We've loved coming here…read moresince we moved to Pleasanton 4 years ago but have noticed more frequently they'll just be out of smoothie ingredients here and there and sometimes just ALL ingredients altogether. This has happened 3-4 time in the last 6 months. Random zero operation days that they'll just be closed during advertised hours of operation. Staff used to be much friendlier; most recently we get the inattentive worker with AirPods in that barely acknowledge us. Our latest visit we came around lunchtime with plans to enjoy a refreshing smoothie at Delucci Park. The smoothie was very watered down and almost tasteless... I walked back from the park to see if they would remake it and the door was locked with nobody inside. Something has definitely changed about this place in the last year or so, and unfortunately, not for the better.

It's a small shop but it didn't feel crowded while I waited for my order. I got the dragonfly smoothie which is a tropical drink. My kids got the love bird (strawberry banana) and my husband got a peach smoothie. If you like your smoothies well balanced, not too thick yet not too liquidy, this is the place for you! The staff was nice. I can't wait to try their açaí bowls.

That's what the menu above the counter shows and I also selected the 20oz. sized cup at kiosk. I'm not going to complain today since it's still one of my favorite spots here. I didn't realize the cup size was smaller than expected until I started driving out onto the freeway. Cashier was quick and polite. They have iced chillers and lemonades as well. Surf City Squeeze in San Francisco back in the early year 2000s will always be my ultimate favorite. Good branding and great tasting fruit smoothies. Decent for hydration stop. Not only was the employee not apologetic that I was waiting for no reason they try to make up an excuse that they already called my name, which was absolutely not true. On top of this, your company now charges a 3% fee to use your app. As a large corporation, you should be ashamed of yourself to nickel and dime your customers. If this was a small pop store, I would completely understand but a large corporation like Jamba Juice charging a fee to order online using your app. Terrible customer service.

We ordered a cake for my wife's 50th birthday from Satvik Bakery after evaluating 3-4 vendors. This was a highly anticipated part of the celebration, especially for our daughter, who was thrilled about the design and the surprise element. The bakery required full payment of $220 upfront, which we were fine with. However, when we picked up the cake, things began to go downhill. The cake seemed fine initially, but by the time we got home (less than 10 minutes away), it had started to melt. We have ordered many cakes over the years, and this was the first time we experienced such an issue. We immediately put it in the refrigerator to try and salvage it. When it came time to cut the cake, my wife somehow managed to get one whole piece, but when we began cutting it for our guests, the cake completely collapsed and crumbled. There were no solid pieces, just a mess of crumbled cake, leaving us feeling embarrassed and disappointed. To make matters worse, the flavor was supposed to be tiramisu, but it was barely noticeable. The next day, my daughter sent pictures and shared our feedback with the bakery. It's been over two weeks, and we still haven't heard back. The lack of response is incredibly disappointing and shows a lack of concern for customer service. In short, the cake ruined what should have been a memorable 50th birthday celebration. I would not recommend this bakery, and neither would any of my guests who witnessed the disaster. read more

I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies. You can taste the natural fruit of summer, and the crust was perfection!!!! Now I have to wait for a Birthday to order a cake. I'm sure it will be divine! The chocolate-filled books had a frosting layer under the fondant (all vegan) and moist chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate fudge in the middle. It was really good and much easier to cut into than we expected. It was a really big hit in our office and more than one person asked for the number to show other friends and family. Even took pictures of the outside and inside of the beautiful cake. The amazing art cake showed a true talent of baking. I could never do something like this and was really impressed at the taste and design. I would recommend Cakes By Bless (Bless is the lady's name who bakes the cakes) to any friend with a themed party or celebration. You will truly be the hit of the party if you show up with one of her pieces of delicious art.
