks, and even gave one to the nervous parents. It was such a personal touch that we will remember forever. Being in San Pedro Square, parking was a breeze at only 10 dollars for the whole day, and a easy spot to Uber to. We had a world cup watch party coinciding with our day, but the team proactivley warned us and helped us have alternatives on communicating with guests to make sure everyone made it smoothly. Overall, Blanco delivered on quality and service, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a polished, all-in-one venue.

I booked the twins for my proposal and they went above and beyond to make sure they set up the perfect hallmark movie esque backdrop setting for a proposal. They really made it seem like it was out a fairly tale movie. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. They had so much flexibility with all the location changes due to weather and sent so many recommendations. They made such an overwhelming and stressful planning time feel so easy. They stood out in the rain to play the song we requested and even took some photos for me with our phone. We had a photographer but the fact they offered to take pictures was so nice. They even went above and above and gave my now fiancée a huge bundle of roses that was so nice and sweet of them! And the day-of felt effortless for us--Save the Date managed all the logistics without us needing to stress at all. They even dealt perfectly with a last-minute switch from outdoors to indoors when it became clear the temperature at the time of our ceremony was going to be above 100 degrees.
