The staff at this location are very rude and their price are outrages. You could find good quality shoes at Famous Footwear at half the price. I know why there closed on Sundays that price are out rages. I also notice the Riverside store clothing and the one in O C. This shoe company need to CLOSE all locations there over prices and the quality is not all that. read more

I have very bad feet. SAS is the only one that I can wear. Good arch support, and comfortable.

Ordered 2 pairs on a Sunday that were to be shipped to my house for 10 bucks. Received an email that my order was received and would get another email when they shipped. The email said orders ship the next day. The following Sunday, after not receiving an email that they were ever shipped, I called the customer service number on the email. They said the shoes had not been shipped and I had to call the store. Called the store and they said they don't know if they were shipped. I asked to cancel they said they can't do that since maybe they were shipped, but I could call customer service. Such horrible customer service for such expensive shoes. read more

The customer service is very good but the prices are the same as the regular store, unless they have a sale on a specific item. They are a chain store so you could get their shoes really anywhere and their prices are pretty much all the same. read more

Walked into the store today July 4th looking work shoes. I was greeted by a man called Chris. I asked him about walking shoe he just pointed to them and asked me to look to see if that i want to try. His other comment was they are a bit expensive you might try the Naturalize shoe store down the area. I asked him where about he said about 6 building toward the left (south). I waked into the store and purchase 6 pair of shoes. He was right SAS price are high. read more
