They get very busy with takeouts/online orders, especially around lunchtime. Not cheap though. Healthy foods are more costly these days. I had a delicious regular bowl Hawaiian Ahi salad and it was freshly tossed in front of me. Loved the mix. I added a Jasmine Milk Tea. Total came out to roughly $26 which included taxes. Overall, really solid experience. The poke bowl was hands down the best thing we ordered. The fish was semi fresh and generously portioned, and the mix of toppings added great texture = crunchy garlic, seaweed, scallions, masago, avocado. Everything tasted clean and balanced, and the sauce wasn't overpowering. Definitely the standout. Fish: we got 2x spicy salmon, 1x regular salmon Sauce combo: spicy aioli, serrano aioli, ponzu The inari bomb leaned a bit on the sweeter side because of the tofu pocket, but the salmon itself was very fresh and well seasoned. Not our favorite but if you like a sweet-savory combo, you'll probably enjoy it. The spam musubi was a pleasant surprise. They added garlic and nori under the spam, which gave it a really nice savory kick and a different angle than the traditional version. We liked it so much we ended up getting two Good thing about the spam masubi and inari bomb is that it's grab-n-go. You don't have to wait for them to make it. First off, I tried to order online, and the code did not work on the website, so I had to proceed to go and order in person. I ask for yuzu ponzu salmon bowl to have everything except green onions, and I received a bowl that has it =/ . You can definitely see the miso soup is two different colors. One is darker, and the other is lighter. The darker is the miso soup, and the lighter has no taste. It's literally just hot water and green onions. They forgot to flavor it, pretty disappointing. For the price point, it's expensive. I saw they charge me for the 3 plates + an additional charge of a regular plate since they asked me if I wanted white or brown rice. I'm not sure if that's right. I saw if I were to order online, there wouldn't be an additional charge of $16 for a regular plate. Of course, I had the gift card, but I didn't think it'll cost that much. read more

We come here often cause it's connected to our apartment. Food is decent, prices are kind of high but what really gets me is that the order pick up time is NEVER accurate. And I mean neverrr (not trying to speaking in absolutes but it's true). They give themselves about 20 minutes from order to pick up and it still isn't ready until 5-10 after. Reliably unreliable when it comes to order pick up. I do personally prefer Poke House in Rivermark plaza for flavor and toppings but this place is conveniently located. read more

The amount of protein in a large bowl is just sad. For the money there are a lot of other poke places that do it better.

I ordered the Poke Bowl - Large for take out, which comes with three choice of protein and a bunch of side. The portion was massive with all the sides available. Only down side is there wasn't a whole lot of fish despite getting three protein, but the sides made up for it. I ordered the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and chili crisp shrimp, with the Pokeworks classic sauce and Hawaiian salt and chili. My bowl came out pretty spicy. I was sweating eating it, my tongue got a bit tingly (maybe there was Sichuan pepper somewhere?). It was packing a good amount of heat. Fish was very fresh and tender. You can choose any of the side you want, but make sure to get the Surimi (aka imitation crab) salad. Overall delicious, I had to put the leftover away to avoid over eating. read more

Found this spot searching for poke on google! It's located under apartment buildings and there is a parking garage with designated spots. We were greeted and serviced right away by the employees. You can choose a bowl from their menu or create your own. There are two bowl sizes, regular and large. I chose to create my own regular bowl with salmon and additional toppings. The only add on was the avocado for $1.50. I also got a mango lemonade which was super refreshing and not too sweet! The bowl itself was quite enjoyable, the fish was fresh and I liked the crunchiness of the wonton chips! Overall super good poke spot. Found this place down street from where I work and hands down one of the best poke places I have tried so far in the Bay Area. This has to be my next go to place if I am ever craving poke in the area! I placed my order online website and it was super easy to navigate through. I ordered a pick 2 with half white rice, half salad with spicy tuna and spicy salmon. This has to be easily the best combo they offered so far, I mean the flavor is just super fresh and delicious, you can't go wrong with this at all. By the time I finished it, I felt like I needed more because it's just that amazing! For those that love spicy, I would add spicy Sereno aioli to the side for the addition flavor. Food was 10/10! I've seen this place multiple times on my way to work and now had the chance to try it! When we walked in, the place looked colorful! They had posters of the drinks on the wall and the menu looked easy to read. It really helped they added the list of ingredients to the signature bowls. I like that the protein is not just limited to fish. They also have chicken and tofu! I had a custom Regular Poke Bowl with a lot of goodies in it! I am a pineapple-on-pizza connoisseur, so I very much enjoyed pineapple in my bowl! For protein, I had the Chili Crisp Shrimp as well as the Spicy Tuna. For sauce, I had Umami Shoyu and Ponzu Fresh. I really like the texture of the shrimp as it was soft and not rubbery at all! However, I didn't enjoy the flavor as much or lack thereof. It just mainly tasted oily and I think the flavor probably got lost in the bowl. I'll probably add more chili oil the next time I come here. You get to choose how much sauce goes into your bowl. I went for "Medium Flavor" and I think it was a little too much, so now I know to get "Light Flavor" for next time. I enjoyed the spicy tuna, but I wished the cubes would've been a little bit bigger. I didn't get to experience the service because we ordered online, but we did get our food on time! We visited on a Wednesday afternoon and found parking on the street. I ordered the poke your bowl (customizable bowl) and chose Ahi tuna and shrimp and chose cucumber, edamame, Hijiki seaweed, corn, and furikake on white rice. The Ahi tuna is melt in your mouth soft and the shrimp and everything tastes so fresh! The strawberry guava fresca tasted good, a little bit of artificial flavoring. Customer service and support is 100% here! The business supported Row House when they first opened and I was lucky enough to win gift cards to here. The gift cards disappeared off my account and customer service recovered them pretty quickly. Although pricey, the portions are generous. I've always left full and felt the satisfaction of having a healthy and fulfilling meal. I like this location a lot because of the open dining area. I recently had an encounter here with the staff where he was being passive aggressive with maming me leave half an hour before closing so that he can clean. This is probably one of the better poke places to go to. The price is in line with other poke places so good enough honestly. The options here are plentiful and I think everyone will find something they will like. There are other options besides raw fish such as cooked shrimp or chicken. A tad pricey for the portion TBH. The portion wasn't much, but it was enough to fill me up and that's really the goal, so guess that checks out. I rarely ever get any type of "house special sauce" cause I usually get disappointed, but mannnn the Pokeworks classic. It had a little ponzu-y tang and a tad sweetness at the end. Savory, but still light the medium flavor was the perfect amount. Tuna and Salmon tasted fresh. There are some places that tends to undercook the brown rice, but Pokeworks got it down. The good... this place pulled me out of my Yelp writing hiatus. The bad... I'm writing this review because it was probably the worst poke I've had in a while. Unfortunately, I must have come here on an off day. I came here for dinner on a weekday. I was suprised for raw fish, they only offer salmon (regular and spicy) and tuna (also regular and spicy option). I ended up getting the regular salmon and spicy tuna. The man serving us was very generous with portions so I give that a plus. Also, all the mix-in toppings are free and you can get as many sauces as you want. The food was incredibly bland. I was shocked by how tasteless almost everything in my bowl was. Even the mandarin oranges / pineapples lacked sweetness. I could not make out any of the salmon or tuna flavor, even the spicy tuna was not spicy at all. The only thing I could vaguely taste was the pickled ginger. The sauces did nothing and I got 3! Maybe they were very watered down. This was the first time I contemplated whether to get some of the soy sauce packets to add in, because it was just that bland. Overall, based on this experience, I am pretty sure I won't return, there are so many other poke options in the area.
